Monthly Rentals in Gainesboro

The place was lovely and in a very beautiful and peaceful spot. We had so much fun with the provided art supplies! Definitely hoping to stay any time we are in the area!

My daughter and I spent the weekend enjoying a great mother-daughter weekend. Walked to two great restaurants in town both days. Friendly people and great food. Went to Granville about 15 minutes away one day to enjoy their Christmas activities - definitely worth a visit! Loved the cute, vintage decorations in her cottage. Will definitely return!

This place was magical, the place has everything you need for a family with children and dogs, it was super clean, with wonderful details, we loved the space, it was perfect, the backyard was big for our dog, the rooms were super comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need, the host was communicative, kind and answered quickly. We liked it so much that we stayed two additional nights. Thank you.

My husband and I decided to stay in town for a night as it’s a central location close to shopping for Christmas gifts. It provided tons of privacy, and was surprisingly quiet considering the busy roads all around. Checking in was incredibly simple and the keypad made it a breeze. We both throughly enjoyed the comfort of the couches. His only complaint was pillows- which I had no issues at all with because they were nice and soft! I’d definitely stay again, and have recommended this as a stay for my family when they visit from Fl
