Just returned from a lovely long weekend. All I can say is 'wow'... I'm not sure I've ever walked into a place and within 5 minutes said, 'I want to live here!' The house itself is immaculate and has a very cozy feel. It has a unique decor which was very cool but it's the view that did it for us - just amazing! So peaceful and calm. It had everything we needed for a perfect stay. The homely touches such as the CDs, records and books were great, we had some fun playing music, enjoying great local food and generally having some much needed down time. Our dog absolutely had the time of her life and loved the freedom of the beach! We will absolutely be returning here, thank you for a wonderful time!

Kay's cabin is lovely, warm and very comfortable. Everything is provided for. The location is peaceful, and the view of the sea from the cabin and patio, makes this a relaxing place to stay. The beach coastline is good for walking. Kay is a great host and has thought of everything, thank you Kay.

Exactly what we were looking for, plenty of space for our family of six. Excellent location for this stunning beach. Loved it - we will totally be going again.

Southbeach was a lovely place to stay, really well-maintained and Sal was super lovely, responsive and attentive. Would recommend to others.

we had a lovely few days , right on beach very comfortable. would of liked maybe a sofa as no living area but was clean and tidy and was fully equipped. would maybe liked to have been walking distant to town etc as had to drive everywhere but had good time and would definitely recommend to friends and family.

This is a cosy cottage with great views of the sea and simple access to the beach out of the back garden.

Cosy and warm caravan for late December stay to attend family gathering. Very clean throughout. Simply furnished. Lovely quality bedding. Well equipped kitchen though didn’t use stove/ oven this trip. Smart tv,dvd and cd players. Only parking for Good internet service for my granddaughters. Useful separate shower room and loo. Room to park one car. Next to unit

We had a great week at Claire and Rémi's beautiful house. Everything is done to make you feel at ease. The house is very nice, functional with a beautiful sea view. Claire and Rémi are very welcoming and available. We were even able to take advantage of the pool!

Had a fabulous time at Wendy’s lodge! Lovely peaceful location with pool on site and near lots of other nature attractions. Wendy was a fantastic host - super helpful and responsive. Would definitely stay again!

Not only was Lisa super helpful and friendly but the accomodation itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, well stocked and had wonderful, thoughtful additions. Will definitely be booking again

Had a brilliant holiday at the lighthouse - great location with sea and walks in the doorstep. The house was perfect for us really interesting , inspiring and quirky with everything you could need. Comfy beds, clean, private and quiet. Maggie was a lovely host to communicate with. Great views too! Want to return in the summer to use the pool! Thank you :)

The minute we walked in it felt welcoming and homely, there were great added extras like board games which the kids loved, towels and extra bedding and blankets to curl up on the couch with. This is a prime location not only on site right next to the arcade and shops, but not where you get disturbed with noise, but also amazing location to travel to all the sight seeing opportunities in the local area. Everything was was really easy to get to and ensured we had an amazing time exploring without worrying about extra travel. Both hosts were fantastic with responding and being contactable and I would highly recommend to anyone who wants a great value for money place to stay in a great location! Thank you so much for a great stay!

We had an amazing short break at Alan and Bill’s place. I cannot recommend it enough! the house is beautiful with full sea view (just across the road), very well equipped, and they have thought of everything you might need. While the swimming pool wasn’t heated during our stay in late October, the house offered plenty more, including a hot tub, sauna, and dedicated BBQ area. The enclosed garden was perfect for our dog to play comfortably. In addition to the beautiful house, Alan and Bill were the most amazing hosts we've experienced in nearly a decade of Airbnb stays. They truly went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time, responding promptly to all our questions from booking through our stay and accommodating our requests to the best they could. We’re already considering our next trip!

This is an excellent place for two families to have a comfortable, happy stay. There’s loads of activities in the house that are geared around social interaction and family bonding the space is light and well designed and the kitchen is well equipped. The walk to Whitstable is around 45 minutes and a perfect length to build an appetite and keep kids entertained as you pass along the coastline. We hope to return.

We loved everything about Chris's flat. It has been beautifully refurbished and is both stylish and comfortable. It has everything you need for a great stay. We felt very at home. It was perfect for us (a couple and a 12 year old). The absolute bonus is the direct access to the beach through the pretty communal garden. The flat is also very private. We could have easily stayed for longer and will definitely be back. We also enjoyed discovering Broadstairs (loads of lovely cafes and restaurants and beautiful buildings) and the fantastic coastal walks from the doorstep. The Beach House is beautiful and a perfect location right on the beach. Robert was really helpful, sending us lots of information about the local area. I would highly recommend. We had a great stay, thank you.

We had a lovely family gathering here. Loved the close proximity of the beach and had some lovely walks from the door with the dogs. We ate in and the kitchen was very well equipped for larger numbers. The two lounges worked well for us we used one as a playroom. The rooms were spacious, larger than in the photos and lovely and warm. Jo was a very good host, with clear and warm communication.

Had a great time staying for Christmas Eve (son's 16th) and Christmas the four of us. Loved the view, cosy nature of the wood burner and opportunity to walk/run the coastline to Herne Bay and Whitstable. It was a mini escape perfect for the family. Would totally re-book!

There is a natural beauty to this area. It’s very peaceful and private. The views front and back are delightful. It definitely offers a slower pace and the pebbly beach that extends from the back yard to the shore line is expansive. The house is light and airy and very welcoming. It’s a home and you relax immediately on entry.

Everything about house was superb. Location, content etc. The christmas tree was nice touch. The only downside was that we didnt seem to have total control of the heating although the Nest was easy to use. Will definitely return.

We had a great week on the Sussex Coast. It’s a lovely house, fully equipped and fantastic views. The region has great walks along the coast and across the countryside. Would love to come back again.
