The home was a lovely place to stay. It was quiet and private with a nice yard for our dogs to stretch their legs in.

Great setup for a large group inside and out. Matthew and Mariah were proactive at communicating and very accommodating. Excellent value and overall an enjoyable stay for our group.

Travis's place was a unique and fun home that comfortably accommodated our entire group!

My husband surprised me with a night away at Oak Haven acres! It was my birthday and my entire weekend was made, we loved how private it was and how we felt like we could just unwind and relax. We got to experience a small spring snowstorm and some rain so we enjoyed the hot tub during that time by nightfall the sky cleared up and we got to sleep under the stars! 10/10. Recommend the host were also very responsive and very kind with answering any questions we had. We will definitely be back !

Newly constructed home in Perry with large sitting area for a whole family and very nice bedrooms. The bed in the master bedroom was particularly comfortable. Nice big kitchen area and well stocked and very good amenities. Loved that they had a Christmas tree as it gave it a warm feeling. Very convenient to everything in Perry. Highly recommend this house to other families.

I loved the feel of the home! Was able to accommodate my working schedule with a small office and a fully fenced in yard for the puppies! It had a lot of space for the dogs to roam and the hot tub was a wonderful amenity. David was super responsive and I felt right at home.

The house was awesome for our weekend in Des Moines area. Everything was exactly as described and Erin was an excellent host. The hot tub and putting green were hits for our family. Would definitely stay again if I'm in the area.

Two of us in town for a memorial service and gathering of friends. The place was great-perfect size-two bedrooms worked for us perfectly-cute place. Minor point is a bathroom typical of these little homes, with a toilet literally right next to the tub/shower with only an inch or two to spare on the sides-made for some interesting "negotiating!" But as I said, this is minor. Shower great! Located in a great neighborhood, peaceful, safe to walk, close to a mall and restaurants etc. Be aware there is a basement tenant- took us by surprise but that was because we didn't read the description fully! They were super quiet and we barely knew anyone else was there. Their apartment is separate from the unit. Definitely recommend the place and Josh was quick to respond to any questions we had. Great front porch for sitting and watching the world, lots of windows, good linens and towels, extra blankets, easy on street parking., Keurig, so very quiet-we would rent again in a heartbeat....

I LOVED staying here! The kitchen was great and we made some fun dinners. It felt like the dishwasher, stove and fridge were brand new. I logged into my Amazon Prime account through their TV and felt right at home watching our fave shows. The dark, original wood trim around windows and doors made it feel really homey. It was super cold, but the house heated up really quickly and there were 2 throw blankets which kept us cozy on the couch. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Molly was a great host and very helpful when we had questions and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable for our family. Her home was very clean, the furniture was really comfortable, and the home was on an active farm surrounded by beautiful and peaceful farm land. The home is also only about 10 minutes to Adel which has a cute little downtown area with several resturants and only about a half hour to the West end of Des Moines which had a lot of shopping and activity. It was a perfect stay for us.

this is an absolutely fantastic place to stay. Great views in the country, close to town with responsive and friendly host. plenty of room for the whole family with everything you need. I recommend this place for anyone wishing to house their family foe any occasion.

The house was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. We had a large group in town for a wedding with many of us traveling from out of state. It was so nice to have the space we all could hang out without feeling like sardines. The bedrooms and beds were all large and comfortable. There were plenty of towels and everything we needed was already there for us. There was a lot of fun extras in the house and the game room was a huge hit with the kids! We LOVED it! Thank you!!

There were many amenities that weren't listed, there was a hair dryer in a drawer, a crock pot, different seasonings, oils, a working propane grill in the backyard, even had a bag of flour there when I needed a cup of flour. And with 3.5 bathrooms, my daughter kept asking if we could just move in there!
