Condo vacation rentals in Central Florida

The 2 bedroom condo was exactly as described. It was clean, well furnished and well maintained. We were in town for a major annual event and will be back next year. We are looking forward to stay again in this great condo.

The place was as described and the location was perfect. The views were great, couldn’t be any closer to the beach.Could walk to a lot of places to shop, eat or drink. The condo itself was very roomy and can fit 6 to 8 people easily. Comfy beds and couches and recliner chairs. Balcony was really nice to sit in the morning and late afternoon. The only thing negative that I can say is it could use some updating esp in the bathroom(shower). The guest room with the 2 beds could use some better cleaning, dust on the ceiling and lots of dust on the wall decor. Not the owners fault, cleaning company just needs to do better but I understand they don’t have alot of time in between to turn the unit over.But other than that the place was great and had everything you need. My husband loved the huge TV in the living room. Now he thinks we need one🙄 I would definitely book again in the future. Lisa

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. View was beautiful. So peaceful. Philip was so pleasant and checked on us via text to see if we needed anything. We will definitely come back to this wonderful condo.

We enjoyed staying at Kay's condo. It was lovely, clean and well-stocked with all the necessary items for a short stay. I appreciated the spotless well-supplied kitchen, and the "beach closet" with beach chairs, boogie boards and even sunscreen. The unit was only steps away from the spectacular beach, and a short walk to the quirky "downtown" Cocoa Beach. Our only regret was not staying longer.

This was our fourth time staying at Jeff & Krista’s. They have a wonderful place. It’s forsure a hidden gem in Daytona. And you won’t find better people to rent from.

This condo was amazing for our one week stay in Daytona! The beds were comfortable, the condo was clean, the furniture was great, and it had everything that we needed for our family of four. The location on the beach was awesome! Having the washer/dryer and garage for our rental available made things a lot easier for our stay. Ardina was excellent with her communication and responsive to all questions and information. We would highly recommend this condo for anyone who is planning on a family vacation to Daytona. David's place was absolutely amazing! We have never stayed in an AirBNB before, but the next one will definitely have big shoes to fill. David has everything you could want and more. The pictures matched exactly what we got. He had beach toys, beach towels, coolers. wagon, beach chairs. umbrella, and many other things. Kitchen had everything you would have at home. The only thing you will need to bring is clothes. Every time I contacted David before our vacation, he responded usually within a few hours. While we were there he answered almost immediately. I can't say enough good things about David's condo and him as an owner. Highly recommend! Watching the dolphins during breakfast was a plus! Thank you for everything David!

This facility was exactly what we needed, I will say I was kind of shocked that I thought I prepaid for everything and then was charged for parking as well as a resort fee… Still feel like it was a pretty reasonable price. I just wish she would’ve included it on the front end.

Would absolutely stay here again! The views were beautiful and gorgeous from the condo, even the view from the parking garage was amazing. Right in the center of a lot of things to do, peaceful and super clean. The host was amazing at communication and was super helpful throughout the stay, really went above and beyond!!

I rented this for my family to celebrate some birthdays with some peace and the beach, the area was perfect across from the beach, Publix within walking distance, close to some really good restaurants. The apartment was very comfortable for our family of 4 and dog friendly. We loved that the building only has about 10-12 units and made our pool visits feel more private. When we checked in the front desk was very nice and they recommended some spots nearby. Our kids really liked the inflatable park nearby as well. We are already planning our next stay. David’s place is absolutely beautiful and just as described. Response time was great and I received clear instructions. Check in was easy. Everything was provided that we needed and everything was very clean. My husband and I stayed for 3 days and would have loved to stay longer. We had a very relaxing time. Sitting on the balcony and watching the waves was peaceful. David’s place is a very nice place to unwind. I stayed at David’s place last year and this year and I hope to return again.

the condo was very clean and neat. Terri has thought of everything to make the stay comfortable. the location is perfect for getting around northwest Gainesville and convenient to many restaurants, stores, parks and trails.

Sandra’s place is lovely! Extremely clean, comfortable, and well stocked kitchen and toiletries. She really has thought of everything. It was helpful having ziploc bags and containers for packing food on the go, spices and pantry essentials, first aid kit for a bandaid that was needed, fans for the bedrooms, etc. I stayed here for a girls weekend and the three of us would all highly recommend it!

I loved the condo! I was able to work and enjoy Fort Pierce. The people were kind and the gated community felt safe and welcoming.

Great little apartment, with a beautiful view of part of the golf course. Resort features were nice and the stay was quiet. The host provided detailed instructions, and was very accommodating. Highly recommended!

This is the second time we have stayed at Juan and Ana’s home while visiting Disney. The location is great—very convenient to the parks and nearby grocery stores and restaurants. The rooms allow our family to spread out and sleep soundly. Parking is easy and free. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Travis offered a pleasant place to stay with my family during our visits to Disney and Universal. My children enjoyed the amenities available.

The interior of the unit was very clean and matched the pictures shown. The exterior of the building itself looked old, but don't worry - inside the unit was very nice! We would absolutely stay here again as it was a great value for our winter trip at $130/night after taxes and fees. The one disappointing thing was noise from vehicles outside, but there's no easy way to resolve that. It certainly was outside the host's control. 5 stars!

Great place to stay! It was a very safe community with nice extras and was pretty close to the beaches. So nice to have the extra beach supplies to go shark tooth hunting at Caspersen Beach. The condo was clean and spacious.

Highly recommend this property it was perfect for our family! Right around the corner from all the Disney properties
