Wow, I must say by far the best experience!!This location was great! I enjoyed my stay as it was very peaceful and quiet! Very safe neighborhood. The location was very accommodating with many choices for food to choose from only about 5-10 minutes from the location. The owners are very sweet and attentive! This home felt like a home away from home. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again. Thank you for all that you do!

We needed a house big enough to accommodate our party of 10 and this place worked out great for our needs. All of the bedrooms were modern and updated, and the common areas were rustic and cozy for gathering.

Stayed for only 2 days but I found the place as described. Clean and comfortable. excellent location in Charlotte.

This was our second stay but not our last! After experiencing significant snowfall in the low country, our plans changed last minute. We were very grateful to visit Charlotte again and have such a warm, cozy, and very comfortable home to land in. Our dogs enjoyed exploring the yard after the long drive, and we really appreciated time to relax as a family. This house is centrally located for any activities near downtown Charlotte. Everything was so well appointed and met all of our needs. We are already looking forward to our next visit!

The Zen Retreat was amazing! Even though we were in a neighborhood, it felt like we were in a secluded garden. It was so peaceful and relaxing. 10/10 would recommend.

We chose Charlotte for our annual New Year's Eve trip with our friends and George's property in Huntersville was absolutely perfect for us! It was cozy, inviting, and a comfortable place to spend the New Year. We enjoyed the central location a lot; everything we could have needed or wanted to do was within a short drive down the road or within 25 minutes of the property. The indoor hot tub was a fun way to relax as well! George was responsive, friendly, and made our stay feel like we were crashing at a friend's house. I highly recommend his home to anyone looking for a quiet retreat in the Charlotte area!

This house has so much to offer for families.. The park is a short walk through the woods which we enjoyed disc golf, volleyball, walking around the lake and the Panthers training obstacle course. The hot tub was very big and the fire out was fun. I would highly recommend this house if you want lots of options for fun and leisure. They have indoor shuffle board, footsball and also an indoor playhouse for little ones…

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood that connects to local park which was great! We walked daily to play baseball/playground. Pool/spa was perfect for night time relaxing along with tvs in each room logged into several apps. Beds were very comfortable and loved the open floor plan. Grocery store is a mile away for anything you may need. I highly recommend Tracy’s place!

I had an amazing stay at this beautiful studio apartment in Charlotte, NC! The space was spotless, well-stocked with every essential, and thoughtfully designed with so many convenient touches. Communication was clear and timely, making the check-in process seamless. A standout moment was the personalized note with birthday wishes for me—such a sweet and thoughtful gesture! The free food and drink vouchers were an unexpected bonus that added to the experience. The location was perfect, just 10 minutes from downtown Charlotte, yet quiet and peaceful. As a pet owner, I especially appreciated how pet-friendly the apartment was, making it easy and comfortable for both me and my fur baby. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Charlotte. I can’t wait to come back this summer and hopefully stay at Octopus Garden again! 10 out of 10, highly recommended!

Great stay and great place. Simple, easy and convenient!! If you are going to the Bojangles Coliseum (10 minute walk) you won’t find a better place to stay!! The neighborhood was super convenient to pretty much anything you might need, and it was literally a stones throw from highway 74 (but you’d never know it). Tara was responsive and everything about the place was exactly as described.

Great place and beautifully decorated. Wasn’t aware that toiletries were not included which we didn’t prepare when arriving very late at night. The hosts were quick to respond about availability.

It was perfect for what we needed on our way to Florida and visit family in the local area! This place beats a hotel hands down! We Airbnb all over the world….Darryls was as good as any other place we’ve stayed! Great job!!

What a great home!! So much space. Great outdoors- wonderful hot tub! Very clean. Great game room. 2 types of coffee makers which we loved. The host, Chuck, was great too. So responsive to any questions. Thank you!!

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and hospitality that truly made us feel at home. The property itself is absolutely stunning. The photos are lovely, but they simply don't do justice to the actual space. The interior is beautifully decorated with a perfect blend of modern elegance and cozy charm. Every room is impeccably clean, and the attention to detail is evident—from the high-quality linens to the thoughtfully curated decor. One of the standout features was the incredible kitchen. Equipped with all the gadgets and amenities we could possibly need. The dining area was bright and inviting, making it a perfect spot for family dinners. We also loved the outdoor space. The patio was an oasis, complete with comfortable seating, a barbecue grill, a beautiful pool and a fireplace. Can't wait to come back in the summer!

Our family rented the Fountain of Young over Thanksgiving as a central location to gather 3 generations together. It's ideal for families; there are enough bedrooms for everyone to have their own space, yet many spaces to gather together. The media room with the projector screen was a huge hit, as was the heated outdoor pool (a perk when most rentals close up their pools once summer is over). We enjoyed the outdoor gas fire pits; the private beach and kayaks looked inviting for those renting in warmer weather. There are beautiful views of the lake from many spots along the rear of the house. Lastly I must comment on the kitchen - I have never rented an Air bnb with a better equipped kitchen! Any kitchen gadget you could possibly need is on site. For all the dishes, glasses, bakeware, etc., everything was so clean - they have an awesome cleaning crew. Also love that this rental is green they have detailed recycling instructions.

Patrick was extremely accommodating! The house was beautiful in and out! The view was fantastic and he even left up the Christmas tree for us!! I would recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for privacy, like view, large accommodations and far enough of the grid but easy to get back!
