Nice private getaway! Quiet with a beautiful view. Very happy with my two-week stay.

Aaron laid out easy directions for our stay and we had no issues come up! The home was beautifully made up for us when we arrived. It was squeaky clean and smelled amazing! It felt like a home away from home, as it was cozy and had everything we needed from the laundry machines, to the kitchen dishes and utensils, to the bathroom soaps. Would highly recommend staying here!

We stayed here in Covington for six weeks as we needed a long-term rental while we sold our home in California and purchased one in Ohio. It is a great location for both Kentucky (Covington and Newport are great) as well as Cincinnati. The downtown areas of Covington are great....there are a ton of great restaurants, is very walkable and located VERY close to the freeways. Chan was very accommodating with our rental timeframe AND allowed us to keep our dog and cats there. Being on the first floor was incredibly helpful as our dog is almost 14 years old and would have trouble with stairs. We also had access to laundry and were able to get our mail while we were there. Chan was always responsive to any questions we had and resolved any issues immediately. The only thing that wasn't ideal is the train is fairly close to the building. My husband and I both work from home so that is the only reason is wasn't great. But we did get used to it; and the pros outweighed this significantly.

From the moment I arrived, to the moment I left. I felt right at home. Patricia did all the little things wonderfully. From providing snack and breakfast amenities. To offering recommendations and flyers on all the local activities and attractions in the area. Along with what was happening that weekend. The Eagle’s Nest was a nice and cozy spot that made me feel right at home as I stayed 3 nights in the Covington/Cincinnati area. So many restaurants, bars, and even local coffee shops in walking distance. I couldn’t recommend this unit enough. Everything I was looking for and more! I will seek out the Eagle’s Nest for my next stay in the area!
