House vacation rentals in Cataño

Visited from Florida and I have to say this home was very beautiful! The inside looks as listed and everything matched what was written in the description. I had a few questions throughout my stay and the host had no issues answering them with fast responses. Samuel even recommended a few restaurants in the area to eat at! If you’re looking to book this home do not hesitate. As stated, the hosts do reside in a separate area of the home but you will have no run ins with them. Only thing I do recommend is getting a more updated stereo system that allows devices to connect via bluetooth otherwise everything was perfect! There’s quiet hours since the kitchen area is separate from the home but it still works out fine because there’s a microwave plus fridge/freezer in the upstairs area.

This place was absolutely amazing. It was so peaceful and clean! The view is spectacular. The neighborhood was locked down felt safe and secure the community is quiet! The A\C worked great and the rooms were a good size! The Host communicated with me and gave me very clear instructions. I’d definitely love to stay here again.

This place matched the description. Very clean. Pool area clean and safe for kids, we bring two 4 years old and they enjoy it a lot. They got coolers, beach chairs and a umbrella that way as a guest you can save money when going to visit some places since you have to rent all that. Parking is very important in PR in this AirBNB this is not a problem: Private garage with two spots and if you have more than two cars they can park outside the home without any problems. I would rent this place again👊🏼🇵🇷

The stay at Valerie's place was great. We were there for a week. She is very responsive! Looked just like the photos and very clean, and secure. There was an issue with the shower water pressure in the bathroom and they came in and installed a new unit! We never quite got the hang of how to turn the lights in some areas of the home on and off even with instructions. The pool was great! A few times we were spooked and thought someone was literally in the house with us... everything sounds extremely close (ppl next door walking, talking, opening/closing doors). We got used to it though. We did a Walmart run to get handsoap, dish detergent and dish sponge, lysol spray, AND more trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, and bath towels. The starter supply will last only a few days depending on usage. There is a washer and no dryer... but there's a drying rack available. We took Uber everywhere to get around. Overall, we were very satisfied with the stay here and would return 🙂

One of the best Airbnb experiences!!! We had a big group stay here and we all loved this place, Fernando was amazing and responsive and great communication! Neighborhood was awesome and beach was terrific! Lots of food options around and restaurants that we loved and the recommendations they told us were right on! Thank you for having us stay in this wonderful Airbnb, definitely would love to come back to this spot! 🙌🏽😁

First off Terrance is a man of his word and as a Airbnb host that’s what we look for his response times are efficient and effective very plain and simple respect how he gave you his property and energy the results. We came for a wedding and the festival and Terrance place was well stocked for all your needs and he was very informative of what we can do for activities and the house was very accommodating will love to rent in the future sometimes it’s the person who stand out more then the property

Had a great stay, Loved the backyard and pool!

Frances place was super clean, very beautiful, very spacious, and had tons of amenities (pool toys, high chair, grill, towels, sunscreen, etc). You will need a vehicle to get around as this is not close to local shops, restaurants, or bars. If ypu are a light sleeper, be aware that you are staying very close to the airport and do hear planes overnight, and apparently Carolina is fond of their roosters, at all times of the night. If you are a light sleeper, bring ear plugs. Overall we liked this place because we were traveling with a small child and wanted the convenience of being close to the airport rather than in the thick of things. Frances was very helpful and responsive and the instructions to check in were very easy.

My host Luis was very solid and went above and beyond for us, we disembarked from our cruise in San Juan and was stuck in the middle of nowhere with our luggage and Luis came and got us and gave us a huge tour of his the island, much respect, if you want a host that is trustworthy and a hard worker, Luis is your guy.

Great spot to stay in. My friends and I (all girls) felt safe around the area. Host called to check up on us and is something I very much appreciate! There’s some stores around the Airbnb which was a plus. Would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay at this house! It was fairly clean, located in a nice, walkable neighborhood, and perfect for a larger group. The host was very communicative and quick to respond, which made the whole experience smooth. Overall, it’s a solid option if you’re looking for a spacious place in a convenient location!

The location is great for those that want to be near San Juan and general Metropolitan area. We went for a destination wedding planning trip to meet with vendors and this location was convenient due to the proximity to many of our appointments. Most travels were 10-20 minutes away.

We loved the architecture and indoor/outdoor space, and the location is perfect for exploring any part of Old San Juan, as well as a short 25 min walk to a beautiful local beach. Like anyplace in the area, the surroundings can be loud and the buildings are old, but as long as you understand and embrace all that comes with it as part of the experience, you will love it.

From the moment we arrived we felt like we won the lottery. As we wound our way up the mountain road, we were transported into another world and the peaceful tranquility of the rainforest. Why go to Puerto Rico and be sealed inside a boring hotel when you can fall asleep to the sounds of the frogs and awake to the warm air and glorious views of this amazing island. Every day we would head off for adventure and then return to our serene hacienda to relax and enjoy our time together as a family. This home has a multitude of places to just hang out and enjoy the vistas. We watched a movie every night in the comfy upstairs lounge. The place was spotless! Linens and towels in excellent condition, fully stocked kitchen, everything designed to help you destress and relax. If you are looking for a place in the middle of the action, look elsewhere. If you are looking for a place that will truly allow you to experience this heavenly slice of the Caribbean, look no further.

I wish I could give a 6 star review. Beautiful view from the in-unit patio and also from the roof of the water. Classic older building with modern amenities. Great location for the San Sebastian festival, less than 2 blocks form the main street and main stage but removed enough for some peace. Erin was exceptional in being quickly responsive for parking concerns and recommendations for activities. I will be staying again.

Perfect place to stay while out in San Juan. Went for a friends bachelor party, was nice to have spacious for everyone and a nice back area to hang out. Having a secure parking spot was awesome as well. Definitely will stay here again

Sylvette's house was beautiful and spacious for our family of 7. She and her husband Juan were very nice, responsive and accommodating. Sulvette even had hot fresh bakery bread waiting for us at the house when we arrived. They were quick to respond to any question or concern. The house was super clean, smelled amazing and provided many towels for daily use and for the beach. My family and I had a great time there and would recommend our friends to stay there as well. We hope to book Sylvette's house in the future.

Our group of 8 (some nights 10) … stayed comfortably. All of Brian’s recommendations were spot on. This place was clean. Plenty of space. The bathrooms are spacious and love that there was hot water. So appreciative for the beach chairs. We were very happy with everything. We will definitely look to stay there again when we are in town. Huge Thank you to Brian and Denisse!!

Jennifer and Thays were great hosts! Stayed here with my family & enjoyed the stay. It was clean, comfortable and private (garage for rental). Location was ideal for late flight / Old San Juan visit (would just bring air buds for plane noise at night). The domino table was a plus 😊 Would recommend for your stay!

Brisas de Piñones is an excellent place to stay! The location is perfect, offering a peaceful and authentic experience, and the space itself is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Communication with the host was outstanding—responses were incredibly fast, even late at night, making everything smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great stay in the area!

Gabriel’s place was everything my friends and I were looking for. The house was very cleaned and smelled amazing as soon as we walked in. Everything we needed was within 5-10 min from the house. Definitely would stay here again.
