Great stay!

Really great stay - 3 minute walk to Eagle Bahn Gondala and Ski School. Clean, roomy and easy to park and access.

Susan was a great host! Extremely responsive from start to finish. Clear directions for everything. Kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms were well stocked with everything we needed for our ski stay. Comfortable living area, excellent dining space and very well stocked kitchen for cooking meals. Extra blankets and pillows for everyone as well. Highly recommend this place and would love to stay there again.

Michael was a great host with a beautiful place to stay. We would love to stay again next time we visit.

So nice to come back to a cozy and comfortable place. My guests and I found it to be the perfect spot not just for the location but for the views (stunning Mountain View’s) great amenities, a wonderful respite after a good day on the slopes. I hope to come again next year! And I would highly recommend you choose their place for your vacation too! Robb and Julie have done a fine job of hosting amd creating a great space!!

The condo was clean and quiet. I’ve been renting condos for extended stays for several years and this was the best. Very accommodating.

Great place in an awesome location!

The hosts were absolutely amazing. We got stuck in Dillon due to a snow storm and had to book same night super last minute. And Ivette and Justin were amazing enough to go over to clean the room for us so we can stay. What amazing hosts. Highly recommend this stay. If it wasn’t for them we would have been stranded!

The home was so well equipped..comfortable. The kitchen had everything you would want in your kitchen and more! We enjoyed our time there and will be back. Brett’s place changed my opinion of Leadville.

Amazing place! Super cute. Quiet location but still walkable to all Idaho Springs has to offer. Complete kitchen! Excellent kitchen. Would definitely stay here again. Aldora was responsive and kind.

Very cozy place and has everything we needed. About 25-30min to Copper mountain. It can sleep 6 people comfortably but 8 feels a bit like a stretch. But overall it’s a nice place and would book again!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a stunning riverfront property, and I can't recommend it highly enough. The location is absolutely breathtaking, with serene views of the river right from the porch. Waking up to the sound of the water and the sight of the sun glistening on the surface was truly magical. The property itself is beautifully maintained and offers all the comforts of home. The interior is cozy yet spacious, with tasteful decor that complements the natural surroundings. The kitchen is fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, and the living areas are perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.

This house was everything we needed for a party of six. The hangout space was open and comfortable, and there were multiple tables - one for dining, and one for gaming. We loved how many towels there were and we especially loved the York peppermint patties! The location was great. Just steps away from the downtown area, and a short drive to Loveland ski area.

Great location, great amenities, outstanding host communication. It has private parking, just on the other block from restaurants. Would love to stay again.

I had a great experience at this Airbnb. The place was clean, well-decorated, and exactly as described. The host was responsive and provided clear instructions for check-in. The location was perfect—close to restaurants, public transport, and local attractions. The amenities (Wi-Fi, kitchen, and toiletries) were all great. Would definitely stay here again. The house was perfect for our family of 4. My daughter loved the snow in the ample backyard. The hot tub was perfect for stargazing. Overall, loved the place.

Such a lovely cabin in a gorgeous little corner of the universe. Hot tub and tub both great. Adored the 3 season sunroom. Lots of sweet areas to walk nearby and enjoy the snow and trees and stars. So quiet and peaceful both in daytime and night. Kitchen well stocked. Cozy beds with so much beautiful light streaming through the windows in the morning. Sadly did not see a moose but perfect in every other way. Host is an excellent communicator. Thank you for hosting, and highly recommend! <3

This place was perfect! I stayed there with 6 buddies and we played in the Colorado Pond Hockey Tournament in Georgetown. There was plenty of room for everyone to sleep. The garage had pool, darts, and foozeball which kept us all entertained. The living room had a huge tv with a fireplace which was great for relaxing. The views from the deck were beautiful. Would highly recommend this place

The Spirt Line Cabin is truly the most incredible Airbnb I have ever experienced. The charm, rich character and craftsmanship is truly awe inspiring. With the addition of quality furniture & decor that suits the cabin and offers an immersive stay full of comfort. We loved the outdoor, saltwater hot tub, one of the best we’ve soaked in. We can’t wait to rebook and return. This is one special place with owners/airbnb hosts that care about offering an amazing stay, with depth of attention to detail.

We really enjoyed staying at this modern spot. Clean, beautiful with even better customer service. Highly recommend and will make this our go-to whenever we come to Leadville.

We had a great time at this cabin it was an awesome adventure did us. Enjoyed all the amenities available to us. Enjoyed the hot tub and relaxation . Peaceful, quiet, and privacy. Everything was awesome except one plumbing issue with king size bed room downstairs. so my husband and I slept in the bunk beds due to room smelling from the restroom issue. Owner responded quickly about it but it was not able to get fixed due to weather and finding a plumber going out there..I’m sure in future this won’t be an issue so don’t let my review discourage you I highly recommend this spot we loved it over all and we will rent again. Loved the heated floors so so cool. The open windows seeing the snow come down it was just beautiful. We will be back again.

This was our first visit to Breck and this place was just perfect for us. It was a quiet neighborhood just outside of Breck. The place had everything we needed to cook with. We will definitely be back some day.
