Condo vacation rentals in Central Florida

My boyfriend and I decided to go on vacay to St Augustine for the first time for both of us. I honestly believe that even though St Augustine is a really wonderful and charming city as we were told, staying at Todd's place really enhanced our overall experience. It was very convenient and it's located very close to the beach. We rode bikes to get there, just for fun and it was like 5 min away but walking I guess it's like 10 to 12 min. It was 15 minutes away to all the touristic attractions downtown and 7 min from the Lighthouse. We also did some kayaking to see the dolphins and it was only 8 min away. The apartment was perfectly clean and equiped with nice furniture, comfortable bed and tv's. We really enjoyed our stay and will absolutely come back soon and stay where we did.

The place was as described and the location was perfect. The views were great, couldn’t be any closer to the beach.Could walk to a lot of places to shop, eat or drink. The condo itself was very roomy and can fit 6 to 8 people easily. Comfy beds and couches and recliner chairs. Balcony was really nice to sit in the morning and late afternoon. The only thing negative that I can say is it could use some updating esp in the bathroom(shower). The guest room with the 2 beds could use some better cleaning, dust on the ceiling and lots of dust on the wall decor. Not the owners fault, cleaning company just needs to do better but I understand they don’t have alot of time in between to turn the unit over.But other than that the place was great and had everything you need. My husband loved the huge TV in the living room. Now he thinks we need one🙄 I would definitely book again in the future. Lisa

Staying at Spanish Main #20 for two weeks was really wonderful! The place was on the first floor and very convenient access to the pool and steps to the private beach! The condo was super organized and the kitchen had most everything you might need to cook meals. Everything was clean and we were very comfortable. We walked a lot on the beach and to downtown Cocoa Beach where we loved the local restaurants, bars and bakeries! The laid back and unassuming feel of Cocoa Beach and its residents and visitors is very refreshing. The beautiful murals everywhere in town always made me smile😍🙏! We loved the meals and coffees at Surfinista and beers, milkshakes and dinners at 4th Street Filling Station. Another favorite was the family vibe and great fish at Mainely Lobster! The Junk Food bakery was also an amazing shop with art by local artists as a bonus😃. Make sure you take a trip on the Cocoa Beach Wildlife/Dolphin Tour to learn about the 1000 Islands and local wildlife!

This condo was amazing for our one week stay in Daytona! The beds were comfortable, the condo was clean, the furniture was great, and it had everything that we needed for our family of four. The location on the beach was awesome! Having the washer/dryer and garage for our rental available made things a lot easier for our stay. Ardina was excellent with her communication and responsive to all questions and information. We would highly recommend this condo for anyone who is planning on a family vacation to Daytona. Great spot! Our family includes a baby and it was a great spot for the 3 of us. Beautiful surroundings. It was very nice to be surrounded by the ocean. We enjoyed the location and the actual condo itself. TJ did a great job about communicating with me and kept me updated on things. Would definitely book again!

David's place was absolutely amazing! We have never stayed in an AirBNB before, but the next one will definitely have big shoes to fill. David has everything you could want and more. The pictures matched exactly what we got. He had beach toys, beach towels, coolers. wagon, beach chairs. umbrella, and many other things. Kitchen had everything you would have at home. The only thing you will need to bring is clothes. Every time I contacted David before our vacation, he responded usually within a few hours. While we were there he answered almost immediately. I can't say enough good things about David's condo and him as an owner. Highly recommend! Watching the dolphins during breakfast was a plus! Thank you for everything David!

As described and as pictured! A perfect place to stay right in the heart of the village. We also booked last minute due to another Airbnb last minute cancellation and Scott sent the info right away!

This facility was exactly what we needed, I will say I was kind of shocked that I thought I prepaid for everything and then was charged for parking as well as a resort fee… Still feel like it was a pretty reasonable price. I just wish she would’ve included it on the front end.

Well kept condo at a nice, quiet, and pristine neighborhood at a great location. Walkable to beach and friendly neighbors and few minutes drive to the downtown St. Augustine. Sophia is a wonderful host and she proactively gave us the option to check-in early, as soon as the condo was ready.

Great 2 bedroom unit. Exactly as described. Close to the beach and a few restaurants. Would definitely recommend!

Fantastic place! Super clean, comfortable and even better than described. We love the location, literally steps from the private beach and the oceanfront view is out of this world. Super safe, quiet area with very friendly guests and residents for neighbors. This is the 2nd time we have stayed here at this particular condo and have fallen in love with it. Dave is a superb host and you can tell he takes great pride in his unit. Location is great, close to wonderful local restaurants and grocery store. Satellite Beach is one of the most “walkable”, friendly places we’ve ever been in Florida. “Relaxing” does not even come close to describing the vibe here. We are already planning our next visit and counting the days til we return. Thanks Dave!

Terri is an amazing host!! The home is very clean and welcoming! Great area for children and your fur babies. It had all updated appliances with an outside grill. Their were treats for us and our dog princess, when we arrived. The neighborhood is peaceful and everyone we met was friendly! At the end of our stay, our cars alternator when out and we were not able leave at the 11:00 am checkout time. Terri, was very accommodating and understanding. Even the cleaning staff was nice and helpful as my husband was outside fixing the car. I would absolutely recommend this home to anyone looking to spend time in Gainesville.

good location! very close to everything

We really enjoyed our stay at Vista Cay, taking full advantage of the pool, fitness center and walking path around the property. The location is perfect for easy access to the parks and everything Orlando has to offer. Dennis was so easy to communicate with and the place was exactly as described. We would definitely choose to stay again!

Host was fast to reply. Place was lovely. Convenient to all the activities we planned (baseball spring training, golf, beach and restaurants). Only issue was bedroom drawer was off track and host was notified and appreciated we let her know and will address. The jacuzzi jets were not working, but I wouldn’t hold that against the host. I would stay her again.

Overall, everything was terrific! Slightly slower in response time vs expectations, but all else was wonderful enough to warrant a 5 star rating in our opinion. Would consider staying again.

Great stay around Disney Parks. Quiet community and a heated pool that kids had fun! Definitely recommend this location!

We have 3 children and this place was great for our family. It had everything we needed and more, location was great, and hosts communicated well. Highly recommend this place!

The location is perfect - right on the beach with some good restaurants within walking distance. Condo was very clean, bed was super comfy, the shower is nice and hot, and the AC worked well. Kelly has thought of everything you might have forgotten to pack. There is plenty of seating around the pool and all the patio furniture has just been replaced. We had a great visit and highly recommend!

Great place to stay! It was a very safe community with nice extras and was pretty close to the beaches. So nice to have the extra beach supplies to go shark tooth hunting at Caspersen Beach. The condo was clean and spacious.

Mark’s place was great. Easy to find and very easy self check in. Very close to all amenities and the property is easy to get around. Mark was helpful and responsive with any questions we had. I would not hesitate to book Mark’s place again.
