Tessa is a great host! didn’t make me wait days for a response if i had a question, was flexible with our needs while still being direct of what the expectations were. the entire house was extremely clean and well maintained. allowed my friends to make lots of great memories ❤️ book this place!!

The home was a lovely place to stay. It was quiet and private with a nice yard for our dogs to stretch their legs in.

Great setup for a large group inside and out. Matthew and Mariah were proactive at communicating and very accommodating. Excellent value and overall an enjoyable stay for our group.

Amazing home with everything within either walking distance or driving distance. Home was big enough for the family to spend time with each other and still have space and not feel crowded. Will be staying here again when we come back!

Carrie’s place is awesome! Squeaky clean and wonderful extras! We would definitely stay again. Loved the hot tub and the towel warmer!

Newly constructed home in Perry with large sitting area for a whole family and very nice bedrooms. The bed in the master bedroom was particularly comfortable. Nice big kitchen area and well stocked and very good amenities. Loved that they had a Christmas tree as it gave it a warm feeling. Very convenient to everything in Perry. Highly recommend this house to other families.

I loved the feel of the home! Was able to accommodate my working schedule with a small office and a fully fenced in yard for the puppies! It had a lot of space for the dogs to roam and the hot tub was a wonderful amenity. David was super responsive and I felt right at home.

Wendy's house was well furnished, equipped with all the amenities you could need for cooking in the kitchen, enjoying an evening in watching tv, or just relaxing in front of the fireplace. This house has you covered. For our family of 7 (4 adults, 3 kids), we had two master bedrooms to choose from (one in the basement, one upstairs), and plenty enough space for the kids to spread out in the great room, or their own private bedrooms with good sized beds. The kitchen is modern with a great aesthetic, and the house is well furnished with great decor. We love their style! We felt right at home in this cozy neighborhood, and our host kindly checked on us to ensure we were comfortable and to reach out if we ever had a need. We're repeat customers because this house has been great, both in the past and now. Coming back this year felt just as cozy!

Great location...close to food, shopping and the RecPlex. Townhouse was immaculate and exactly like the pictures. Quiet neighborhood. I would definitely stay again.

We were in town for a weekend wedding at the end of March. The quantity of bedrooms and sleeping space was great for my large family. It was nice to be able to park in the garage also. The location was easy to find and convenient for all of our wedding activities. The value was excellent- staying at a hotel with my large family would have been much more expensive and not as much fun, as we could all be together comfortably in the house!

This was an amazing option for us. We came to wrestle at a tournament but didn't have a lot of down time but when we did the girls had so much to do. The game rooms were amazing. Thank you so much for having us. Red Venom Woman's Wrestling Team

Colby’s Instructions were very helpful and clearly written it’s obvious he is very experienced. The house was beautiful plenty of space to sit, sleep, and eat and in a quiet spot. The amenities were great having a dumpster there was very helpful multiple fridges and plenty of parking. The barn was very cool my guests were not expecting anything like that, we all had a lot of fun and had no problems keeping the place clean and following the rules.

Vey nice place and the host is definitely 10/10 nice person. Very respectful and friendly. Definitely will stay there again

Thank you so much for an awesome stay! We'll definitely stay here again. The large fenced in backyard was a bonus for sure. Our little dogs loved being able to run around free without their leash.

The rental was in a great location, clean and Bry was an excellent communicator and flexible with a late check out due a work call. The rental was spacious and with the unseasonably warm weather we took advantage of the rooftop patio.

We had a good stay in a very clean and stocked home.

lovely home, quiet neighborhood, great host! Given that I am always looking at houses in general; this is one I would love to live in full time. it is charming! had everything we needed for our getaway :)
