Michaels place was great ! It was the perfect house for my family of 5. The location was close to everything. Mike made sure we had everything we needed and checked on us daily. I highly recommend ! Thanks for a great stay Mike !

Very responsive and accommodating. A snow storm arrived during our stay. FFB was a perfect place to be! The local store had everything we needed & Jay’s place was nice and cozy! The large patio windows offered picturesque views of the snow falling- It was like being in a small town Hallmark movie! We highly recommend for a winter holiday stay!!

This place stands out as the absolute best Air B&B we've ever stayed at. We were hesitant at first being that dogs are allowed... (we wondered if it would smell like "dog", or have dog hair on the furniture) but no bad smells, and no dog hair. We were very happy about that! The bed's were very comfy! We had a good bit of rain the week we were there, so the quilts all around the house were great, and used by each of us. As a family with 5 kiddos ranging from 13, all the way down 7 months, we were happy to have plenty of room for everyone. We love playing games, so having all the board games available was a big bonus. My guys really enjoyed using the dartboard outside under the covered front porch! They had several tournaments in the week we were there. Lol Suzy was the perfect hostess, and was so sweet to suggest a few family friendly activities within the Fairfield Bay area. There are quite a few things we didn't get to do in our week stay, but are looking forward to next time!!

The location was perfect. We were there for high school golf and loved the convenience of being close to the golf course. The host was very responsive and flexible.

The home was the perfect place to host family members attending a nearby wedding! Such a comfortable kitchen and great room, we so enjoyed our time catching up with each other!

We stayed at Rocky Top Falls the weekend after Labor Day. There were three couples, so we had more room than we needed, which is always nice. Miguel is an EXTREMELY conscientious host - responded quickly to questions we had before traveling, messaged the morning of our arrival to let us know we could get in early if we wanted to, checked in after we got there, and touched base a few times during our stay. Really nice. We were in Fairfield Bay for a family reunion, and we did host dinner one night - the place was well-suited for company, spare fridge and freezer in the garage came in handy! The views here are every bit as gorgeous as they look on the website, and we particularly loved being there during the post-summer lull - the only sounds we heard when sitting on the porch were birds chirping and crickets humming. Honestly we cut short some of our plans just to spend more time enjoying the lovely weather, sitting on the deck and playing cards or grilling. This place is a treasure!

We had an amazing Thanksgiving here. Everything we needed was there. The beds were comfortable and Andrea was an amazing host. She went out of her way to make sure our stay was perfect. Having the lake views and sunsets was such a gift. I absolutely recommend staying here. Great location and beautiful surroundings.

We were in the area for the solar eclipse and we had a fantastic time. Fairfield Bay Marina is a 5 minute drive. We took the shuttle to sugarloaf mountain for q hike and enjoyed Kayaking on the lake. The area is beautiful with rolling mountains, nature trails and of course the lake. The house was spacious with a kitchen great for preparing large meals. We loved eating on the deck with a gorgeous sunset view. Bre is a great host—very responsive and knowledgeable about the local area. Highly recommend!

This was a great place to stay , furnished ever needed. loved the back porch view and set up! we swam right behind the house !

We loved our time at Tricia's place, it was such a beautiful place, exactly like the pictures depicted, clean, and comfortable. There were very clear instructions for everything and the house had everything we needed while we were there. Very relaxing getaway, highly recommend.

This lake house is a perfect family getaway space with a great layout. The fire pit overlooking the lake was such a nice view. And the entire space felt like home away from home. Lauren was so friendly and responsive to any questions or concerns we had. I really appreciated the design style and the calming and peaceful atmosphere. One thing to note, the 4th bedroom upstairs has its own bathroom with shower and tub combo, but does not have a door to the room. Not a problem for us, but just something to be aware of. Overall, this space is a gem and well worth the price in terms of amenities, location, and comfort. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing and beautiful house. Awesome place for the family to relax and get away. Ryan is an awesome host and was very communicative. Saw deers, birds and armadillos. The house overlooks the lake and is absolutely gorgeous. The beds are very comfortable. The entire house was so comfortable and accommodating. Would definitely recommend and go back.

Hans place was a very peaceful retreat for my husband and I. We found the space to be very clean and comfortable.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. There was minor confusion with the ac unit but I messaged Emily and it was fixed immediately. The house was on the water. The neighborhood was peaceful.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house, screened-in deck, terrace, lake access, and location were all great. Hope we have an opportunity to stay again some time in the future.

This location was PERFECT for our needs...close to Greers Ferry Lake and the Old Hwy 25 Campsite!! The home was very clean and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Although the kitchen was dated, all the essentials for cooking were present and easy to find. (plenty of mixing bowls, pans,etc...and best of all QUALITY knives for food prep!). We will definitely book this location again in the future...if it's available. Truly, a hidden gem!!

Beautiful and spacious. Great place for a large group. The view is absolutely breathtaking.

This house had all the amenities we needed for our stay. We had a few unforeseen mishaps, but Joan and her husband were very accommodating and willing to resolve. Beds were very comfortable-loved the sheets!! Joan was easy to get ahold of and accommodating to our issues. Would recommend!

This home was beautiful and we'd buy it if that was ever an option! It was as described and we instantly fell in love with the view. we can't wait to stay here again.

Super friendly and accommodating family owned operation. I Will definitely recommend to anyone that is going to be staying in that area. Also the bait shop next door is perfect and has anything you would ever need to catch fish at Greers Ferry lake!
