Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Duque de Caxias

The accommodation in Departamento de Pedro is very good. They were always attentive to any need we had. I think the apartment live is even nicer than the pictures. It is located very close to the beach, in a neighborhood with good restaurants and good locomotion. If you want to go see the shops, it is also very close and you can walk. The building's concierges were always very friendly. I just suggest to have a kettle, but the kitchen was very well stocked.

The ap is exactly what we needed, a block from Copacabana beach. All impeccable. Great location and the gatekeepers of the very gentle and helpful building. Enzo also very attentive and flexible with our schedules. We'll definitely be back again!

The apartment is located in one of the best addresses of Ipanema, close to good restaurants, beach and sights! The place is like the pictures and everything is very well kept and clean! The building is super safe and Alex answers us promptly!

Our experience in this Copacabana apartment was simply perfect! Since the time of arrival, we were greeted warmly by the hostess, who surprised us with a delicious welcome breakfast, showing impeccable care and attention. The accommodation is breathtaking: all very clean, organized and with a decor that mixes comfort and good taste. The location is excellent, a few steps from the beach and with easy access to everything we needed. The boys of the concierge are of a kindness only, gave us security at the entrances and exits of the apartment and many tips making the tour much better. The host was exceptional, always available to help us with any need and ensuring that our stay was quiet and enjoyable. I recommend with my eyes closed and I will definitely return on future trips to Rio de Janeiro

The apartment is excellent, comfortably accommodating up to four people. Its location is privileged, just 50 meters from the beach, which made our stay even more practical and enjoyable. The presence of a washer and dryer was a significant advantage, especially for those who go to the beach and need to wash and dry clothes with ease. I recommend!

Excellent space, very well cared for, many amenities and utensils. Beautiful and diverse orchard and amazing view. A place of great peace. The hosts are very zealous, kind and polite, very flexible about schedules and providing detailed information about how the home works. I highly recommend the space for those looking for a place of peace, rest and comfort. Excellent for children as well. Congratulations to hosts!

This was my first time in Brazil and it was phenomenal. I will be back as soon as possible now. What made it even better was this home that I stood in the host was phenomenal responsive the house was spectacular. I couldn’t have chose a better place to stay when I come back to Brazil I will try to book this home again.

The stay was great, the condominium is nice and cozy. We booked the barbecue, used the sauna and the pool and it was pretty cool. The house serves the guests very well. It is near several excellent restaurants, right near the entrance to the Park, the feirinha and the Comary farm but all need a car to know. Renata was requested at all times and ensured a perfect stay.

I absolutely loved it. It’s sooo beautiful and confortable. She’s also very responsive with questions so I loved that too. Only problem was it was hard to get Ubers from the location. So we would have to walk a bit to be able to do it. Other than that. It was perfect.

Quiet, walkable, close to supermarkets and restaurants. The neighborhood is vibrant and safe to walk, as long it is towards the beach. It's close to the entrance of one of the favelas but it felt safe. The apartment itself was spotless and very spacious. The only hiccup from my stay was the check-in. The hostess didn't communicate with the on-site supervisor about my stay, and I almost couldn't check in after traveling for 10+ hours on a plane. Luckily, I proved to the onsite supervisor that I had indeed booked the apartment by showing my confirmation from Airbnb. Despite this minor incident, I’d stay here again, but check in with the hostess before your arrival so this doesn't happen to you.

The apartment is perfect! It’s close to the beach and easy walk to shops, restaurants and bars. The view is outstanding and is the highlight of the stay. Definitely recommend and I’d love to stay there again.

Fabio is a very attentive host. Worried to help, please and make us at ease. We were greeted with a wonderful cake and a wonderful café. He always responded promptly to the messages. The apartment is very well equipped with appliances, and cleaning and hygiene items. The amenities of the condominium are perfect. Even free beach bus the condominium offers. Apartment more than impeccable. The decoration of the “Apê 412” (nickname I affectionately gave) is modern and the spaces are very cozy. Ricardo and Uliana are great hosts and are always willing to answer any and all questions. Great location, close to fast-foods and gastronomic polo. Accommodation note 10! Super recommended.
