We had an amazing stay at Heaven 77. The House was spotless, stylish, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The cozy garden with the fireplace & comfortable living area made it feel like a home away from home. The location was perfect with spectacular views. Communication with the host was seamless; they were always prompt, friendly, and helpful. We especially appreciated the amazing breakfast with its presentation. It’s clear they put effort into creating a memorable experience for their guests. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Khai Yai and hope to return in the future. K. Piyathida wasnt just an amazing host but a super friendly, polite and understanding person too. She's always there when we needed something. The house is perfect for families or a group of close friends who wish to stay and have a quality time together in Khao Yai. Beautiful views from balconies and rooftop terrace. Kitchen is properly equipped. We had a simple bbq evening at the beautiful backyard. Great time! Our group aged from 2 to 81, a total 10 pax, I can only say everyone enjoyed staying in without needing to go anywhere. Thanks again K. Piyathida!

We had a pleasure of staying at this beautiful villa , and I must say, it exceeded all our expectations. The communication was outstanding, and the lady who assisted us during the check out process was friendly, attentive, and eager to ensure that our stay was as comfortable as possible. The warm and inviting vibes of the host made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The villa we stayed in was nothing short of spectacular. It was spacious, impeccably clean, and tastefully decorated, providing a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. Finally, the view was absolutely breathtaking. The mountain and green area provided the perfect backdrop for relaxation and adventure alike. By the end I can say as a summary that I loved the time I spent there and it’s one of the unforgettable memories.

What a great place to stay, good location, nice swimming pool, pet friendly, perfect place to hang out . We enjoy backyard garden so much, to have dinner there was amazing. FYI, just to go up to access the house, steps are quite steep so make sure if you are with elders. Also the host is really well communicated, easy to talk to or ask questions. Thank you! Ploy

The place was lovely, perfect for our family of 6 adults and a toddler. Sineenat is very very responsive and helpful to all our queries. The rooms and livibg space were great. We had fun singing karaoke and playing pool. the balcony and backyard is very nice too ( would have been perfect if the weather isn't too cold and we could do a BBQ) It's located within a quiet estate but once out onto the main road, it's near to many restaurants and convenience stores. Good place to stay while we visit the many attractions of Khao Yai. Would recommend it!

Perfect vacation home for big family with grand parents and kids. Our family love and happy surely we will be back.

Villa is clean, spacious and has beautiful landscaping. Rooms are clean and overall it's a very comfortable and enjoyable stay! Highly recommended.
