Villa vacation rentals in Carolina

This place was ideal for a group of 7 women. We came to celebrate a Bachelorette and having the 6 rooms, 3 bathrooms, washer, dryer, and a bunch of space made it worth it. 😀 We had a great time. I would recommend this place to anyone traveling in a big group.

Excellent location, few min drive to El Yunque Forest and all the ziplines, water falls, hiking trails etc..easy drive to Fajardo and 30’ drive from SJU. Loved it

Great Place! Very clean and a wonderful property with a great view overlooking the golf course. Our family of 4 was very comfortable at the condo all week. The beach and beach club are very close and is beautiful, the entire resort is very well maintained. We rented a car which I would recommend if you are planning to stay in that area because there are many things to go and see. The restaurants at the Wyndham Hotel on site were very good and convenient. We found quite a few very nice local restaurants as well. The car comes in handy driving around the resort as well because it is huge. The location of Rio Mar is a great spot for taking day trips to rainforest, Old San Juan, Seven Seas Beach, Loquillo and many other spots. The hosts provided great and friendly communication via text and were super responsive when any small issue came up. Thank you for a wonderful stay. - Kirk

This is a wonderful place. Beautiful beach, peaceful surroundings, a very comfortable apartment. The only problem may be the pool access as the guards at the pool gate let only “owners” in on weekends. The apartment owner was very responsive and helped us to feel home there. We don’t usually travel to the same location twice but I feel we may make an exception here!

Tinno was a fantastic host! He was very responsive to all of our questions and got in touch with us in advance about various details regarding the house. The location is perfect and close to everything we wanted to do. We really loved snorkeling at the beach, which was only a 2-minute walk to the edge of the property. While we were there, we experienced an island-wide power outage that lasted about 18 hours, but Tinno was reassuring and answered all of our questions. We had a group of 8 and there was plenty of space for all of us. I’d stay here again!

We had a fantastic stay at Edison’s air bnb. It looked exactly like the pictures, our host was extremely responsive, catering to our every need. I would highly recommend staying there. This was my third time in Puerto Rico and I wish I would have found this accommodation earlier. I went with my entire family, we had a group of 11 and our stay was lovely. Extremely friendly, welcoming hosts, we had all felt as though we were at home. They provided us with lots of information on places we can go, provided us with transportation services and everything we could have asked for. I could not have been happier. I thank the hosts and everybody involved in our stay, we had an incredible time.

Great place to stay, my family had a great time. Conveniently located between Fajardo and El Yunque. We were able to walk to the beach from the house and find plenty of places for our kids to play.

Juan is an amazing host! Every time we needed something or had a question, he responded right away. The location was great, just took a few minutes to walk to the beach. Lots of food nearby. You might hear some loud music on the weekends but that’s to be expected anywhere near a city. The property was perfect. Three separate units, all with their own kitchen and bathroom. Two of the units have many beds, and the third unit is on the outside and just has one bed. We were able to comfortably fit our whole group of 13. Pool is great, and has a cute waterfall that turns on in the morning. Backyard has lots of chairs and several tables, plenty of space for activities. There is also a separate bathroom outside in the backyard, and an outdoor shower connected to it. Perfect for rinsing off before you get in the pool. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay here. Definitely would book here again. Thank you Juan!

Beautiful place, great location, amazing price, superb host!

The property is very picturesque, offering a stunning view of El Yunque and the nearby towns. It is ideal for families looking to disconnect from the noise of the city and appreciate the serene beauty of the countryside and natural landscapes of Puerto Rico We will definitely be back! 😊

From where the house is located, it is a great place to stay since is 7-15min away from all the restaurants, bars, malls, Farmacy and others attractions in San Juan area. The neighborhood where the house is, is a very quiet area and the house was impeccable when we arrived. Definitely 💯 % worth it and we will definitely recommend it to our friends.

Maribel and Enrique were very gracious hosts. The house is centrally located with easy access to San Juan nightlife and sightseeing and easy to access the center mountainous region of the Isla del Encanto! The home was warm and welcoming with a beautiful patio area for morning coffee and evening rum! The coqui frogs serenaded us every evening. Would love staying here again.

Marcos was amazing!!! Super helpful in every way. The Airbnb was perfect for me and my boyfriend. It’s literally Next to EVERYTHING. We both definitely felt safe and at home. Hope to revisit and book again. ❤️

We had an amazing stay at the condo! Despite some delays with our car rental, Jack was incredibly accommodating and kept in constant communication with us. When we finally arrived, about two hours later than expected, Jack had already made arrangements for our entry. The condo exceeded our expectations in size and comfort. The rooms were spotless, the bathrooms were fantastic, and everything was exactly as advertised. We did encounter a minor issue with the hot water, but Jack promptly had it resolved within 24 hours after we informed him. Although it rained for most of our time in Puerto Rico, the spacious condo turned out to be a perfect retreat. It wasn't our plan to spend so much time indoors, but given the circumstances, we couldn't have asked for a better place. We would definitely choose this condo again for our next visit!

i really liked the place . it's close to the airport so you will hear lots of planes. but other than that. it was worth it. I would stay here again next time.

We were greeted by Yesi when we arrived. She gave us a complete tour of the property, pointing things out that might not have been obvious. She was absolutely a delight! Pool guy showed up twice during our 9 days, making sure everything was clean & working properly. The location was perfect - close enough to San Juan, but far enough away to relax and get a feel for the countryside & rain forest (and yes - you will need to rent a vehicle). The only pests we encountered were mosquitoes, but hey - we were in a rain forest - to be expected. Loved how the Coqui frogs sang us to sleep every night! Would love to come back again!

We had a really lovely time at this AirBNB. The home itself is gorgeous with plenty of space for our large family to spread out. It is close enough to San Juan yet still feels rural and secluded. We were there during the holidays when there was an island-wide power outage and were pleasantly surprised to have back-up power via a generator which truly saved the day! Would definitely recommend to others. We greatly enjoyed our stay.

Arturo was a great host, very communicative and attentive at all times. The place was great, spacious and clean. We loved the foosball table! The place was a bit tricky to find within the complex but it was all well worth it. We'll be happy to repeat!

Excellent place,very clean,peaceful. Ricky was very friendly,very accessible and on top of every single detail. I felt like at home. The place has an excellent location,,very close to the airport and beach. I highly recommend this place to get a time to relax and reactive your body and mind.

Ivette and Tiffany are great hosts and their Airbnb was the absolute ideal location for our family trip. The place comfortably accommodated all of my family and we enjoyed the pool, walk on the boardwalk, beach and close proximity to some delicious restaurants. The rooms and apartments were extremely clean and we had fresh bathing and beach towels to accommodate up to 12 guests. We easily Ubered with our group to various parts of San Juan, Old San Juan and La Placita for night life and family dinner. During the day, we enjoyed the culture and community of Louiza, , Calle Playa and walking up to Kenny’s Jet Ski for a tour of Isla Verde Beach. Next visit, we will rent a SUV and venture out further to Viejes and El Yunque rain forest! Overall 10 for customer service, cleanliness and accommodations. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb to a family trip or a group.

We booked Camilas gorgeous home last night for a group celebrating a birthday after we had an issue with our original accommodations and WOW- we got so lucky. The house is beautiful inside and out, the kitchen and dining area were so comfortable, everyone in our group had their own room or bed. Everything is accessible by uber and we loved winding down out by the pool! It was a great stay, we loved that the supermarket was right next door! Wished we could have stayed longer!

This property is magical, I felt like I was on a movie set. We were three families, each with children, and we had more than enough space as we were all in separate houses. The attention to detail - the landscaping, the chairs, the art, the lights at night -- everything made it so nice and comfortable, and personable. It felt authentic and not like a dull hotel room. There was plenty of hot water -- which is usually a challenge with so many family members. Staying on a farm was charming, and yes the roosters were up early, but nothing a little white noise didn't block. We even had a NYE party for our group on the grounds, and it felt like we had a private resort to ourselves. The electricity on the entire island went out on New Year's Eve, but Barbie had generators, and we would have never known the electricity was even out. Definitely recommend this property for a large group or big family. And listen and put on the bug spray as soon as you arrive -- and you'll never get bit! :)
