Amazing house(s)! We really enjoyed our stay and Karine was a perfect host, very friendly and responds quickly. Overall a perfect stay and would recommend staying here, you won’t regret it.

The house is great, wonderful location, we were very well received, all the beaches in the area are beautiful, but this beach where the house is located is a fisherman's beach, many boats on the beach and very strong smell of fish. For those who don't mind, it's fantastic.

Everything woked fine, the host was very kind. The house is well located, most things are walking distance. Would recommend.

Raquel's house is excellent!! We were 4 adults, and three children and were more than comfortable. The house is wider than it looks, the kitchen super spacious and communicates very well with the challenge of the house. It has showers outside for when you arrive from the beach, which is very close to the house and in my opinion the best florianopolis beach to be more than anything family and quiet. The beds are super comfortable and the bathrooms are spacious . The area is super quiet giving a feeling of great security! We highly recommend it, they won't regret it.

We stayed 5 days and enjoyed a lot, we were very well received by Rejane. The house was well accommodated had a lot of space as there were children they love it and my pet mainly, the beach is private this was great, house clean and conserved, for those who have children is a great option. Thank you very much Rejane and we intend to go back.

The property is excellent for families, it has a gallery with a view and exit the beach, which is really excellent. The house is very well equipped, super complete. It's broad. Fernanda was quick to respond to our queries and requests. RECOMMENDED.

Extremely pleasant stay, with great comfort. Casa super close to the beach and with all infrastructure is super complete. Eliel and very helpful wife is super gentle!! We love it and will definitely be back.

The place was wonderful. I look forward to coming back. The kitchen was fully equipped. The balcony was fantastic. The elevator access made everything very easy and accessible.

The apartment is super equipped, comfortable and neat. The complex has a nice pool and a restaurant with a varied menu, good prices and excellent attention. The counter for my taste is the beach that is girl and there are days that many people visit it.

Incredible ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ experience! My stay at Casa Paradisiac was excellent! The self check-in was practical, and the house is cozy, well-equipped and very well located. The hostess was attentive and always available for any questions. The outdoors are very well cared for, with a beautiful view and a perfect space to relax. Every detail was designed to provide comfort and a pleasant experience. The Jacuzzi was one of the highlights of the stay! To use it at night, with wine 🍷 and the view from the lagoon in the background, it was just amazing. The always warm water and the quiet environment created a perfect energy to close the day. I really enjoyed the experience and would definitely come back!

The house is in the best place and with the best view from the divine terrace it has. I could see my family at the beach while grilling on the grill. The value for the money is very good. The house is comfortable, it has everything you could need, it's clean. The airs are all working fine Victor's service, in my case, was wonderful service. Very warm and located without being annoying, she was always in all the details. Thank you for how cute we have as a family . We would most certainly return.

The apartment is spotless. The complex is very quiet. and at the door the beautiful beach. Unbeatable experience. and above it has 2 playful dogs. We will definitely be back.

I had an amazing stay at Cleonice's home! She was extremely kind, hospitable and considerate from the moment of our arrival. The atmosphere was impeccably clean and organized, which made our experience even more enjoyable. Cleonice was concerned about every detail, ensuring that we felt super welcomed and comfortable. The place has an excellent location, it is comfortable, very good view. The apartment is very functional, comfortable, very well equipped. Laudenir is a very good host, I always respond and he attended to all inquiries. We were even presented with a flaw with the washing machine and the next morning I was already at the door with a new one. The stay was great!! I recommend.

From the first to the last minute.... excellent, the complex is magnificent, the apartment is very comfortable and complete and the host is really very friendly... Extremely well-kept condominium, marvelous beach, nice bedding, bath towels, full kitchen with cutlery, toaster etc. clean swimming pools, friendly reception, owner was helpful, good air conditioning, tv various canals, calm beach perfect for baby. the only points of improvement would be the mattresses and we found the house a bit far from the beach some 3 mins walking, but we have a heavy and chubby baby, but for those who come without a baby it is perfect. The owner offered two crib options, in general we liked it very much.

The apartment is just like the photos. It has a beautiful view it is very clean and is very well equipped.
