I would have given this place 10 stars if I could. Everything was perfect. Stanton and Beth were very responsive and immediately responded to all the questions I had and gave me clear instructions upon arrival and leaving. I would recommend this place for anyone who is trying to feel at home in Greenville.

Our stay was for a full month in the summer and a combination vacation and work trip. Overall, it was a very comfortable home away from home! Corey was extremely responsive and attentive to minor attentions needed in the beginning with the air conditioning system and Alexa setup. He even went the extra step to drop off a pair of scissors he learned I needed. The entire check-in and check-out process was seamless and well-documented. The furniture, appliances and decor are plentiful, modern and appealing. The board games and books are a nice touch, and one that we took advantage of. I especially liked the comfy beds/mattresses and the amount of bedding, blankets, and linens available! Adjusting from a single-family home to (compact and sometimes noisy) condo life for the month took a bit, but Corey and Jordan's home had all of the finishing touches to settle us right in.

David’s place was fantastic! The location could not be better: close to all that downtown New Bern has to offer. The beds were super comfortable, the kitchen had everything that we needed, and the apartment is lovely. As others have mentioned, you need to be able to climb stairs. The off-street reserved parking spot isn’t terribly convenient—but grab a spot right out front for unloading and loading your car. We didn’t find this to be a problem. We would definitely stay here again!

Very good location in downtown New Bern, lots of places are at walking distance. The apartment is perfect for one or two people and has lots of equipment you might need (washing machine and dryer, fully equipped kitchen, etc). It is very clean and the host is amazing and very available if you need help during your check in or during your stay. Will definitely stay there again next time I’m in New Bern!

Stayed in this gorgeous apartment for our daughter’s graduation. Not only beautifully decorated but also has everything you need and more. This place exceeded our expectations and set the bar high. The rooftop is a getaway with its own half bath, wet bar and views. As a terrific communicator Jen made our experience seamless. Definitely the best place to stay in Greenville!

Cozy and comfortable place. Ideal for families. We have felt at home. The decoration is beautiful and the kitchen had everything we needed. On top of it, the guests were very kind and helpful.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Hands down one of the best hosts we have come across and we have stayed at a LOT of Airbnbs. House was comfortable and accommodated our family very well. Host was always available, flexible, and helpful. Home was clean. Check in and out was easy. We were able to come and go as we needed and were never disturbed during our stay. Although it is a townhouse, we never felt like we were lacking privacy. I never heard anything from neighboring homes and the neighborhood was quite peaceful. Backyard was private, parking accessible. I can’t say enough positive things about our stay. So thankful for the accommodation. We will definitely be back! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Devica's place was as described. It was spacious and clean without clutter. It had the basics needed in the kitchen for us. Our kids enjoyed the space! The door was a bit tricky for us to lock when leaving, and the host let us know that it does not function correctly all the time. All together, we would stay here again!

I recently stayed at a beautifully decorated Airbnb in a charming historic district, and it was an incredible experience. The property has been wonderfully maintained, preserving its original charm while offering modern comforts. Although there are quite a few stairs, the spaciousness of the place more than makes up for it. The large bathroom area was particularly impressive and made us feel right at home. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a cozy and historic place to stay.

This exceeded our expectations in every aspect. It was very clean & beautifully decorated. The mattresses were extremely comfortable, as were the living room furnishings. The kitchen not only provided the necessary cookware & table settings but also several thoughtful items (spices, coffee filters, etc). Mary's place exudes luxury in every detail. We loved it & will certainly stay there again.

We had an amazing weekend at Low tide Haven...Stewart and Charles are amazing hosts with an incredibly beautiful, unique and quiet space to relax and if on business even get some last minute emails or research done in such an inviting and exciting space...the large salt water aquarium is beautiful and well maintained, the pool table was fun and we enjoyed the cards and other games available...this space is beautifully decorated and the local art is amazing...the bathroom and bedroom linens were off the best quality and everything was clean and inviting...would recommend this space for a weekend getaway or an extended business stay...and most of all, the hosts are amazing...first class all the way, thank you!!!
