Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Grigoleti Beach

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful house with a large and well-maintained territory. Location is close to Batumi, you can reach the city by car within 15 minutes. The hosts, Nino and Shota, were incredibly kind and responsive, quickly solving any questions we had with great empathy and care. And the nicest Grandpa Simon regularly brought us his homemade chacha and wine:) Overall, a fantastic place with wonderful people — we would love to come back!

It's very close to the sea. Comfortable, modern, beautiful house. 3 couples stayed (each had their own bedroom) + we were with a dog (corgi). There was a pool on the property! Very comfortable and cool.

The house is big and spacious. The location is peaceful and right next to the beach/ sea. There are amazing sunsets that can be seen from there. You can hear the sea all the time! Everyone (hosts, neighbours, everyone else in Georgia) are very friendly. The shops are accessible. The only thing to improve is to provide items such as cleaning products, etc

Lasha is a genuinely warm and helpful host. He makes the effort to show you everything and the local area because he wants you to have the best stay possible. He was very responsive and respectful and I felt he genuinely cared about my Airbnb experience. When the weather is nice, there is some great views here. Calm & peaceful experience apart from some nearby barking dogs occasionally but not all the time & it didn't stop me from sleeping well. Highly advise having or renting a car, your experience will be much better.

This is a wonderful little house to stay with a private garden shared with just the owners and their sweet dog. It has everything you need and more including a full size refrigerator. The fireplace was our favorite part - so cozy and warm, and does not bring smoke into the room at all. The hosts are very friendly and brought dry wood for the fireplace right away when we asked. We hope to come back again many times.

My parents have difficulty moving around. So we tried to find something very comfortable for us to stay. The house is definitely spacious. Pleasant to stay inside and outside. The beach is close by (3 minute walk). The house is equipped with everything and there’s a market right next door. The owners are super friendly, attentive and easygoing. We’d love to stay there again. ❤️

Very cute place with the most comfortable beds and cozy blankets. Sadly there is no living room but it was warm enough to outside in the garden with very nice nature

We really enjoyed our stay over there. It’s not so far away from downtown. Kids loved to play in a yard and there is playground right in front of the house. The taxi is really cheap to go anywhere. 5 minutes to walk for food or groceries stores. Apartment is really clean and we felt like we are staying home.

His house is really perfect. He has a much more beautiful house than the photos. The heating is very good, there is both air conditioning and a nice heater. The projection is very high quality, real 1080 pixels. I noticed the last day that there are many technological devices, not just a PS5, but I couldn't use it because I noticed it the last day. There are many things in the house that are not even in normal houses, such as a large refrigerator, coffee machine, grill. Apart from that, the house is in the building closest to the sea. The inside of the site is very nice and very secure. The landlord is incredibly friendly, he answered my questions immediately and found solutions to everything. Even though I left the house, he is such a good person that he said he would help me during my stay in Batum. I am dying to visit here again. Thank you for everything, brother.

I had the nicest time in Nino's apartment! It has really everything you need, even some oil and salt for cooking and the dishwashing liquid. Everything is very thoughtful: the lights, towels, sockets. Everything works, and the evening light is magical. Thank you for wonderful stay and I hope to be back one day ❤️

A large and cozy house just a few minutes from the sea. It's a perfect place for a family vacation. Mark is a very responsive and friendly host.

House as in the photos. Situated in the common area with other holiday homes. The hostess lives in the next house and always helped on arising questions. Where is everything you need in house. In the backyard a cozy location with a table and a hammock. To the beach 5 minutes walk. To the central market 5 minutes walk. Very pleasant owners!

We had a nice time. The grounds are very walkable. We came during off season so only one of the pools were open, but there wasn’t many people, so it felt like we had the place to ourselves.

The villa is located by the sea, with a quiet beach and a magnificent sunset on the sea.

Very cozy and beautiful house. We loved the nature around: river, mountains, forest - this is exactly what we were searching for to have one of the best vacation in our life. Giorgi is a very friendly person, our communication was easy and nice. We love the hospitality that Giorgi and Maya showed us. We want definitely travel again to this beautiful place! The apartment is clean, bright, everything is as in the photo. There are towels, shower accessories, hairdryer, cutlery, dishes, even a vase for flowers. There are all the necessary shops and cafes nearby, the sea is a five-minute walk away. The owner was always in touch, thanks to him.

I stayed in Batumi several times in the apartment, but this apartment is the most cozy and spacious. Perfectly blown due to drafts, well lit. There is everything you need, including dishes, air conditioning, iron, ironing board, spacious wardrobe and so on. The hosts are hospitable people, very pleasant to communicate with. The photos correspond to reality, but the balcony is actually even more cozy. Of the shortcomings, I can only note weak Wi-Fi. However, it's nothing for a vacation!

Neat apartments with all amenities. The inside is perfectly clean. All utensils are available. Smoking is prohibited in the house and it😍 is perfectly consistent with the photos. Nice, quiet neighborhood, park nearby, 24-hour shops and cafes. Wonderful host who was always available. Thank you so much! Our vacation was a success.

We had a great week at the seaside, and this wonderfully located, clean, comfortable home was central to it. We were a large group with three children under 2, and it was a wonderful place for us to stay. The sea is only about a 10 minute walk, and there are several things to do with small children right on the same block. I highly recommend staying here, and thank you to our hosts!
