Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Folkestone & Hythe District

Jane could not have been kinder or more helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The property was immaculate and had everything you could possibly need. The shower was a real treat, easy to regulate the temperature and safe to use. The surroundings are delightful, peaceful and quiet, but easy to find. When the evenings were chilly, the log burner was just so cosy and snug. I could not recommend this property highly enough. Enjoy!

We had a great long weekend here with all the family. The house is beautiful decorated and feels luxurious, with lots of fun details to explore. All the beds are large and very comfortable and every floor has bathrooms which was very convenient. We also loved the dining table with the lazy Susan at the centre. It's also a stone's throw from the shops, pubs etc of the old town.

What a lovely family the hosts are. They go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and happy. Perfect little cottage to visit the area. Thanks again.

Andy’s house was peaceful and cosy, and close to the old town of Hastings pubs and eateries, without being right in the thick of it. We had great company from Blue the cat who made us feel right at home, and the kitchen was a delightful living space for us in the evening. Bed was super comfy and the whole house was warm despite it being a windy, chilly day. Can’t fault and would love to return for a longer stay!

A superb home with character, design features, and so thoughtfully laid out. I knew that the location was about rest, relaxation and peace but the physical location of the house with direct access to the sand dunes and the beach was epic. My partner and I took out three dogs with us and it was the exact medicine needed for complete rest, relaxation and was an oasis of calm. The sunrises and sunsets were stunning. Sophia was an impeccable host and I could not have asked for me. I have never wanted to book the same place twice but.... I will be booking again.

Great apartment in a beautiful building. Our second visit so its like a home from home, very comfortable and well designed, with everything you need. A great spot from which to visit The Pantiles.

stayed in Julie's flat for 2 nights it was very nice, clean and comfortable plenty of on street parking available too. There are a lot of stairs to climb which some people might find a challenge though but worth it when you get to the top though.

The flat is perfect for a stay for one or two people for a short break in Rochester. It's is easily walkable to and from the station and easy to find. It was peaceful but near the centre, the castle, cathedral and river with an incredible number or eateries nearby. The instructions for getting in were clear with no problems and the key box easy to use. (I have fought with a couple in the past!) The flat itself was spotless with all the amenities you need. There was plenty of kitchen equipment and Linda left milk, tea and coffee. My only note of caution, was it was up 3 flights of stairs which was easy to manage but I did have to take my bags (I don't travel light so had two ) one at a time. I would highly recommend this most comfortable flat if staying in Rochester

Anthony has an amazing Georgian house which is easily to get to from Sheerness train station The house is absolutely incredible and feels like you are stepping back in time.Anthony is very accommodating and is close by incase of any difficulties.

We had a great time staying at this Airbnb for the weekend. The place was comfortable, well-maintained, and exactly what we needed for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommended!

Another lovely stay at Windy Corner - it’s become our go-to place in Whitstable. Great location, the perfect size for our little family, and well fitted out. We definitely hope to be back!

A great property just a short walk from the sea. The ground floor flat was beautifully taken care of and had everything we needed for a relaxing mini-break. We particularly appreciated the breakfast items, nespresso machine and prosecco, along with the very comfortable bed! Highly recommended.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce gîte moderne et bien équipé, situé dans une rue calme à proximité de la mer et du cap blanc nez. Emmanuelle s'est montrée très précise dans ses informations. Il ne manquait que la table de jardin et le barbecue, qui n'avaient pas été installés vu la précocité dans la saison, et qui auraient pourtant été très utiles étant donné le magnifique soleil qui a brillé tout le week-end. Nous reviendrons !

Heel mooie villa. Zeer goed schoongemaakt en gelet op details. Er stond een lekkere fles wijn voor ins klaar. Er was koffie. Alles netjes schoon. Mooie omgeving. Nautica is een aanrader. Communicatie met Cristina verliep soepel en fijn.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour entre amis. Wimereux est l'endroit idéal et le mieux situé pour accéder aux différents sites que nous souhaitions visiter. La maison est totalement fidèle à sa description et parfaitement équipée. Merci encore.

We had a lovely stay for NYE at Ingram House! The bar area was a great space to relax in and the dining room and lounge area were also lovely. There was plenty of space and it was very comfortable! Highly recommend a stay here!
