Wendy's place is great. She is a kind and generous person who also happens to be an excellent host. The apartment had everything we needed to make ourselves at home for four months. The location is excellent for catching the train into Manhattan. The neighborhood is friendly and your restaurant choices are limitless. We loved the local Key Market and fresh fish markets off Fulton. We really enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to book Wendy's place again. It was a wonderful holiday season for our first time staying in New York. Thanks Wendy for making Brooklyn special!

Yona place was amazing, very clean and all the households worked perfectly. Neighborhood was very peaceful and walkable. Maybe installing curtains on the windows and making sure the back door close tight will improve the experience of this apartment. Ernesto & Martha (October 2024)

Great place and area in the heart of Brooklyn . Place looks like the listing !

I stayed here for a month while completing a medical rotation at Kings County Hospital and SUNY Downstate, both conveniently located about a 30-40 minute walk away. The property was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the amenities I needed. The in-house washer and dryer were beneficial during my stay. I also appreciated the proximity to Prospect Park and the nearby train station, which made trips to Manhattan a breeze. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would gladly stay here again. Highly recommend!
