We spent the New Year's Eve family and loved the stay at Thais's place! The house is quite comfortable. We were very well accommodated in the bedrooms. We found the house clean, all in order. Clean bed linens and towels. Good crockery, which is not very common. The kitchen is well equipped with appliances. The condominium is very safe. We'd come back again. Would recommend!

The little house is awesome! The beautiful and very safe space for those who have even small pets because the house is all walled! Well located, close to the main points of visitation! The host is super kind, responds quickly to requests even if it is a weekend or a holiday. A rustic place of peace where I could reenerginazar for a wonderful start of the year! I would definitely like to come back!

The apartment has a great location, you can walk to the beach quietly, a great space, very comfortable and cozy, has air conditioning in all the rooms which helped a lot in the heat of the river. All I have to say is thank you to the host Great family trip and we'll definitely be back.

I really liked the accommodation of fernanda, I had no issues during the stay and Fernanda always very flexible with check-in and checkout. Environment well clean and matches up with listing photos. I highly recommend it.

The studio is great, it has everything we need to meet us in a good stay. Mrs. Maria is very organized and helpful. And the location is great too, close to the beach and with everything close by. A tip: the parking lots are few and very expensive, the first time we went to Rio we used Uber and the cost benefit was better.

Great for group trips! Historic house, GIANT and airy, with great walking and sunbathing options around. We went to Rock The Mountain and had a great time in the house! Despite being far from the city (12Km), Piero referred us to a firm and fair price van service. By the way, Piero and Patrícia are 10/10 hosts! They always responded with promptness and friendliness, I felt supported by everything I needed during the stay. I recommend it.

Beautiful home. So big that my group & I were getting lost trying to find each other in the house. Views from the pool were the best part. Few minor issues with the house but it was nothing the host couldn’t help with. Couldn’t ask for a better host & would recommend staying here if you have a big group

We spent a very pleasant holiday with friends. The house is very comfortable, the rooms are quite large; the breakfast with the view in the background is special! Pedro, the housekeeper responsible for the check in, was extremely requested, very attentive and helped us in everything we need. Débora, which helped us with the housekeeping and kitchen was also very enjoyable. We're already looking forward to coming back!!!

I spent Christmas in this great house and both myself and my family loved the house. Full, comfortable kitchen, very good bed and bath linens. The outside area is beautiful, great swimming pool and the gourmet area besides beautiful, great for chatting and enjoying. Great location, close to everything and easy to get to. Joao Renato makes a quick and always request service. We will definitely come back more often.

I have no words to describe how WONDERFUL the experience we had in the house was, which is even more beautiful than in the pictures! Sérgio was an excellent host, helping us in everything we need, great referrals from service providers and I always request. The staff of the house are amazing! The house is wonderful, the rooms are large and comfortable mto, great showers and a breathtaking view. Counting the days to return to this paradise :)
