We had a great 1 week stay at Jeffrey's place! The rental was spacious & comfortable, and the view on the patio was beautiful - perfect for coffee or happy hour. We loved watching boats cruise into Red Hook. It's a good value & a really nice stay in a quiet neighborhood. A nice perk was being able to buy ice from the office for this community of buildings. We pack a cooler most days that was a huge win for us. Note for you light sleepers (like me): you will hear people walking upstairs + neighborhood roosters early every morning. My deep-sleeping husband was completely unaffected. 😂

Great value and centrally located. Four-wheel-drive or all-wheel-drive recommended. Easy to find. Pillow and were very comfortable. Appreciate the beach chairs, cooler, beach towel. She even includes a nice beach guide Only thing we weren’t aware of since it was our first time in the USVI but all the water is unfiltered rainwater collected in cisterns so she did not recommend drinking the tap water. As such need to get your own bottled water
