House vacation rentals in Des Moines

Matthew was very easy to communicate with leading up to the stay and also during the stay. We had no problems with our stay and everything was as described. The house was easy to get to and the neighborhood was quiet.

My family and I felt right at home the moment we stepped in the door. It was a cute, cozy, and very clean space to hangout during our stay in Ankeny. Stephanie responded right away when I had questions and was accommodating to our needs. Would totally stay here again!

Beautiful large home was very clean and comfortable for our family stay. The grandkids enjoyed the pool! The kitchen was well stocked and had everything you need to prepare meals of any kind - including grilling. Would highly recommend this to groups/large families.

We rented the main house and the guest house and our stay was fantastic. If you are looking for a property where you and your friends/family can have a great time without having to leave the house this is it! Robert was easy to get in touch with whenever we had questions and everything was as described. We really enjoyed hanging out by the pool and cooking in the high tech kitchen. If we come back to this area we will definitely be renting this house again!

Colby is responsive, approachable, and his ability to meet our needs was outstanding. It was easy to check in and out. Amenities were endless and the property had everything. Would definitely return.

Would definitely stay again! We had a late family Christmas (meet up in the middl states wise) and they even left a Christmas tree up 🤩 we enjoyed a hockey game in town and enjoyed having the hot tub to warm up after! Plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby as well 💯.

Great location...close to food, shopping and the RecPlex. Townhouse was immaculate and exactly like the pictures. Quiet neighborhood. I would definitely stay again.

Great location, very clean, and all the extra amenities were so appreciated . The hot tub was wonderful. Beautifully furnished and updated. It was perfect…we wished we could have stayed longer! Highly recommend!

Very comfortable bed and couch, the TVs were awesome and the living area was surprisingly spacious. Neighborhood is peaceful and centrally located in Des Moines with Beaverdale and downtown Drake a short distance away.

Quiet neighborhood & the cozy home had the necessities we required. The hosts were friendly.

Unbelievable stay, with a 5 star Host and place. We were more than comfortable and Joseph went above and beyond our needs and even went over the top to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of. Awesome gift basket on our arrival and can’t say enough good things about him, the house and the stay. 100 percent coming back to this place when we come back later this year or early next.

I really loved this Airbnb!! I can see why it’s so highly rated. It’s so homey and comfortable, great for groups! Bringing our pups was a huge plus. Most dog friendly Airbnb’s aren’t that great but Jen’s place was perfect and spotless. The neighborhood was very safe and a great place to walk the dogs! We would definitely stay again!

Excellent stay & A+ hosts. The house is super close to great restaurants and breweries and is right off I-235 so super easy to get around. Steve and Angie were super communicative, helpful, flexible…everything was easy. The house is stocked with everything you could need. We had a great time and would stay again.

Danielle was an amazing host! The home was just as described, and perfect for our group. The location was great as we could walk to dinner and it was easy to get to! I highly recommend staying here! You won’t be disappointed. The home is gorgeous and there is so much room to spread out! Anything we may have forgotten she had and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook breakfast, ie.,(silverware, plates, bowls, ect) if we are ever in need to stay in Des Moines this will be our first choice!

My friends and I stayed for one night and had a great time! There was enough space for everyone! We didn’t feel crowded! The place is spacious even when we didn’t get to use the basement or garage to park, that was no problem! Very clean. I loved the introduction book with house rules and recommendations! There was a tiny issue we noticed upon arrival and Trisha responded quickly! I would recommend and definitely come back if ever in the area!
