Condo vacation rentals in Cochoa

Marcelo and Gabriel, very predisposed, I had a problem with the garage even though I arrived (my truck didn't come in) and they instantly resolved it. The apartment is ideal for a family of up to 4 people, with appropriate kitchen and the first level building Recommended!

Very comfortable apartment with amazing views of the ocean and dunes of Concón, excellent option for enjoying and vacationing. Gabriel is an excellent host, very attentive and decisive. About 50 km away is the town of Zapallar with its beaches and environments, they are undoubtedly an excellent option to visit!!

the apartment perfectly accommodated my family. the hostess was very attentive and responded quickly. the garage was wide and guarded, safe to leave the car parked. apartment, corresponded to the announced images, however, I missed some basic things like a carpet for the bathroom floor, I had to put a floor cloth to get out of the shower. There were no towels either, but this I knew from the beginning because I had read in other evaluations and the amfitria confirmed to me that there was not. Like I was by car, I took towels without problems, but for those who come from Aviao can be incovenient, because I would have to bring face and bath towel in the bag as well . There were no glasses for wine in the utensils of the kitchen. I also missed having a small clothes, because there is no place to extend the towels, having to leave in the chairs to dry. The place is far off for those who are not by car. even so, a comfortable apartment and with a good cost benefit.

Very comfortable, an amazing view and a spectacular location, close to the super, the locomotion next to the depa and very quiet environment. Very satisfied and the host a 7 nothing to say

The apartment and view we're beautiful. we stayed for a month and really enjoyed our time. Natalia was very responsive and courteous at all times. There is a grocery store within walking distance and public transportation plus restaurants and shops. There is parking which we onlh used when family picked us up and dropped us off a couple of days during our stay. Other than that we didn't have a car but didn't need it as the location makes it easy to get to where you need to go. The apartment was clean and well kept. I would definitely recommend. Thank you!

Beautiful 100% recommended apartment, close to the beach, very cozy. Carlos was a very friendly and helpful person with everything I needed.

The apartment is incredible and its sea view is unparalleled, Minerva is an excellent host and much better person , we felt very comfortable in her depto, everything worked properly became our favorite destination we spent a few spectacular days, if you never lived the experience of dawn listening to the waves of the sea breaking in the rocks, do not hesitate to come.

Excellent apartment, modern, very well equipped, excellent cleanliness and well located. Gym, pool and quincho. To improve the internet connection, it cuts off intermittently. We were told it was temporary, that they will replace it

Excellent apartment, all spotless and clean. Very well equipped kitchen, impeccable bedrooms, perfect bathrooms. Gated terrace with free view which allowed our pet to be safe while we were going out . Very safe and well equipped building, covered parking, independent access. Barbara is always attentive to all our inquiries and very good restaurant recommendations.

The apartment is beautiful, clean, tidy, very equipped, comfortable, it has much more than described, we loved everything, the pool and the garden, the terrace, the kitchen equipment, the beds, etc. The only thing I would indicate is that it has many stairs in the access, by the rest, highly recommended.

Beautiful and comfortable dpto in Reñaca, very clean, super equipped for a long stay like ours Lorena was always attentive to everything, we had a problem with the TV and it was quickly fixed. The competition is very nice

The host was very good with us and sent me all the necessary information with time. The only thing that is important to mention is that the depto is on a fifth floor and there is no elevator, so maybe it's a little complex for people with reduced mobility. There is everything in the kitchen and laundry, although there is no dryer (it's bad) but my clothes dried up in one day anyway. The place is private and secure.

The place is really beautiful and cozy, it also had everything needed. And beautiful views, on the other hand the guys were very attentive to help us with any information that might be needed.
