Great place peaceful ,easy to access and have wifi and netflix.

Staying in 23 degree condo for a month was a wonderful memory for us. After checking in, Koy kindly resolved some inconveniences immediately and offered me a tour of Kaoyai's good restaurants and national parks. Also, Koy made us feel comfortable during our stay as if we were at an old friend's house.

Quiet place, next to Thanarat Road, convenient to tourist attractions. Good room size. There is a balcony to sit and enjoy the view. Would definitely stay again next time.

The accommodation was fantastic. Quiet location by car but quickly in the action. The pool was great and the residents and staff very friendly and helpful. SansaNeeya was also very kind and responsive. The check-in description was accurate. The space was clean as everyone should take off their shoes. I especially liked that :-)
