Monthly Rentals in Georgetown

Highly recommend the Rice Cottage for a stay in Georgetown. Clean and cozy accommodations for our group of four in December. Kitchen is spacious and fully stocked. Dog friendly with fenced back yard. Excellent location within walking distance to park and historic area. Excellent communication with the host. Look forward to a future visit during warmer weather to take advantage of outdoor porch/patio area and the several attractions close by.

Loved the house. Super clean and well equipped ! Road in front of house is very busy Overall a great place to stay and pet friendly as well!

House is beautiful, great for groups. Each couple had their own room and private bathroom. Location was perfect!! 5-10 minute walk to Front St (shops, bars, etc). Ample off-street parking for rental cars (we had 3). Beautiful area to take walks in the morning; peaceful neighborhood yet close to anything you’d want to do.

Clean, quiet, comfortable, well appointed, just the perfect Airbnb home for us. We loved the numerous thoughtful touches, well stocked, with plenty of little extras, including dog related items, snacks, a nice selection of cooking supplies and a super well organized “home book. The Host is fantastic with responses and recommendations. We had three nights and would have loved a week! The home feels like a home and not just another vacation rental, nicely decorated and clean. Easy access to historic Front Street and located in a quiet neighborhood. The fully fenced in backyard that was very well kept, was a huge bonus for our two dogs. We look forward to another visit, book this home with confidence! A+ 5/5, gold star!
