The wonderful house, we went to spend the new year and by far it was the best decision. Fireworks were seen from their patio, there was no need to leave the house. The sector is very quiet and safe. The house has all the security measures to be able to stay quiet while sleeping there. The house is not cold or hot, it has a very nice temperature, it makes you feel in a home. We were 10 people who stayed to sleep and we were very comfortable, at no time we lack space. On the other hand, Felipe's kindness and concern is remarkable. He was always very attentive to if we needed anything, he told us about the best places to go to eat and buy seafood and empanadas, which is very appreciated since one goes safely to eat in a good place. Thank you so much for allowing us to have some wonderful days to start the year 2025!

Amazing destination with beautiful location. We fell asleep to the sound of the ocean, across the street, and walked to many restaurants and sites. We were there for the New Years firework display and it will be a lifetime memory. It was an amazing stay and this location is amazing. The gentleman who owns the surfshop below the location, Jorge, is responsive and friendly. He gave us our keys and did our checkout. Maximo was always very responsive when we reached out to him and often would text us with info before we had to ask. Valparaiso is about a 20 minute drive from the location and it is any easy route along the coast. We went into Valpo several times for tours and activities but if you wanted to stay in close there is plenty to do, such as a hike to the sand dunes in Con Con. In short, amazing place in an amazing location. If I come back to Valp, which I hope to, I will try to stay at Maximo’s place again.

The house is very cozy, full of plants and a spectacular view. The photos don't do it justice to how beautiful it really is. With my friends we value the good disposition of the hosts, the proximity of the beach, the view, how spacious and very well equipped it was, we would return happy!

The apartment is beautiful, complete, clean, beautiful view of the beach. We didn't like the area...every day we had to move to other beaches. The environment was ugly, the beach has a pipe which I don't know that it drains.
