Nice house very secure gated community very quiet location

Just like many of the reviews listed this place was amazing! Spacious, very clean, and responsive host. As all others have said Jefferson and his mother were amazing. Great food and great responses from Jefferson. Everything we needed was right there. We like to keep our places clean but they made the extra effort to make sure we had everything we needed! 15 minute drive from the house to the town but that was understood. If you want privacy and solitude there is no better place we did one day in Manuel Antonio and still don’t understand why more people don’t stay in Playa Palo Seco. Amazing location with the most beautiful sunsets we’ve ever seen. Can’t say enough about this Airbnb. Nothing negative at all. Tip: Respect the ocean. The tides are scary of course but you need to do your research and keep your little ones close!

Brian’s place was perfect for our surf vacation to jaco and hermosa. There is so much to do on the property and very close to the beach and great restaurants. Highly recommend!

I'm conflicted on writing this review because I want the house to be available next time I come back and anyone that stays here will definitely stay again! The location is at the south end of Jaco on the main road. We had a very short walk to the beach and a couple of restaurants in the immediate area. Everything else was within a less than 5 minute drive. The house itself was perfect for our group of 5 guys and could have held even more. The house was beautiful and clean. We had plenty of privacy but did not feel like we were too far from anywhere. The pool is a must and it was perfect for our stay. The air conditioning in each room worked great to keep us cool during the warmer days. The team was very responsive with any and all needs. We received recommendations for local places that we can say were great recommendations. I have no regrets staying at Fishbonz and would GLADLY book this stay over and over. Thank you for making our stay memorable!

We had a wonderful time staying at John’s beautiful home. We had a large group and everyone had plenty of space to relax and enjoy each others company in the large gathering areas inside and out, or retreat to the private, en-suite bedrooms with wonderful air conditioning. The pools and balconies surrounded by lush jungle and mountain views were amazing. Easy access to grocery store and quick drive into town, to the beaches, and Manuel Antonio park. This was a perfect getaway for us, we are so pleased with our stay and experience.

Loved our stay there. The location was perfect—quiet, yet close enough to all the major attractions and conveniences. The space itself was exactly as described. Host provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out, offered great local recommendations. Host Fernando and his staff Charlie were amazing. Charlie was incredibly welcoming and communicative which made our stay such a great experience! Spectacular coordination for all our excursions and transportation needs. The kitchen was well-equipped, and I had everything I needed to prepare meals. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and I loved the peaceful atmosphere of the neighborhood. Restaurants and shops were down the street and we felt safe walking around at night. Overall, I would highly recommend staying at Fernando's place if you're looking for a relaxing, comfortable stay that is close to main attractions and the beach. I’m already looking forward to returning!

Very cute and comfy airbnb. Very close to stores, restaurants and the bus stop. Had everything we needed and a great kitchen . Definitely recommend ☺️

It's well worth the stay! It has everything it advertises and the parking lot is close to the apartment so you don't have to walk much with the suitcases. The lapas arrived in the mornings to eat in a tree annex to the property and from the room they could be seen with the naked eye. There is bakery and super on the same street, and it's a few blocks away from downtown Jaco.

Great location in a small party town. Can see the ocean from the roof top and the road.

The accommodation is super nice and very clean. We had a lovely stay. Very present fauna all around.

This was absolutely great, the place felt very new and was more spacious than we expected. It was a quick walk to the beach and worth every penny!

Overall it was a great place. Everything is walkable distance. Beach is 30 second away from the room. Highly recommend staying at this property it’s safe as well.

We had an amazing time at the monkey suite. Marta and Douglas were so helpful when we needed recommendations for the area and provided us with clear instructions on how to get around.

Clean apartment, well furnished with big balcony and a nice view to the pool and mountains

We were very happy staying at the condo. Amazing balcony with the most gorgeous view of the Playa Blanca beach. The condo was filled with most everything you would need. Lots of nice beach blankets, full kitchen and the surprise was having house cleaners weekly. The host responded very quick was very nice. A little far from the main road but a beautiful beach and lovely condo! Also Macaws and monkeys every day!!!
