Monthly Rentals in Farmersville

My sister and her family stayed at the house while visiting us for the holidays. They reported being transported back to the days when we visited our grandmother. They really enjoyed the 50s decor and commented several times on the quiet neighborhood. They loved the coffee bar too. Will definitely use again for visitors

I have loved my stay here - so much so that I have booked it longer! The neighborhood and location can't be beat. It feels secluded and private while also being walkable and close to so many things. The accommodations are cozy, but have everything you need, including historic charm which I love. I take daily walks and this is the perfect neighborhood for that with the beautiful architecture, quaint streets, and nearby trails. Kathleen has been a phenomenal host. She met me when I arrived to get me situated, gave local recommendations, and showed me around the space. When there was an issue with the heat she came right over (nice to have her on the same property!) and promptly got the HVAC people out to resolve the problem. When it couldn't be fixed until the following day, she offered me to stay in the main house. Things like this happen and I appreciated her proactiveness and eagerness to resolve the issue and keep me comfortable! Grateful for this place feeling like home!
