We had a lovely time at the apartment, our experience was a great one. We enjoyed the security of the place, the local area (superb beach nearby) with some great restaurants just a short walk away, and a supermarket and pharmacy. There were a few hitches as would be expected, some air conditioning issues developed for example, but John got it sorted out by getting an engineer to attend at really short notice. One thing we loved was being able to do some cooking, there were a good selection of pans and utensils and the fridge and freezer were a good size and worked well. Finally the pool and jacuzzis on the roof area were very clean and a great addition to the facilities. We would definitely return and we hope to one day. Bill Wicker, and Joana and Pete.

Beautiful place, very quiet and excellent for children as it has no exit to the street. The right comfort to be able to go to rest. We will be back!

The host Ana Paula super helpful and attentive… received us at the house and made us comfortable, presenting each room and what we had at our disposal. Basic items such as towels, bathroom mats, floor cloth and kitchen items were available. We had at our disposal two beach chairs and a sun guard… I would also highlight the air-conditioning in the bedroom that was essential on the hottest days. And finally, we will definitely return at the next time.

We had a very nice vacation in that place. The apartment is complete, nice area and the condominium is very nice ! The pool is spotless, beautiful. It's a safe environment for families and children. The condo offers tranquility. Marini is attentive to guests' needs. Grateful from Montevideo, Uruguay!

The stay in the apartment was wonderful. It has all the things you need to be comfortable. It is located in a very quiet and safe area of the island. As for the hospitality, Vinicius was very attentive and always had the willingness to answer any questions that were presented to us. Communication with him was always very smooth and allowed check out a little later. In sum, the stay was a pleasant experience. It completely exceeded our expectations and we are so grateful for everything. ☺️

It was my first Airbnb experience and it was really perfect. Michelle always responded quickly to messages . Separate mention for Ana and Pedro, those in charge of giving us the keys and showing us the place. They were friendly, attentive and always willing to help us. Two extraordinary people. Everything is great, both check-in and check-out. The place is in a great place, One block from the shopping center and one from the beach. It has parking, so it's very valuable to the industry. Highly recommended.

The place is very peaceful and spacious. It's bigger than you see in photos. It has the amenities posted. The condominium is beautiful and the staff are very friendly and with a very good disposition. In the vicinity there are several buffets to eat, small businesses and supermarket. The private exit to the beach is convenient and the area is very quiet and clean to sunbathe, swim and relax. Marcela was very willing and quick to respond to my inquiries and doubts, which is greatly appreciated.

We feel very welcome. The apartment is extremely complete, has everything from electron cutlery, useful for everyday life. She left bedding and towels all clean and very smelling. The apartment is very functional and cozy! The hostess responded to the messages very quickly, always demounting a lot of education. I've already saved her contact, we'll come back more often. Beautiful apartment, nicer than the photos, modern furniture and you felt at home, everything you need to have a good time, the balcony and the beautiful view of the sea. If the bed was bigger and the more comfortable pillows was going to be perfect. The only thing that happened that the air conditioning in the suite did not work on the 1st day but I warned Leila and quickly they came to fix. The condominium is very nice and with all the amenities, perfect for a family trip, I would stay in this apartment again, recommended.

the location of the apartment is really excellent, with the impressive sand dunes in front, providing an incredible view and a feeling of connection with nature, in addition, the nearby Joaquina beach is one of the most beautiful beaches in Florianópolis. And I couldn't help but mention Sabine's amazing welcome, which undoubtedly helped make the stay even more enjoyable. It makes you feel like home from the first moment you arrive. Rodrigo was very nice and communicated all the time, the accommodation although it is further away from downtown, it is comfortable to noverse because it is away from the chaos, everything is excellent!

Cozy location for short stay, close to nature reserve in the lagoon. Nearby conveniences 25 minutes from the center. Safe and clean.

the dpto is very comfortable, equipped. It has everything you need to spend a few days relaxing and the decoration is also very nice, it makes you feel at ease. And it was very kind to let them do a late check-out!
