Monthly Rentals in Effingham

We spent one wonderful night at Maria’s home! It was the perfect spot for our family! We were traveling through during spring break. After driving in the pouring rain all day, we could not have been happier to arrive! The house was warm, so clean, cozy and had everything we needed. Maria was a fantastic communicator, proactively giving clear instructions and giving great local restaurant recommendations at our request. The beds were comfy and bathrooms had plenty of towels. Super easy location to find, felt safe and slept well. Don’t miss this gem!

Jerry’s home was perfect for our group of 10 adults in town for a concert at Effingham Performance Center. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots, pans, baking sheets and all of the utensils you could need. We cooked a full dinner and breakfast for 10 while there. The beds were comfortable. Plenty of seating in the common spaces and the sun porch was a a nice are for a smaller group. Jerry was very accommodating and provided clear directions and labels for all things related to the house. Our whole group loved our stay at Jerry’s place and felt it was a tremendous value!

I’ve stayed here multiple times and have always had a great experience! I’ve stayed in multiple units and they’re all exactly like the photos- very clean and cozy. Would highly recommend and will definitely stay again!

Great small spot for myself had everything u can need. Clean, comfortable, great value. Loved the dogs I wanted to take them home with me .!!! Lol
