Vacation rentals with a patio in Central Florida

Ramon was an excellent host. Great communication. Very responsive and friendly. Our stay was perfect. We were visiting the Clearwater Area for a concert at Ruth Eckerd. The location was ideal for our occasion. And the place was super clean. We hope to stay again sometime.

I felt very safe at the apartment! The neighborhood was great and being right next to a Starbuck’s was a bonus. Lisa is amazing, very responsive. The apartment was very clean and had everything I needed for my stay! It’s in a great location…only 8 minutes away from the Sarasota airport and close to shopping. The apartment is next to a busy road and can hear the cars all night long. However, white fan noise did the trick for me and got great sleep!

Fantastic apartment. Best layout of any 2 bedroom abnb we've been in. Location is also amazing. Very good building amenities and Jesse is a great host. Highly recommended!

Lesley was an amazing host. She was flexible, responsive, and helpful. The neighborhood is very quiet and tranquil, but still conveniently located near restaurants and stores. The apartment was very clean and the bed was comfortable. I would stay there again!

Excellent stay!! Everything was as listed. We couldn't enjoy the pool but that wasn't the host's fault. There was a polar vortex over the country. Beautiful cozy backyard and bungalow! If only the weather would've cooperated!

Samantha's rental was ideal for our group of seven golfers from the Clearwater area! We had plenty of room to gather and relax each evening. Sleeping arrangements were great. The place was comfortable and clean. But most of all, Samantha went out of her way to accommodate date changes due to the recent hurricanes...something she was not required to do! She was extremely understanding and flexible toward our issues...A great host!

My stay at Jane's place with my family was great. The house was clean, quiet, and peaceful. Great amenities. I wasn't let down at all. I know I've told you this already. But thanks again Jane. We enjoyed our stay.

Very clean - convenient setting for our family for a golf tournament

We stayed at Chris’ place for a long weekend in January. His unit on the third floor has amazing views. The condo is quiet, clean, fully stocked (even extra towels!). The table and chairs are a great addition that we hadn’t seen in other units in the resort. Last year, we stayed in a DIFFERENT unit with a different owner, and that unit was dirty and the owner was extremely rude. As a result we were nervous to stay at the resort again. We are so glad we did! Highly recommend this unit and Chris!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo is on the first floor and within walking distance to the beach. The beach has a mobility mat which was nice since I recently had foot surgery. Karen provides just about anything you could need and she let us know we could reach out anytime if we needed her.

We loved the condo at Waterside and hope to return next year to the same place. Marcia was awesome in always responding quickly and during hurricane Milton, we were due to arrive and Marcia kept in touch updating us and when the power and water was turned on Marcia had her cleaners return immediately so we could get in. The place looked amazing and so many extra items besides everything that we needed. We were super pleased with everything. Thank you Marcia!!!
