Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Central Florida

What can we say, this is our third time staying at Blue Agave, in a row. The space has always been a welcoming reprieve from our Northwoods winters. Easily the most iconic space we've ever had the pleasure of staying. 5 minutes from the beach, sunsets are amazing, walking in the mornings and evenings! Publix and CVS are nearby, some decent coffee shops too. Not far from Arts District. Pro-tip: The YMCA at Bardmoor, 13 minutes away, and you can get a family pass for the week for $60! Also, vegans, Good Intentions, a wonderful restaurant in St. Petersburg is only 13 miles away! Alex and Alex are wonderful hosts, you can't go wrong staying here.

Absolutely amazing stay! Our host was super responsive, flexible with check in time, and made us feel extremely welcome during our stay. It’s great location easy to get to downtown. There was plenty of space, all the beds were comfortable and they provided us with all the essentials (coffee, filters, shampoo/ body wash/ conditioner, snacks, seasonings, etc). I HIGHLY recommend this property.

We loved our stay at Constance’s home! It was perfect for us and our three boys! They were in heaven the second they walked in with the pop a shot! The location was perfect and close to family in the area. We will most definitely be back and will stay again!

The home was beautiful, clean, peaceful and comfortable. I really enjoyed the pool, the beds were very comfortable (important) and the master shower was awesome! Had a small problem with the freezer not freezing very well, but it was not a big deal. I only wish we could had stayed longer. It was just what I needed. Thanks Michael!

By far one of my favorite airbnb’s i have stayed in! The check in/check out experience was seamless, and the place was located just minutes from everything we could need for our stay.

Very nice and perfectly clean home. Kitchen had everything you could possibly need for meal prep. Would book again when back in the area.

Everything was excellent, the house was super comfortable and the location is great for everything. Close to all parks and shopping places.

Beautiful place in a nice neighborhood. Good location in relation to Kennedy Space Center and UCF campus. Good assortment or food around! Worked well with our two dogs. Bathroom floor tile is slippery, but mats are provided -just be cautious!

we stayed with Tanya's place to have a little break. I would say one best thing about this place is the location. We have a 5day plan for universal studio theme parks and her place is less than 15mins from the parks and like 7mins from downtown orlando. Tanya is very accomodating and easy to communicate. She tend to our needs and i extra appreciate that I can bring my furr family as this is a pet friendly place. We enjoyed our stay and will recommend.

It was a great stay. Mariana was very attentive and helpful. Her home is absolutely beautiful and a peaceful stay. If needed I’d definitely stay at her home again.

There was actually an unexpected situation with the room we were meant to stay in that wasn’t discovered till the day of check in. Gladys reached out and actually offered us a bigger space at the same price of the original booking. She was very quick to respond and provided a quick fix in what could have been a sticky situation. Her place was lovely, we would definitely stay there again!

I loved the condo! I was able to work and enjoy Fort Pierce. The people were kind and the gated community felt safe and welcoming.

Instructions were straightforward. We appreciated the toddler bed for our little one. The guys enjoyed the hospitality of having coffee pods already available in the morning without having to go out for coffee. I was grateful for the ability to run a load of laundry. The location was good and secure.

Great place, super close to Disney and other amenities! Highly recommend!

We lived this cute little apartment. Clean close to most activities, a short 15-20 minute drive to the parks and the dance competition. One and only one issue. The gate entrance was difficult. Understandable for security reasons but time consuming and difficult. Other parents/friends stayed in the same apartment complex. Their owner provided a gate pass. Hopefully their future guests will receive one too.

Our family with small children had a brief but wonderful stay in Treasure Island. The condo was extremely nice and clean, the building felt safe, and the beach was only a very short walk away. We loved being able to see sunsets over the Gulf from the condo!

Everything was very nice! The property, the location, the water park. Everything you need was within walking distance, including the beach! All 3 beds were like sleeping on a cloud. My husband loves boating so the balcony overlooking the marina was nice!
