Watamu has great beaches, friendly people, and lots of activities nearby. This apartment has an excellent location right in the middle of it all. There are many restaurants close by, but the kitchen has everything you need for cooking your own dinners if you prefer. Two large air-conditioned bedrooms and two bathrooms makes this place excellent for a family of four.

It was great to return to Eden Island for the second time. Chiara’s place was as described in the listing, clean and well equipped. We loved the serenity, safety and security, amenities and beaches that are never over crowded. We enjoyed walking over the bridge to get fresh fish and local produce. Chiara was truly a superhost. She responded promptly to any inquires we had, always providing quick and fair solutions. We can definitely recommend Seydreamhouse and Chiara.

We had a great time in this spacious place, this beautiful view and this dreamy setting. The accommodation is suitable, the pool is splendid. We recommend this apartment with your eyes closed. We had a wonderful stay. Apartment is large and comfortable. Everything was clean. Beds were super comfortable and the perfect spot to have an amazing sunset. Pool area is lovely and can access beach for long beach walks. Complex is peaceful and even on weekend there was no loud parties etc Would highly recommend. Would like to suggest a BBQ on the patio.

We loved our stay at Toms house. The Island is a gem. Nothing but nature all around, the most beautiful birds.m The staff was so helpful and friendly too. We had the best time and will for sure come back.

We were a family of 12 and loved Margaritas place who was also a great host. Only a little over an hour from Johannesburg. Ensure you follow Margaritas instructions well as the address vs actual location on Airbnb is a little different by about 400m. It is very well stocked with everything you need and more. An entertainers delight. The staff were very helpful and friendly, helped us unpack all our groceries and again helped us pack at departure. Daily cleaning was also available . The grounds are beautiful and very private. Has a big lawn area and magnificent sunsets. The house has many different areas to eat and relax at, so you never feel on top of each other. The highlight was the pool, pool table , and table tennis. We only stayed for 2 nights so never left the property, but if you have a boat, a lovely jetty area is available and river front a water sport delight. Loved our stay and will be back!

We had a fantastic stay at John's villa - it is beautifully set up and right on the beach. It is a slice of paradise and the team there - Chef Benjamin, Felictus & Sarah - were wonderful. They couldnt have looked after us better! Would definitely go back

My wife, I and our three children had a great holiday here. The house is located in a picturesque village surrounded by coconut palms. One of the most beautiful beaches in Kenya is about a 10-minute drive away. We had our own car, so it was not difficult for us to get there, but if you do not have transport, you can always use a tuk-tuk or a motorbike taxi. The beach is beautiful! Next to the house is an ocean bay with mangrove trees. We were very pleased that the house has two excellent SUP boards! At high tide you can ride them through the mangrove forest and it is very, very beautiful! But take shoes with you because there are sharp shells at the bottom. Nice people work in the house. Chef Joseph cooked well and was very kind. Thank him very much! We were lucky with the weather, it was not stuffy at all, so we never used the fans at night. Thanks to the owner of the house Tom and his team for good memories!

We had a lovely stay and would highly recommend this property. Huge, beautiful outside space and welcoming inside. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and more. The bedrooms were beautiful and spacious and the beds slept comfortably. Our family especially enjoyed the large dining setup inside and out. The kids had a ball in the play area. We felt right at home and will surely be back in the summer.

It was our first stop in mauritius. We planned to travel around the island and stay 2-3 days at each spot. Rajesh was super helpful in organising a scooter and always had good tips. He and his wife even invited us to a dance at their neighbour's weeding (sadly we missed it). Anyhow, great place to stay with some kind hearted hosts. Wish you all best Luca & Stephanie

We had the best time at Khushiness. I really appreciated Priti’s clear instructions and meeting her on arrival. They also have the best housekeeper, always ready to assist. The house is spacious with the best views. Perfect for a bigger group. On arrival one fridge didn’t work and it was replaced within an hour with such efficiency and friendliness. We will definitely be back - this house is the perfect, peaceful, private home within easy driving distance to all the great spots available in the area.

Jonathan’s place is lovely and as described. The space was perfect for a relaxing getaway and is a great entertainment space. We especially loved the outside deck and people-watching which came with being right on the water and golf course. Jonathan himself was the perfect host, very responsive and genuinely committed to ensuring his guests are comfortable and have everything they need. Riaan, the house manger, was also super helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend.

Gorgeous Place, Beautiful view of the Creek, Fort Jesus, and Old Town. The place was clean, checkin was smooth, And a lot of small touches that tell you Aly is an experienced host. Can't recommend high enough.

Overall, it was a pleasant experience. The resort's location on Garoda Beach, arguably the most beautiful beach in Watamu, is fantastic. We appreciated the convenience of being right by the beach, with easy access to the resort's sunbeds and pools. Additionally, it was nice to be within walking distance of places we enjoy (LichtHaus, the gym at Temple Point, and Kobe restaurant) We had the opportunity to stay in both the double room and the Cactus apartment. While we thoroughly enjoyed the Cactus apartment, the double room could get some improvements (real double bed and not twin beds put together for ie and some refreshments in the decoration).

Accommodation for 2 people, within the Saint Gilles square with private and secure entrances. Small gardens and common areas very very very well maintained. Very quiet neighbors, the small terrace overlooks the small gardens and flowered trees, to havebreakfast with the sunrise. Everything was spotlessly clean. The Hermitage is really very well located as a starting point to get around the island with your car. The beach is 100m away, the bakery at the foot of the apartment, the Carrefour Market just opposite and the Rodrigue mail (the paved way that goes to the sea) is there with a few small shops (bookstore, pharmacy, clothes etc.) and at the end: a nice covered terrace to watch the sunset accompanied by a planter and samoussas (and their ice cream is not bad either:) The market every Sunday morning with fruits and vegetables (better to go there from 8am) and clothes, souvenirs etc. Bookmark the address!:)
