We adore the house , the courtesy of Vitor always kind , polite needing always responds very carefully . Only has an air-conditioner more looks central . We love Dagmar she's always kind , polite . Always Beautiful Pool Dagmar always present when requested to clean . The one who received with the keys no longer Vitor has a score of ten as a host at the same time picks up the phone or message . I will be back for sure . The perfect beautiful house.

Great stay. Highlight for cleaning the house and linen. The pool had the water somewhat cloudy but it was quickly resolved by the host as soon as we contacted it. Great place for rest and family outfits.

Valter and Márcia have welcomed us in a functional space with everything necessary to spend a family stay. The house is 10 min drive from the main points of Petrópolis, I found it very close. One day one of my children was sick and needed a doctor; well, the emergency care is 5 minutes away, by car and we were very well attended.

Extremely clean and organized property, well located and with an incredible structure. I recommend it to everyone !

An excellent apt, all very organized and clean, very faithful to the photos. Valentino always helpful and very attentive, responded immediately. In the building there is a restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, very good food. I recommend with my eyes closed.

This might be my favourite Airbnb I stayed at in Rio. Extremely beautiful, very spacious, balcony was perfect. Everything was exactly what I dreamed of. It was very easy to communicate with the host. The only thing is because the area is on a hill some Ubers can’t make it up the hill. We took Mototaxis and that was just fine. I will definitely come back to this beautiful apartment!

Honestly, there is absolutely no complaints whatsoever about this property and the overall experience at this location, from the start of the trip until the end. Luiz provided an impeccable level of service. He was at the property to greet us with a warm welcome and showed us the property to it's entirety. Luiz was a phenomenal host. Very personable and easy to reach and super accommodating. The Let's talk about the property itself: The best beach view you will get. The apartment was really welcoming and stylish, with plenty of natural plants throughout the unit, which made the air very light. We had access to all the amenities (pool, hot tub, sauna, convenient store downstairs etc). The location was superb! A good balance between relaxed and fun, without the very busy, overwhelming environment as Copacabana. Great for family and traveling alone. Barra Tijuca is just a great area in general, with lots of restaurants on the strip. Truly a five star experience!

I stayed with three friends at Julie’s apartment during the New Year’s period. The house is very spacious and in an excellent location, being very close to Ipanema Beach and in an area that, despite the busy New Year’s festivities, always made me feel safe and free to move around. The apartment is on the top floor of the building, so there is no noise at all, and the terrace offers a breathtaking view—truly priceless. Julie was an amazing host; from the very beginning, she helped me make the most of my experience in Rio by suggesting places to visit and sharing her contacts to ensure I could fully enjoy the city. I hope to find this apartment available again when I return to Rio de Janeiro. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to have an incredible experience.

Note 1000 for Luciana and Pro AP!! Extremely comfortable, clean and organized. The bad part was having to come back! Every moment she sent msg and cared about our lodging. Wonderful person and full of sympathy! Pertinho da Praia, a lot of commerce, the condominium offers thousands of activities, from dance class to gourmet space! It was wonderful, the kids loved it! I took my pet and he was very well received, both by Lu and the condominium!

We stayed in an apartment located in a quiet area, with a concierge, swimming pool, gym and well-organized and clean spaces. The location allowed us to explore other areas of Rio outside the typical ones, such as Barra de Tijuca, Grumari and Recreio, with beautiful, quieter and charming beaches (we used Uber). There is public transportation and transportation options that make it easy to get to different points of interest, as well as a supermarket a few blocks away with everything you need. The apartment is modern, comfortable, with air conditioning, an electric grill and all the amenities for a comfortable stay. Everything is spotless and just as described. One detail that I really appreciated is that the building has a recycling option, which makes it easy to separate waste from the apartment itself. The communication with the host was always quick and friendly. I would definitely go back if I decide to return to Rio, especially to this less crowded area than the classic ones like Copacabana.
