Vacation rentals with a patio in Cochoa

A very good experience, the place had all the amenities and was very clean, it even had a hairdryer and a kettle to make tea or coffee. He even left us a welcome note, an act that shows a great welcome. We went with our little dog and never had a problem. There was plenty of space around for it to walk and do its business.

More pleasant stay, always with courtesy detail and it is appreciated, Don Hernán is attentive , send the directions without you having to consult, it is very concerned. The apartment is gorgeous. It has all the amenities. In summary it is my second time in the depto and I will continue choosing every time I have to return to Viña del Mar. Recommended 200%.

The apartment is very well equipped, you have everything, even board games and a coffee maker, everything was impeccable. There were 4 of us, 2 adults and 2 girls, and we were very comfortable, the 2 bathrooms are a plus.

Apartment complied with everything, was just like new and has a phenomenal view.

The house is very nice, it is full of details and good design. You stay in the back with the right to a private patio with beautiful vegetation and parking. There are a number of rules that are good to check before booking. The host was very friendly and communication was always prompt, with very clear directions for check-in and check-out. Valentina's house is beautiful! Large and very comfortable. Great for families, children and pets. The pool and the gazebo are spectacular. It has everything you need, very well-equipped. We had an amazing time! We will definitely be back!

Cesar's Airbnb had one of the most beautiful views I have ever seen. Theres a completely unonbscured view of the ocean from both the lower and upper levels. It was incredible to just sit with a glass of wine and enjoy the sunset. The kitchen is well equipped and allows you to mostly cook from home. we loved staying here and would definitely love to come back!

The apartment is beautiful and super spacious and comfortable. We loved the view and the spacious kitchen. The only bad thing about the apartment is that it doesn't have a garage, but Carla and Francisca were super nice and got us a paid garage.

Booked this place for the view and rooftop patio. Wish we had more time to relax and watch the shipping world go by. Would stay here anytime we are in the area.

We loved staying at Tommas’s beautiful apartment. It is so comfortable with glorious views over the bay. Tommas was so responsive and helpful with suggestions of restaurants and where to buy food. There is a great cafe just by the entrance for breakfasts and salads. Also go down on the funicular to Jumbo the supermarket. We wish we could have stayed longer. Next time!

Our stay at Francisco Javier's apartment was wonderful. Very bright, it was spotlessly clean and everything was perfectly tidy. The host was super friendly and helpful at all times, check-in was very easy and hassle-free. The location is unbeatable, in a very nice area, with restaurants, supermarkets and the beach within walking distance, not to mention the beautiful view we had from the balcony. Without a doubt, a totally recommended experience. It was our first visit to Concon and we would definitely come back!
