Places to stay in Cooper Landing

My father and I had an extended stay for medical, and Amy and David are amazing hosts and very friendly. The house is extremely comfortable, in a quiet neighborhood, close to the hospital, and has great amenities to make you feel at home. My father was so comfortable, he said he forgot he was there for his medical treatments!

It was a very nice, warm, and welcoming stay.

We found this place to be a great location as it’s far enough from the chaos of downtown, but close to amenities. We felt very welcomed and their warm hospitality made our stay perfect. We are returning soon for another visit!

Room # 2 was everything I was hoping for. The location was close to the airport. There were walking paths close by. She had recommendations for places to eat. It was clean and tidy and had everything I need in the kitchen and bathroom for my 3 day visit. Even though her family lives upstairs I hardly heard them. Happy to stay again!

We really appreciated how clean it was. The amenities were much appreciated! The host was very responsive and had shared information about where to go for activities.

We had a great stay at Michael’s place. We stayed for a week and it was exactly what we were looking for. The house was well stocked with anything we might have needed. Even the few things that weren’t there, Michael was very accommodating and offered to reimburse us for those items if we needed them. I did see the one star rating on the post and inquired with Michael about it but he assured me it was an untrue rating and based on our experience at the home, it was far from the truth. He has picture receipts of the home before that guest arrived that proves the one star review wrong. The listing pictures match the home entirely and it’s sad someone will post an untrue review like that. The house was very clean and well kept, it even had a pack n play for my daughter to sleep in that worked out perfectly. The hosts were both very responsive and gave very detailed notes on everything. We would absolutely stay again when we come back up.

We loved our stay in this house during the Alaska trip. Very calm, quiet neighbourhood. The house is well-stuffed, the outdoor deck near the kitchen overlooks sunset. In one of the evenings we stayed there, our host told us that norther lights were outside. We stepped out and saw it right from our backyard! What a unique experience.
