We thoroughly enjoyed staying at the straw barn and hope we can do so again in the near future.

Perfect house, had everything we needed for a family of 4 over Christmas, even a Christmas tree, crackers and chocolate! Host was responsive and very friendly, house was clean and had ample space. It was toddler proof and felt comfortable and safe. Hosts appreciated and listened to feedback. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back. Thank you!

We had a fabulous time once again with all my children, partners and dogs. It’s the 2nd year we have booked Katrina’s house between Xmas and new year and I would 100% recommend it . The house smells amazing , the beds super comfy and the pillows and bed linen of superb quality. In fact I’ve purchased the same pillows for home ! The garden is large and fully enclosed for dogs and there’s ample parking for 4 cars. Katrina and nick are superb hosts and we would love to book for a 3rd year !

Such a perfect countryside stay! Estella is a lovely, responsive host and the cottage was absolutely perfect for my visiting family. Lots of countryside walks from the doorstep and opposite a lovely country pub with excellent food. Thank you!

A lovely stay, house cosy and clean, plus the added bonus of the friendly cat, Blue. A great location to walk the trails of the nature reserve and then a short walk down into town. Andy is a fantastic host, clear instructions and lots of recommendations. Thank you for letting in your home, we will be back!

we absolutely loved staying here, a beautiful house with an incredible beach side location. Strolling through the back garden and straight on to the sand dunes was a real treat. The interior of the house is incredible and hugely relaxing and it had everything you needed for a lovely stay. would love to come back one day again.

Sarah was an Amazing host and I couldn't have asked for a better host or a more wonderful house. Sarah's home was stunning and was so lovely to be near a wonderful big park.

Beautiful penthouse apartment in the heart of The Pantiles. We managed to bag a parking spot on a street just a five-minute walk away. Check-in was straightforward and the apartment itself was spotless – loved the decor and the Nespresso machine was a nice touch too. The only drawback was that we couldn’t stay for longer! We just needed a base for NYE so didn’t get to spend much time in the apartment unfortunately, but we’ll definitely be back! Roger and Katie were very communicative too and were kind enough to grant us a late checkout on New Year’s Day, which was very much appreciated 😅

Andrew and Sara’s apartment was perfect for our family Christmas in St Margaret’s, which we already know very well. Perfectly situated for exploring St Margaret’s, Kingsdown and Deal, with beautiful views down to the English Channel, it offered everything we needed for our little family. Nothing was too much to ask for, and their breakfast hamper with fresh eggs and homemade muesli was a lovely touch.

Sheerness is a special place. We had things to do and people to see in the area and this apartment suited us very well. However, it is such a beautifully restored, decorated and furnished apartment that it would be worth staying a couple of nights just to experience it. The exterior and especially the interior are completely charming, and Antony was helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and an excellent host. There are a couple of decent restaurants nearby and Sheppey is well worth exploring. We had a great stay

This cosy flat was a great place to stay for our New Year get away in Whitstable. So close to the beach and the town and harbour. The flat had everything we needed and was so comfortable and warm. Being above the fantastic Windy Corner Stores Cafe was a bonus. Delicious breakfasts and coffees. Though we didn’t meet our hosts communication was very friendly and helpful. Thank you for a lovely stay!

What a gem! Beautiful ground floor flat within 5 minutes walk of the beach. Owners' attention to detail was faultless and decor was gorgeous. We had a very relaxing stay and the treats left for us were very much appreciated. Excellent communication with owners who were super friendly and helpful.

Very nice villa. Very well cleaned and considering details. There was a nice bottle of wine ready for ins. There was coffee. Everything's nice and clean. Beautiful surroundings. Nautica is recommended. Communication with Cristina went smoothly and well.

We had a lovely stay for NYE at Ingram House! The bar area was a great space to relax in and the dining room and lounge area were also lovely. There was plenty of space and it was very comfortable! Highly recommend a stay here!

We spent the Christmas week at Arnaud's place, as a family with our children (2 couples) and 2 small children. The villa is well arranged so that everyone has their own living space, well equipped including for small ones who have dedicated dishes, very comfortable (sofas, armchairs, bedding). Beautiful decor that gives a cozy side. It felt good there. The neighborhood is quiet, nature conducive to walking, while being close to the center and the beach. Thanks to Arnaud, very accommodating (flexible with check-in and check-out times), responsive, attentive to his tenants to make the stay more pleasant. We will definitely be back. We enjoyed it very much and had a great time. Christine

the accommodation offered allowed the whole family to find its "corner" , facilitated by the 4 levels, the 4 bathrooms/WC. Its location between Rue Carnot , a shopkeeper,and the dike allowed us to do a lot on foot, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The villa is nice and spacious. The garden is well fenced, which our dog loved! There are also bowls available if you forgot them. The forest is nearby but in view of the weather we enjoyed the beach. The accommodation is a 30 35 min walk from the sea. The walk to get there is not unpleasant. Jacqueline gave us all the instructions for self check-in and checkout. We spend peaceful days in a wooded setting. Very charming! I recommend!
