Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in East Africa

We booked Elina's place for four days while we visited Gombe National Park. We loved the spacious house, enjoyed the screened in outdoor space and felt safe and secure in the walled compound. Elina was friendly and helpful and even drove us to the airport when it was time to leave. Kigoma is a beautiful town and we look forward to visiting again!!

I had a great stay at this place with my family and the host was very proactive when it comes to communication and very friendly people. Thank you, I will come back again. Great service.

Im Really Really Really Going To Miss My Now Home Away From Home, Ive Never Had A Host Be So Sweet, Thoughtful, Attentive And All Other Good Things During My Stay And Ms Lesley Is One Of Them But Ok About The Place Lol :) It Is Might I Say A Gem Beautiful Property Estate With My Now Fur Friends Who Love To Greet. Its In A Secluded Area That Is So Calming And Peaceful When Youve Had A Long Day In The City. Around The Corner Is The Polo Club Where You Can Take Mornings Walks To See The Zebras Wildebeest And Other Animals That Is Just A Beautiful Site To See In Itself. Dont Hesitate To Book Any Of Her Cottages. I Will Be Back For Sure Thank You So Much Ma Lesley For Thee Best Stay Ive Ever Had :)

We were very well hosted by Hazel and her family. On-site car hire and drop off at the airport are a plus. We could go to Anse Royale and the beach on foot. We had a great time.

We had a wonderful stay. Wonderful house with amazing people helping around the house. Close to the beach but still protected from the weather when it’s unpleasant outside. All in all had a wonderful restful holiday

Louise was very engaging and informed of traffic obstacles ahead of our arrival. Check-in was easy and the house spotless. Upon arrival you are immediately overwhelmed by the beauty and tranquility. Perfect getaway, private yet conveniently located near restaurants. Time stood still during our stay. We were also thrilled by the daily visits from the Kudus, antelope, warthog family etc. Wow. What a great place!!! Very quiet suburb, but close to shops and plenty of restaurants. The house was perfect for a family and so peaceful.

We really can't say enough about Diana's place. We stayed in two of her units during our stay in Lusaka. The place was beautifully furnished, clean and quiet. The beds were comfy. The living room was bright and sunny. When we messaged Diana she responded within minutes and always had an answer for us. She has a lovely young lady, Memory, who comes in to clean the apartment. We really enjoyed our time in Lusaka and will definitely be looking up Diana's place again when we return.

We love Eden Island and have stayed at or two properties. What we liked about David’s place was that it gives you a bit more space than the 2 bed, with its lovely wrap around balcony. Thank you!

Overall it was a great experience, everything mentioned is what we got. The stuff was very friendly and the place was clean. The only issue I encountered was the wifi, other than that 10/10

This is our second time staying here. Easy to find and has quick access to and from CBD. Its the perfect place if you value privacy and calm topped by the fresh countryside breeze and air. We enjoyed the views from the balcony. Thank-you Joan.

Nathalie is a very friendly and responsive host. She gives attention to details on all the little things and her place is immaculate which is important to me. Thank you for all the work you put for making your guests feel at home! I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a clean, functional apartment with everything that you need even for a longer vacation, we spent 12 lovely days in this beautiful and new apartement.

My family and I enjoyed our stay here. Alice was very responsive to our needs and kind enough to let us extend our check out time. The apartment is beautiful and the rooftop even prettier.

I love everything about the place

The host (Damaris) and staff are super friendly and easy to work with. The apartment was clean and spacious. I was able to easily walk to the Yaya center, Lavington Mall and Jefferys sports center whenever I felt like it. The neighborhood is surrounded by an endless network of paved sidewalks. I really enjoyed hours of walking. I am looking forward to my next visit.

Judy made the difference. She is an amazing and proactive host. I found her place convenient in terms of getting around because of proximity to Thika Road, the malls and restaurants. Loved the local feel. A really great deal for the price.

Excellent Airbnb, very well equipped, the pool is great, all in a clean, quiet place and with good communication with Carolle. It should be noted, however, that air conditioning is not available throughout but only in one of the two bedrooms.

Geofrey was a wonderful host, quick to respond and very helpful. The apartment is very comfortable and just as described. It is in a safe and easily accessible area. All in all it was a wonderful stay. 10/10 recommend

Very pleasant stay at Sheel's, she is a lovely host, very responsive and flexible. She even had a nice touch in the apartment for our honeymoon. The accommodation is perfectly equipped and decorated, as in the photos, very clean and secure parking. Beautiful view from the balcony of the sea and the mountain at the entrance. It is located less than 10 minutes from the beautiful beach of Flic-en-Flac and 5 minutes from restaurants and supermarkets. I highly recommend this apartment. It feels like home. My stay at Maureen’s Marvel house was awesome. The place is as shown in the photos. The place is clean, with clean furniture, kitchen well equipped. Having two beds was especially helpful for what I needed, worked perfectly. Maureen is a super host! She was quick to respond to inquiries regarding her house like when water was not heating in one bathroom a maintenance person was there in an hour. She gave me information on different issues as I requested including transportation, as a Kenyan but not lived in that locality before this was super helpful. Having spent almost a month in the house she allowed for later check out since my flight was in the evening. I couldn’t have asked for a better host. The only disclaimer on location is transportation as Ubers sometimes would refuse to go. The location itself is quite accessible but since the overall area is known to have some challenges accessing they would hesitate. Describing how near the road the house is helped. Thanks Maureen.

Had a fantastic time staying at Florian’s place in the SKYROOM. Amazing views from the balcony and all the windows! The only downside is the neighborhood as there isn’t much going on nearby, but luckily a lot or amenities is only a 20 min drive away!
