Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Grand Marais

The place was clean and spacious. There were nice touches like snacks, bottled water, hot chocolate, dog treats, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotions. In the master bedroom there were books. We especially enjoyed the one on gratitude. Just a short drive to Duluth and pet friendly. An overall great place to stay.

Our stay was great! Chelsea and Joel are super friendly and actively communicated with us throughout our stay. The place was very welcoming and comfortable for our group! Highly recommend staying in Two Harbors, nice and close to lots of sights. Hope to be back soon!!

The place was comfy cozy and peaceful. The Northern lights were incredible right from the deck!

My friends and I spent 3 nights here and enjoyed our time very much. Close to Duluth and in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Only downside for me was the beds. I personally didn't find them comfortable at all and didn't sleep well as a result. They felt thin and the beds wobbled and squeaked at every slight shift. That said, the rest of the people in my party didn't think the beds were anything to complain about 🤷‍♀️ so might be personal preference!

This is the third time we have stayed at this house and we will continue to stay here once or twice a year. Amanda is a great host.

Place was fantastic. We stayed 3 nights (March, 2025) with four young kids, two adults. Everything is very well communicated/clear (access, entry, garage, rules, etc) everything is known up front (kitchen items, fireplace, etc) Place is big and quiet too. Very clean, updated, cozy, and well lit (also with blackout curtains in all bedrooms) Kitchen is nice with everything you need to cook, including a grill (already had tea, keurig coffee and cups, oil, seasonings, including paper towels, zip locks, detergent, soap, etc) There is everything you need for the beach (chairs, toys, towels). Tons of games, puzzles, and books. But the best of all..... private beach, sauna, tons of firewood, garage, AND a washer/dryer. Fantastic North Shore Location (near Split Rock Lighthouse, Gooseberry Falls, Two Harbors, Tettegouche, etc). It's quiet, it's big, it's got everything you need, it's a great set up and we would proudly recommend this place to any of our family and friends!

We enjoyed our stay at Iver’s place very much! The house was very clean and we were so impressed with all the little extras. We took full advantage of the sauna, games, and guide books. This would be such an awesome spot in the summer with the wonderful patio and access to the fire pit. Also, it was a big plus that our dog could join us!

We stayed for 2 nights in this beautiful 115 year old house. The house came with the creaks and groans of an historical home. What made this 5 star for us was the host, Debbie. Her generosity with provisions and the space and her welcome was much appreciated.

Viv’s place was very homey - I loved all the local art throughout the space. Had everything we needed and was clean. Easy to find even after walking from the ferry without cell service. :) On our way out, we already wanted to plan our next trip back to Madeline Island! With the location, I highly recommend bringing your car (as Viv suggested) or at least your own bikes since the rental place closes early. I’d definitely stay here again but would bring my own pillow. The ones provided were firmer than I’m used to, but my partner had no issues! Thank you, Viv!!

Paul’s place is very unique. It is an apartment in an old house which has been well preserved and taken care of. There is a beautiful view of Lake Superior from every room. Kathy has added sweet touches that make it homey, interesting and artistic. Kathy helped us with the heat and showed us how to access the cupola. You can see for miles. This apartment is accessed by steep stairs as is the rooftop view, so it is not for those with physical challenges. The kitchen is well stocked and is the heart of the apartment and we had a meal with friends. We loved our stay here!

Unfortunately, I was not able to stay at this place, but I did walk in and I had to end my trip early. I actually just arrived at the airbnb and I unfortunately received a phone call that made me have to return home because of a family emergency. I did walk around and this place was a great cozy place that I would have loved to stay with. I let Karla know immediately and she was more than willing to work with me. She was fantastic to work with and I cannot thank her enough. She is a great host and I hope to be back soon!

Great little place in Two Harbors, right within walking distance to Castle Danger and other attractions. Very cozy and convenient.

Our stay was perfect, the place is clean, spacious and well decorated. the bed was very comfortable, kitchen was full stuffed and the neighborhood was quiet. overall very good experience! Would repeat!

We were in town for a volleyball tournament. Since the team initially was not staying together, I started to look for lodging. I was thrilled to not stay in a hotel and that this was our place. A few weeks earlier we had another tournament but was unable to find an Airbnb near our location. That hotel was good enough and that’s the best I have to say about it. Due to that experience, I must have thought “I’m so glad we are staying in the Airbnb and not the hotel” (the team eventually stayed at the same place) about every 15 minutes! The historic and restored look was so fun! My husband runs a hardwood flooring service so he really appreciated the original wood flooring. The beds were comfortable, the living room was spacious, the shower had good water pressure, and the kitchen was great. There were even toiletries in case we forgot something. I only wish it had been a little warmer in order to enjoy the balcony.

Such a great get-away! I toured the ice caves, ate dinner with the locals, and enjoyed watching a pair of foxes play right outside my window. The location is so great because it's private but also close to everything. Thank you Erin!

Great location and comfortable space! Sleeping could get hot if you run hot at night, but ceiling fans and the window ac in the living room helped a lot. Loved how easy it was to access everything in town by walking. We had a car, but you could easily go without and rent a bike or moped right downstairs if you want to go to the state park for hiking or kayaking (which we highly recommend!).

Christina and Jeremiah are super responsive and have everything you need for a fantastic visit to the North Shore! The fireplace was perfect for warming a beautiful winter day watching the big waves up close. They have great coffee supplies as well as tea and hot chocolate waiting for you. They also had a stocked closet with hiking poles and stuff you might have forgotten for your outdoor fun. Kitchen is fully stocked as well. Lots of pillows and a comfy bed. Definitely would stay again. Thank you!

Had a lovely stay at Christine's condo while we did a ski weekend at Lutsen Mountains. The place is very snug and has everything you could need, we used the kitchen to cook a meal one evening and we really enjoyed the fireplace. Love that the building itself has a hot tub and sauna, perfect for apres ski :)

Beautiful and cozy spot. Small but perfectly set up for two couples or a small family. We would definitely stay here again. Great location for tons of adventures.

You won't find a better location in Bayfield! The home is perfectly located, absolutely beautiful and the hosts were kind and helpful. I'd love to return again!

We had a wonderful girls' weekend! Beautiful views, fireplace, relaxing spaces, comfy beds, all the amenities one would need, including makeup remover & phone chargers next to the lamps, was a nice touch! Hot tub and pool were wonderful! Great recommendations for places to go around Tofte, Lusten & Grand Marais! Thank you for being amazing hosts! It was definitely a home away from home!
