Townhome vacation rentals in Charlotte

In town for work - needed a no-hassle place to stay that was near everything I needed to be near. That's exactly what I got!

This was the perfect place for us to stay with our dogs for a quick, impromptu, trip to Charlotte to see a concert. It is in a great neighborhood that has almost everything you need within walking distance. We will definitely stay there again when we find ourselves back in Charlotte.

Levi’s place is immaculate; my friends and I had a pleasant experience; we agreed that it was one of the best AirBnBs we have visited. Levi let us know he left us yogurt in the fridge, it was such a nice surprise and so kind of him!

This was a great stay for my family visiting for the holidays. Beautiful neighborhood with lots of charm! The home was spacious and cute, and exactly what we were expecting. The in unit washer and dryer was very helpful for our extended stay. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Eli's place was great. Love the master with bath on the first floor and kids can go upstairs! Location was close to everything we needed. Only 15 minutes or so to outlet malls. Main roads are close and you can find anything you need, I actually found the train sounds comforting. One has not whistle it is the high speed rail into Charlotte I think and then the occasional train with the whistle. Really did not bother us at all. Community is nice, parking is perfect! In warmer weather the pool is within walking distance and would be nice to use. Neighborhood was quiet. Had just about everything we needed. Could use a few more baking dishes and small kitchen items like Measuring cups, etc. All in all a great place to stay. If you fly into Concord it is not far at all.

This was my 1st Airbnb experience, and I'm happy to have been a guest at Kaddra's place for 4 months. It was certainly a Home Away from Home experience. It was a pleasure meeting her husband & baby. Some days, they were their, but most days not. Fully stocked kitchen perfect for when I meal prepped. I work remotely, so it was great to be able to take a break and walk around the complex. There's so many things to do in Charlotte and an easy commute to the uptown area. Many shops, the gym, movies theater and much more. Super close to the South Carolina border. I highly recommend!!!! Kaddra is a wonderful host, and her place met all of my needs.

Great place and location. Near lots of good dining, safe location, close to uptown. Cute place, mostly clean accept bathtub had some mold and we had to clean drain out due to slow bad not draining at first, dirt stove, otherwise clean house. Didn’t have bags for trash and low on washer/dryer supplies. Don’t think owner is adequately updated by cleaners he uses. Comfortable sectional couch, nice big tv, super comfy beds with great blankets and soft sheets. Had trouble with slow and frequently disconnecting wi-fi and never got upstairs bedroom tv’s to work. Quiet area. I love the area used to live nearby so it felt like home. Zach was very responsive and apologetic for any issues. Friendly and quiet neighbors too. Overall good experience.

we have very good experience at Mikala's place. The place was easily accessible, clean and looks exactly like what was described.

We highly recommend this location and would definitely stay here again. The location is great and gives easy access to Charlotte. The house looks fairly new and is being maintained very well. It felt like a home away from home. Our family enjoyed our stay and built memories as we celebrated the holiday!!

It was a wonderful place with access to everything that Charlotte has to offer. We were able to walk to most of our destinations. The interior of the house is quaint and has a certain charm that is not easily replicated in other Airbnb’s. Overall a fantastic experience.

Nice place, clean and pretty quiet

We had such a lovely stay! The area in the back is amazing for relaxing! The home has beautiful furnishings and was so clean! We felt right at home! Beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had plenty of the things we needed to cook meals. The many light switches were labeled, such a simple yet nice touch. The attention to detail was wonderful.

We had a great stay at Hannahs place. It is a lovely place, a nice big garage and everything that you need was there. The area is lovely and quiet, and everything is in a walkable distance. Our hosts were very accomodating towartowards us and we cannot thank them enough for this. If you enjoy walking, this place is ideal, you can walk all the way into the city along the rail trail which is a very safe and easy pathway. We loved it here and cannot recommend it enough, you will not be disappointed.

Josh’s house was just as immaculate as it was advertised on the website. More than enough supplies and very clean. It truly felt like home away from home. The aesthetics were spot on! I would recommend this house to anyone heading to Charlotte. You won’t be disappointed. Josh was very quick to respond to my email, as well as my phone call on our arrival to the house. That is very appreciative! He was receptive to any other questions I may had had while staying there.
