My stay in this apartment was absolutely amazing! It looks exactly like the photos, and the balcony is simply breathtaking—very high with a stunning view. The bedroom is perfectly designed for restful sleep, as the curtains allow you to create complete darkness. A special thank you to the host—such a kind and well-mannered young lady. Everything was perfect, and I give it the highest rating! Thank you for the wonderful stay! 😊

It is an extremely comfortable, clean, and cozy apartment. Everything you might need from snow-white towels to a frying pan is in place. The apartment is equipped with the gas heater, which comes in handy in winter. All the devices (the heater, the washing machine, the cooktop, the hood, there is a hoover as well) are in a pristine condition and it's a pleasure to use them. Although the building is new, I barely heard any repair noises. It's an apartment building, so there is a reception downstairs and the guys there are available 24/7. The place is located some 3-4 minutes on foot from the embankment and the beach. There are lots of shops, fruit/vegetable stalls and cafes in the vicinity (I strongly recommend Old Ambari on Chavchavadze st.). Merab was very welcome, tactful and punctual, having arrived in person to hand over the key and was available throughout my stay. Note: the bed is not very big in size, so you might experience inconvenience if you're way above 180 cm in height

I spent 2 very comfortable and pleasant days here. The apartment is clean, bright and in a good location.

Stayed in this apartment in early September 2018. Great location in the old green part of the city in a new modern house. Filling the apartment for 5 points: there is a refrigerator, gas stove, microwave, electric kettle, air conditioning and TV in the living room, washing machine and, of course, all utensils. The furniture is new, as is the apartment itself, excellent plumbing. 5 minutes to the sea along a wonderful beautiful green boulevard. The beach is a large pebble (slippers are sold right there), sun loungers and umbrellas are available, the sea is clean, azure ( Sochi smokes nervously). We had a great pleasure from the wine of sea-Georgian dances! Medea is a helpful and welcoming host. Thank you GEORGIA!

Great apartment, in a convenient area of the city. Inside was everything the owner of the apartment promised There are a lot of grocery stores and restaurants. The promenade is very close and a taxi to the old center is inexpensive Nikoloz was always in touch and helped with check-in, thank you so much!

An excellent place to stay. Very spacious, with beautiful views of the waterfront and planes taking off and landing. The host is responsive and always helpful, quickly addressing any requests. The apartment is warm and has everything you need. The neighborhood is under development, so there might be some construction activity, but I believe this will improve soon.

We spent a lovely two months here. The views were amazing and so was the place. Highly recommended!

Wonderful place to stay away from the congestion of city. We enjoyed the peaceful place and quiet atmosphere. Beach was always accessible

Edo was an excellent host and the house was very clean, well kept, and we had everything we needed. We would definitely recommend this home to anyone else and know that Edo will do what he can to take care of you. In addition, there were plenty of dishes for our large family, dish detergent, laundry detergent, coffee, tea, an expresso machine with the capsules, and two dishwashers.

Magnificent villa, very beautiful view day or night, many flowers and various decor in the form of huge vases, dried flowers, books, candles, paintings, and various unusual things. 2 bathrooms with huge showers, and both bedrooms are very cozy There is everything you need - a washer and dryer, dishwasher, iron, any dishes, shower towels, pool towels, blankets, a large ceiling fan in the pool area, there is even a small first aid kit and various mosquito repellents (which were not available by the way). Despite the fact that the villa is high on the mountain, taxis come without any problems. Also there are many 24 hour supermarkets and a pharmacy downstairs. The hostess is very friendly and kind :slightly_smiling_face: We were completely delighted, we found only one disadvantage - that sooner or later you need to go home :)))

The accommodation was as described. It features a very spacious living room, a kitchen, and 2 large bedrooms. There is ample furniture, making it suitable for a large family to comfortably stay. The kitchen is also equipped with all the necessary amenities. The views from the windows are magnificent. The hosts are very responsive and quick to address any questions. You will also have the opportunity to sit in the courtyard and enjoy a cup of coffee with this wonderful family. The dog and cat were equally friendly. A store with a wide assortment is located 200 meters away. Overall, if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city, you will like it here.

Great place for peaceful family living! Really friendly hosts! Walk distance from the sea, there are many restaurants, supermarkets and grocery stores

The cottage is in a beautiful location, right across from the beach, and surrounded by tall pines. We loved the outside patio surrounded by lawn and plants. Mamuka responds right away to any questions or requests. Beds are very comfortable and there is air conditioning in every room, if needed. The cottage is one level, but there are 3 steps to get in, in case you have any elderly people. The village has 2 restaurants, in nearby hotels - both are a few steps away and have excellent menu and great wine. There is a little grocery store 5 min walk away that has all basic things. We did not have a car and made do with that - it worked well for the week. There is also a Dendrological park ~ 30 min walk away, we really liked it. The beach was not crowded at all, clean and very gentle sloping sandy shore. Overall, we had a fantastic stay. Thank you Mamuka!

Lika is a great host, check-in and check-out went smoothly, also she additionally provided everything we need. The apartment has beautiful sea view and you can walk to the beach in just a minute. But on some days at night, loud music from restaurants on the beach is possible until about 1 a.m.

The location is great. We liked the apartment as it was well-equipped and child-friedly. Zurab and Irma were very helpful and nice hosts. Clear recommendation!

I had a great stay at Sophie & Gega’s apartment in Batumi. The location is perfect—close to everything, with shops and locals around instead of big hotels. The apartment has everything you need, like good cooking supplies, quality dishes, hair tools, and even a clothes steamer, which I really appreciated. The bed is very comfortable and the internet did not let me down. To get to the apartment, you go through a shared entryway connected to a super nice family. Sophie & Gega provide detailed instructions with pictures, so finding your way is easy. The apartment is really spacious, and I think it would be amazing in the summer. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again.

The apartment is quite satisfied. The apartment is near the construction site. There is a faucet in front of the windows to the left. If you do not check in with toilet paper, shampoo or soap. It was possible to refill for a moderate amount. Unfortunately I didn't have a shampoo, just a shower gel.

The apartment is very comfortable and perfectly located near the beach. A stylish and functional kitchen that is nice to cook, a comfortable bedroom and a lovely bed with a chic mattress. The cherry on the cake is a terrace and breathtaking views of Batumi and the sea from the 27th floor. Maya (the hostess of the apartment) quickly responded to all questions and requests, thanks to which the rest in Batumi was as calm and comfortable as possible. Will definitely be back!
