The place was great and Chana was an amazing host! Super responsive and helpful ! This place is very cute but the view is EVERYTHING! Will definitely stay in one of Chana’s places again.

We had a great stay at Javier’s! The location is perfect near restaurants and popular bars, and the house feels really spacious for a group of 9.

Alli’s place was just as expected. Lots of little things left for you to make the first day easy like trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, and toilet paper. It is a little bit of a walk to the beach. We had power outage issues (as did all of PR) but Alli and Derek were very responsive to help us navigate. They are very knowledgeable of the area. Our kids loved the experience. No issues with security. A short drive from the airport to give you the feeling of not being in “the city” but still close enough to everything you need.

we had a great stay very close to everything very clean and safe we were upset the hot tub wasn’t working we also came last year and it wasn’t working so we were bummed about that but that’s not you’re fault other wise would highly recommend

Cyrus's AIRBNB is in the absolutely perfect location to explore OSJ. Located in one the most beautiful areas of OSJ, it's offers both calm and peace with it's multiple private terraces, as well as the best of the city and all it's amazing coffee shops, restaurants and bars. Cyrus is also the most communicative host I've ever come across. He goes above and beyond to ensure your stay is the best it can be. The perfect stop for your Old San Juan trip!

Easy, very clean inside and out with pools and great beach access. Host was very responsive and a great value. I highly recommend this rental.

What an idyllic setting is the foothills of the forest! The sounds of frogs and other forest creatures put you to sleep at night. Gorgeous views of the forest and beach. And only 25 mins drive to San Juan. Will definitely plan to stay at Arthur's place the next time. The place is ideal for two adults! Thanks, Arthur. Please note that it takes the jacuzzi at least 4 hours to warm up.

Description matched what we got!!

It’s was exactly as advertised and only had loud neighbors for 2 days but the rest of the staywas perfect. The location is a bit outside of being in a nice “neighborhood” but once inside it’s beautiful and worth the stay and would definitely come back 10/10

This is a delightful spot in so many ways, but the very best features are its location in the lovely, quiet Ocean Park neighborhood, and the beautiful shady courtyard where you can sit or hang a hammock. Gigi is very hospitable and will respond to any reasonable request. The indoor space is small but well arranged, and outdoors is a joy. You're just a short walk from the beach (a few blocks to a lovely public park), and have easy access both to a food store and to restaurants.

The condo exceeded expectations! The views were absolutely stunning, and the space was spotless with comfortable beds. The host was incredibly responsive and flexible, making the entire stay seamless. The location is perfect—central to everything you could need. The pool was fabulous and well-maintained. Don’t hesitate to book; you won’t regret it!

A great find in the heart of Condado! It’s extremely walkable to local restaurants, bars and the beach. Nicely decorated and plenty of room for a big group. I’ll be sure to stay again!

I had an absolutely wonderful few days in San Juan, using this gorgeous little place as my home base. The apartment was beautifully appointed, clean, and peaceful--and there was also a lot of cat company, which made things extra cozy. Slept well in the quiet and loved opening the doors to the shared backyard with the hammocks and seating. I had some trouble finding the building at first once I'd gotten through the main gates, so anyone booking this should orient themselves before they arrive. Staying there was wonderful and hope to stay there again when I'm lucky enough to get back to San Juan!

I enjoyed my stay at Jose's place. He was very responsive when I had any questions. Everything was so cozy and comfortable. Would definitely stay here gain.

This was a great location and very quiet. The bed was SOOOO COMFORTABLE!!! Including sheets were so soft! Bathroom was very clean and great shower! Also AC is only in bedroom, but if you leave the door open it cools the whole apartment perfectly. It was an excellent place especially for the price. The parking garage was very confusing at first and knowing what building to enter. After a couple days we got it figured out. Although it was wonderful to have parking!!

Our family of five thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Marcos' place. The back porch, with its unobstructed view to the beach, was fantastic! The kitchen was quite functional, the property was very secure, the climate control in the first- and second-floor bedrooms was terrific, and one member of our party really took to the very private bedroom on the third floor, accessible only by an exterior spiral stairway. On top of all of that, Marcos very diligently took care of us during an island-wide power outage, refueling the whole-house generator for us as necessary. We had a terrific stay!

Loved staying here and how close it was to the beach. Host is very sweet and kind. Took very good care of us. Our flight was canceled and the host allowed us to stay another day. Just be mindful of the power going off (out of hosts control), bring charger banks just in case. Overall 10/10, had a great time.

I visited Puerto Rico for a week and I feel incredibly grateful I was able to stay in this airbnb. I would HIGHLY recommend this spot to anyone. It is so close to everything and the beach is steps away. I absolutely loved my stay and I would 100% book again!

Amazing view of the ocean from the room with a great beach just outside the building. Really nice pool as well. Clear instructions and good communication from the hosts. Very clean and comfortable. The one negative would be some of the light in the room at night from the ac units and some can get past the blinds. This doesn't bother me much, but I know my wife would need a blindfold to get a good night's sleep.

Myself, Mom, husband, 6 kids and grandson visit Puerto Rico yearly for our annual family reunion as my family lives on the island. We stay at the Marbella and absolutely love it. We enjoy the safety of the location. The pool is wonderful plus has a playground, out door gym and gated beach access. Clean, Spacious 3 bdrm, 2 bath apartment allowing everyone to have their privacy, plus a washer and dryer and a round bed that was absolutely my favorite. Everyone slept so good! So many amenities from inside to going to the beach, pool etc. plus a playpen, high, chair, stroller, car seat, air mattress. Perfect parking spot close to elevator. You have a views of the ocean side and the street side as this unit is an end unit. My only complaint about the Marbella is all the building construction going on and street noise. But the work must be done and the entertainment must go on so if you can get past that it’s absolutely wonderful. Thank you to our host for sharing your beautiful hom

Great location, minutes to the beach and Loiza Street District, very walkable with plenty of options for food and drinks. Easy to get to San Juan and the surrounding area (including Old San Juan), as well as the airport. Plenty of room, there were 10 of us and we had more than enough space. If there was a negative, it would be the property needs a little updating, but being in the tropics with all the moisture and salt air, that's to be expected. Alejandro was a great host, very responsive to all our requests. We were able to check in early and check out an hour later, no problem at all. Overall a great family vacation, we would definitely stay with him again!

We highly recommend Eric’s place! It exceeded our expectations. It was a great location right on the beach. It was safe, had onsite parking, magnificent views of the city & the ocean. It was walkable to several stores, restaurants and even a casino! We were celebrating a milestone birthday and so happy we chose this place. We can’t wait until our next visit!! My daughter is already asking when we can go back.

I really enjoy how many walking distance places you can go from the condo! Very peaceful and quiet. The pool is beautiful and we love to spend time there.

Pablo was a great host. He was polite, proactive and responsive. He gave us good advice on places to go and checked-in periodically to make sure everything was going well. We were very pleased.
