Gabby’s place was the perfect getaway for a family trip. There was plenty of room to host my husband and I with 4 kids, my in-laws and sister-in-law. The hot tub was perfect. And the hosts were friendly and great to work with. I would highly recommend!!

Well kept place with great amenities - hot tub & massage chair were amazing!!! Very clean & comfy hot tub & great couch for relaxing after a busy day. Nice to have a fenced yeard for our dog too!!!

We had a great stay at the cabin! Our husky was able to enjoy the outdoors and stay comfortable. The sunsets were beautiful, and we felt that we had everything that we needed during our trip. We enjoyed watching the stars at night in the hot tub, which was very clean and well maintained.

Tanya's house was warm and welcoming the neighbors are charming and helpful as well. We really look forward to staying at one her properties in the future.

We had a fantastic stay in this lovely mountain home. Only 15 minutes from Manitou Springs, the location offers tranquility while providing east access to several trailheads and recreational opportunities including garden of the gods. The home is well equipped, spacious and can accommodate guests in 3 levels. Hosts are very responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend.

Very well maintained and clean. The rooms are big. Unlike many split level homes, this one has 3 bedrooms on the main level with the kitchen and living room, so there was not alot of up and downstairs. The neighborhood is very quiet and looks like you are in a small village and not 2 minutes off Academy Blvd. The got tub was clean and worked well. I had several family members staying and a hotel would not have been this nice or roomy or affordable or private. The family thanks you!

We had the best time in Colorado Springs and this home added to our amazing experience! The home was super clean. The surroundings were peaceful. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals each day. And the gameroom was EVERYTHING!! We brought our karaoke machine and sang and played every night. The house was bigger than we needed but we booked it anyway because of that gameroom and had absolutely no regrets!!!

This was a wonderful stay. You feel as if you’re secluded in the mountains, but you’re near everything. We loved the patio fire pits and hot tubs.

This home is absolutely beautiful - even more so than the photos! Breanne was friendly and responsive and made sure we were well taken care of. There were SO many thoughtful little touches to welcome us (and our pups!) and make us feel comfortable and at home. The yard is big and private which was great for our pups, and the huge master suite in addition gave everyone lots of space. the master bath area, shower, and tub were so luxurious and the perfect place to unwind. Had a wonderful stay with the family - lots to do nearby with Garden of the Gods & Colorado City, and just a few minutes to anything in The Springs. Hot tub was wonderful, with a big yard as well. Rudy’s BBQ is very close and was a big hit. Gabby was a fantastic hostess, letting us know what to expect every step of the way. Thank you so much!

This was a great property. The neighborhood was very peaceful and nice. The neighbors were nice and friendly. There was very little traffic and plenty of parking. We were here for work and was great for us. This property would also be great for a family. The kitchen was so nice we did not eat out once. It was great to BBQ on the deck and has a nice kitchen to prep and cook food in. The fact there are 4 bedrooms up stairs with 2 full baths made it nice. There is another bedroom down stairs with an another full baths made every bedroom nice. We hope to come back and stay next time we are in town for business. This place is a true gem, comfortable, private, and you can walk anywhere in Old Colorado City with ease. I stayed for 5 weeks and didn't want to leave. You can see Pikes Peak from the front porch, and hiking is beyond abundant. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Beth is a fantastic host and this is a fantastic place to stay.

We have been staying at airbnbs now going on 12 years and owned and operated two and Teresa is by far the best host we have had on any of our stays so far. She genuinely cares about your needs and is quick to meet them with exceeding expectations. This beautiful 3 bedroom was the perfect little cozy nook for our family to land. We have animals and kids and it worked GREAT for us. The yard was wonderful for our golden retriever and the walking trails are perfect, happy pup! We would walk to the park down the street for the kids to play at also, happy kids! The king size beds were SO comfortable, happy parents! Loved the propane stove top and the water was always hot in the shower. after a cold walk. We came in the winter so the view of Pikes peek from all of the bedrooms was beautiful! Teresa is thoughtful in her attention to detail. From the board games, to the kids toys, to the beautiful Colorado literature and artwork, this place was wonderful and a place to call home. The house was a perfect place to stay. Very family friendly with lots of extra amenities. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies. Catherine was great and let us have early check in as no one was there that day.

We enjoyed Tim’s beautiful spot in a wonderful neighborhood not far from all the things you’d need for your stay. Beds were very comfy and we loved that our dog was able to come and stay with us. We came to do the manitou incline and that was only 20ish minutes away so it was perfect! Thank you for having us 😊

Very nice and spacious! Perfect for 8 people and did not feel crowded at all. Pretty central location as well. The hot tub was so big, which was great because we could all hang out at once. Would stay again!

The house and property are absolutely beautiful! Exactly as described and held 8 of us without a problem! I would definitely look into staying there again!

The home has tons of beds, almost two kitchens (full size fridge & microwave downstairs). Sofas and sofas and more sofas. Julia has more kids books then all our Grandbabies put together. The beds were so comfortable, the views incredible. Julia was absolutely wonderful to work with even with all the mess and disaster AirBNB put us through she was fantastic! I can’t recommend her enough!

This place is super cozy and I loved my stay!! Stephanie is the best hose I’ve had so far. I wish nothing but the best for her and her place! It’s beautiful on the inside and outside!! If you’re considering staying in Colorado Springs, definitely consider going to this one of a kind place!!!
