Vacation rentals with lake access in Florianópolis

we loved the place, super quiet, the truth is that he was always attentive to everything at all times, it is a safe place, there were places to eat nearby. We will surely return because we loved the place.

I was extremely delighted with everything, the house is super cozy, everything very clean and had everything we needed utensils. Access seems like it will be complicated, but it was super quiet, the Lu who received us gave us all the necessary directions, including where to leave the car. Play disks was the cherry of the cake. Too Gratitude for everything, I'll be back for sure ❤️

We loved our stay at Léridas! She was extremely communicative with us since booking which we really appreciated. We have a 10 month year old and she set up a crib and had a high chair which was so helpful. The place was really clean, and a perfect stay for our small family gathering. We had bbqs and used the pool nearly every day. If we needed anything, lerida lives on property and was quickly able to help- she even helped us order a pizza delivered when we first got there ! It was a beautiful home and a large space.

The house is great and has many cooking utensils, I try everything you need. Everything was very clean and the house is comfortable. In view is magnificent and the sea very calm. The only downside is the noise of the street in the first room, especially on weekends where the movement gets more intense. During the week it was quiet and softened after 11pm. The neighborhood is a charm and you can walk to several restaurants. The sunset is very beautiful from the balcony of the house. We were very well served by Jaqueline and will be back.

We LOVE Darios place! This is the second time we have had a family reunion here and we are already planning when to meet there next! It is heavenly, a beautiful house, private beach and a gorgeous hike to a small town right from your backyard! This house is the perfect getaway and Dario is an excellent host!

The stay was amazing, the little house is beautiful and the view is wonderful. Equipped with what you need to eat on-site. We went in the summer, but in winter it must be very good as it has a fireplace. We ventured with the kayaks on the lake. Extremely considerate host. Note 1.0000! We read in some comments that would be the most beautiful place and we really agreed.

Leila and Evandro are excellent hosts. They are attentive to your needs. The simple and super equipped house, there was toilet paper, mineral water in the fridge, towels, wipes, linens, blankets, soaps, room deodorant. The super equipped kitchen. And the little house is quite safe for being among other deptos.

For those looking for an immersive experience in nature, I strongly recommend this wonderful place.. a unique experience, facing the lagoon, sunrise and enchanted visit of marmosets, birds, lizards, capivarinhas.. were magical days, lived in the ingenious house, a place of preservation but also tells its history since the colonization. gratitude for the experience I hope to come back again! 🤍 Thanks to Sérgio, Inaiara and Duda for the nomination and for all reception!

The apartment is great and very well located, the condominium is very good in front of the lagoon and a lot to do on the outskirts of Campeche.

Second time I rent Soraia's apartment. The first time was at the end of October (I think it was 4 days) and now I spent 17 days. Reitero everything you said in the first evaluation at the end of October. To this period of January, I can add that I greatly took advantage of the condominium Porto da Lagoa (which looks more like a Resort) that offers great outdoor and internal swimming pools (the latter is thermal and the temperature was very pleasant), easy access to Lagoa da Conceição (it is in the back and it is possible to take the dog for a dip), a large area for hiking, walking with the dog (mine was radiant with happiness with the large green area it has there) and it is possible to even cycle there. I would like to highlight the good interaction with the residents of the condominium (many have dogs and these have a lot of fun with each other). Anyway, I recommend the apartment again!

It is a place very close to the beach that has everything you need to have a good time. All very well Pesnado: Excellent oven if you like to cook, A very quiet washing machine, very comfortable beds and pillows, 4k TV, Fast WiFi (we went with three children), entrance and exit to the building and depto with key, so we were going to the beach without fear of losing card or key. A small pool but with tables around to eat something. Cochera very easy to access. We would be back 100%

Apartment exactly to the ad, everything is very clean and organized. Tatiana is always very attentive and responded with agility. The apartment is very well located, close to everything and easy access to the beaches, an excellent option for those who want to enjoy Floripa.

All perfect. Beautiful and very comfortable apartment. Large parts and right in the center of the Lagoa. Pharmacy and market on the corner. The last two nights and air-conditioning of the suite has spoiled but it was no problem. Ricardo tried to call the concert but there was no technician available. Even so, it was all wonderful.

We love the place, very cozy, quiet, clean and organized.. the children loved the space of the place to play ... wonderful space and a undeniable tranquility... sure if we go to the south of the island we will rent the chalet again

It was GREAT!!! By far the best place I've ever been to rest and make a home office also the place is amazing, the space is completely beautiful and surprising, little monkeys, toucan and I enjoyed every little piece. Patrícia is also super friendly, helped us with everything, sure I'll be back soon ❤️

Our stay was very peaceful. We had some setbacks on the way and the Mahana was understanding and we were able to check in much later than we had initially agreed. The space was very clean and tidy when we arrived. All that was in the description was there. The house is in a very quiet region. Even with several restaurants and bars nearby, there was no noise from the neighborhood at night. If I return to Floripa, I will definitely consider booking again.

Really Casinha Sossego de Palmas is a gift! They welcomed us well and welcomed us with great affection. The house, the neighborhood, the people, the beaches, exceed all expectations. Good stay. The space is "modular", so the bedroom, bathroom and kitchen/dining room and living are in buildings separated by a few meters, yet with excellent privacy and tranquility. The environment has a more mystical and Buddhist decoration, the room has more artisan architecture, the traditional bathroom and the kitchen with rustic architecture, of the cottage, all very well taken care of. Enough insects as is to be expected by the location, but still very clean but repellent is very necessary. There's fireflies in the pond, amazing to see at night. It has a great fan.

The lodging in the house of Igor and Cesar was sensational. It just wasn't better, because we spent little time there - we only had 2 nights available. The house is even more beautiful and bigger than it appears in the pictures. The area is immense and surrounded by nature. It is impressive to imagine that we were in such a quiet environment and full of vegetation and yet so close to the center and its conveniences. We adore Floripa, a place where I've lived, including, but staying at Igor and Cesar's house is so delicious and complete that it doesn't even want to leave there. Igor and Cesar are always attentive and ready to answer any question very kindly and quickly. This house is certainly a place we miss and we would like to revisit.
