This home is perfect for families looking to relax in Champaign! Since you're right off of Springfield, getting to any landmark in Chambana is straightforward. The home itself is cozy and was perfect for our two families to stay. The upstairs and downstairs divide made it easy for each of us to have our own space, but there was still plenty of room for us all to hang out together. If I could change anything, I would just make it a little more kid friendly with some safety measures for the stairs and some plastic dishes, but our kids were just the right age, that it wasn't too much of a concern. Highly recommend, and we hope to stay here again!

The property was perfect for us while working in the area. Having a fenced back yard was great for our Lab pup.

Great spot for a group to get together in Champaign. Everyone had their own space to sleep but still ample community space for games and activities downstairs. Would definitely stay here again when in the area.

Lauren’s home was the perfect place to unwind after the fun-filled days of Dad’s Weekend at U of I. We instantly felt at home when we entered Lauren’s house. Her helpful notes around the house eliminated any questions we would have had during our stay. And the neighborhood was absolutely perfect. Just far away from the campus madness that you could decompress, yet close enough that you could be back on campus in 5 min. Highly recommended and would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

I rented Courtney's place because it is directly across from The WIndsor of Savoy retirement facilities. We had a medical issue with my folks who live there and this was SO convenient to be able to walk across the street and be at the facility. The location is near a grocery store, CVS and several restaurants. It is in a very safe and quiet location and the University and downtown Champaign are just 15 minutes drive away. The house is well appointed and comfortable. It was nice to be able to park a car in the garage as it was very cold. We would definitely rent this house again.

Very nice updated home very close to Illinois campus and the State Farm center. My friends and I had a great trip staying here for the Illini basketball game

I loved this place ! Sara Was extremely helpful and exceptionally Nice providing my family to stay at her beautiful spacious home for the holidays. I would definitely book again and recommend booking with her anytime.
