The home stay, as described, was close to everything, the neighborhood is walkable and has a great range of coffee shops. We enjoyed how clean and organized the place was, as well as its proximity to major bus routes, and the pier. Will recommend to friends!

Natalia‘s place was so great for our huge family even though it is a house divided into it is very roomy. The basement is big enough for the whole family and overall it’s just a great place you feel right at home. Highly recommend everything is walkable

The apartment was just perfect - spacious , well equipped , super comfortable and the most amazing location. It was great to have the big skies and calm of the ocean boardwalk to start and end busy Manhattan days. Being so close to the A train station was a real bonus and we loved getting the NYC ferry too. Stop and Shop handy and well stocked for groceries and Vino By The Sea has a great selection of wines including some local gems. Couldn’t have asked for a better family stay.

Spacious, well-equipped space with a beautiful view and easy access to the beach and Arverne’s shopping area. Our hosts were great communicators and had suggestions that improved our stay. We would certainly stay here again in the future!

The photos do not convey how amazing the location is. There’s a huge private patio overlooking the ocean. It’s also much bigger and nicer than seen in the photos. It’s also well stocked. The host is lovely - and so helpful and responsive. We will absolutely be staying there again this summer. One packing note: the unit is so amazingly sunny, so pack eye covering if you’re light sensitive. I travel with mine and was happy I had them.

Edwin’s place is immaculate and stylish. The finishes of the home are brand new and posh. It’s located in the heart of serenity in close proximity to the beach, overall convenience and entertainment. The host is also very kind and communicative if any question should arise. I highly recommend this property! :)

We have stayed here several times. The Cottage has everything we need and Micaela has always been responsive to our questions. The location is quiet and easy to get to.

We didn't regret getting out of the way from Manhattan The view of Manhattan from West NY along the Hudson River is beautiful Few tourists, very easy bus access to get to the bus station near Time Square in 20 minutes We recommend, the house is very well equipped, everything works and is very comfortable. We did few restaurants, shopping at the supermarket on foot every day. A good option to keep your budget under control.
