We spent 7 wonderful days, including the Carnival. The house is very good and spacious, with a large balcony to relax as much time as you need and enjoy nature. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Leonardo was an excellent host, very polite and always accessible by phone. We hope to come back again.

We spent the New Year's Eve family and loved the stay at Thais's place! The house is quite comfortable. We were very well accommodated in the bedrooms. We found the house clean, all in order. Clean bed linens and towels. Good crockery, which is not very common. The kitchen is well equipped with appliances. The condominium is very safe. We'd come back again. Would recommend!

The host and his wife are extremely friendly, we were greeted with a delicious banana cuca. Our family loved the house, we'll be back for sure. Family space, we felt at home.

Everything was perfect for our stay. The home is beautiful and the pool was super refreshing on the hot summer days. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen fully equipped. Also the VIEW!! Our host communicated everything we needed promptly and graciously. We would stay here again!

I spent the carnival with my family in the barn of the valley of cuiaba and I cannot have words to define how WONDERFUL our stay was, in every way! The place is AMAZING! The service was amazing at all times, before and throughout the lodging! The house is extremely maintained, everything of great quality, clean, in the kitchen there are all the necessary utensils, the bathrooms are great and with an excellent shower! Comfortable beds, with extra bedding and towels available. The gardening is wonderful as is the care of every detail. Internet works well, tv and air condition. We arrived in the house and were VERY welcome by Grazi, an employee we hired for the period of stay. It is extremely nice, cooks super well all kinds of food, very helpful, solicitous, willing and polite! All our gratitude to Patricia, Sergio and Grazi for making the days of our carnival on wonderful and unforgettable days!!! We'll come back for sure!

The apartment is beautiful, super well decorated and cozy! The bedding is great! The Super Tasty View! Marcel was a great host and always responded very quickly! My only suggestion is to alert the next guests about the concierge lunch time! Unfortunately we arrived at this time and had to wait a few minutes until the doorman was located to give us the keys! But other than that everything was great and perfect! Thank you very much Marcel and Andréia! We'll be back soon!

Great flat in the centre, super close to Lapa and lots of Restaurants and shops within meters of the entrance.

I chose the Ap da Márcia for the location near the restaurants of my interest. New building, well located, gentle employees and the owner always available and solicitous. The apartment is exactly like in the pictures: beautiful, equipped and very clean. The bed is a show, large, comfortable and the bedding was very smelly. I loved it and recommend

The apt is great, clean and very organized, pleasing and cozy. Wonderful location. I rented to my father-in-law and my mother-in-law because of the convenience of being next to the fair, I will certainly be back renting 😉

Great for group trips! Historic house, GIANT and airy, with great walking and sunbathing options around. We went to Rock The Mountain and had a great time in the house! Despite being far from the city (12Km), Piero referred us to a firm and fair price van service. By the way, Piero and Patrícia are 10/10 hosts! They always responded with promptness and friendliness, I felt supported by everything I needed during the stay. I recommend it.

Rodrigo is an amazing host. His villa blends and classic charm with modern amenities and it's only going to get better over time and improvements. His alliance with Monica for houseke and kitchen, and Anderson the driver were amazing. It felt as if he had trusted family members taking care of us. I would've love to have met Rodrigo myself, and I don't think I've ever felt that way with any rental in the past. I gave Rodrigo himself some feedback but all in all we had no issues with Uber drivers cancelling on us, and it wasn't too bad at all getting around Rio from his Villa on the hill whether it be to Centro or Barra da Tijuica. Location and property felt secure and I didn't have any sleepless nights either. I'd be a return client and I'd recommend him and his colleagues. Thank you all, my first experience in Rio was worth it!

We spent a very pleasant holiday with friends. The house is very comfortable, the rooms are quite large; the breakfast with the view in the background is special! Pedro, the housekeeper responsible for the check in, was extremely requested, very attentive and helped us in everything we need. Débora, which helped us with the housekeeping and kitchen was also very enjoyable. We're already looking forward to coming back!!!

I spent Christmas in this great house and both myself and my family loved the house. Full, comfortable kitchen, very good bed and bath linens. The outside area is beautiful, great swimming pool and the gourmet area besides beautiful, great for chatting and enjoying. Great location, close to everything and easy to get to. Joao Renato makes a quick and always request service. We will definitely come back more often.

Our stay was perfect! The house is wonderful and super cared for. All spotless ! and we were lucky to meet a wonderful person who is Aparecida and Silvio( her husband). Aparecida is an excellent cook and knows how to put a beautiful and whimsical table. Every day from breakfast to the end of the day she left the house beautiful for us. She was very capricious and attentive with us. Everything we need Silvio solved. In addition to excellent barbecue. Thank you Monique for everything! Your team is really nice!

Casa cinematographic. Wonderful outdoor area and functional and decorated internal areas in very good taste. The support team was sensational, providing everything we planned impeccably. Highlight for Gabriela, always available and making everything easy to do. The only point to comment was the lack of air conditioning in the two main rooms, as we took a period of extreme heat in Rio. But since it has a smaller room with air, it did not harm the stay at all. I highly recommend the space!
