Monthly Rentals in Fairfield Bay

Absolutely the BEST place we’ve ever stayed in. Clean, well stocked, everything we needed to have an amazing trip. It’s very well kept and so clean and cute!!! May your guests treat this amazing home as well as you do because it truly felt like being in a relaxing home and not at all like a temporary stay. The hosts were very communicative and we felt like we knew exactly what to do and where to go even before we got there! This is going on the favorites list and we’ll be back again just to stay at the condo again.

Wonderful stay and wonderful host! I had a fantastic time, and really enjoyed the condo. Everything was just as described and Dee is thorough and accurate with the instructions. She also provided great recommendations for activities and food in the area. I would definitely stay here again!

This place was great to return to after a day on the lake. Easy to get to, clean and comfortably cool during a hot summer week in Arkansas. Nice clean main bathroom with a nice shower. And even better to have a half bath with washer with dryer to manage the wet towels and bathing suits & the extra toilet & sink to use while the main bathroom was in use. We really appreciated the little extras like providing laundry detergent, dish soap and the extra spacious fridge.

The location and ambience were perfect for a week of writing. Everything provided by John and Melanie made it easy for me to stay focused for 6 days.
