Monthly Rentals in Crabtree

My mother passed away on Christmas Day. So I decided I was going to get out of town for a few days with the kids. I got on Air BNB and knew that I wanted to find something unique. When I saw the train car I was sold. Then to find out it was on a bison ranch and there were other animals there I was sold even more. We had a great time with great views. Watching the bison roam around every morning was fantastic. The train car was a little small for me and my four kids but we made it work. Would definitely recommend and hopefully we will be back.

Our stay at this house could not have been better for the four of us in our group. The house is laid out nicely, it's exceptionally clean, private and had plenty of comfortable and clearly laid out amenities to make our stay a pleasure. The hot tub was also an excellent addition to our trip and was very clean and inviting as well as the fire pit, both on the covered patio which saved us from the rain and allowed us to still enjoy being outside on one of our nights. We couldn't think of a single bad word to say about our stay and we would be happy to stay again soon.

We really enjoyed our stay here! We were in town visiting family and this was a super-convenient spot for us to base from. Lauren answered all of my questions before check-in, mostly about water quality- luckily this home has not been terribly affected but she’s also taken many recent proactive steps such as replacing the filter on the fridge. We will definitely stay here again when we are in town!

The place was impeccable. It was very clean and smelled good, a woody smell. Great mountain views from eating nook and porch. Kitchen well organized. As a tea drinker I was happy to have a teapot and strainer (usually I have to ask for one.) My wife enjoyed the coffee machine. Responses were quick. And the place was close to the interstate and Waynesville. Presnell’s Produce is a great farmer’s market a couple miles down the road where we did most of our shopping. Also has fresh baked bread and local meat.
