Villa vacation rentals in Carolina

My family of 5 stayed at Charlotte’s place for 6 nights and absolutely fell in love with everything about it! Charlotte was proactive from the second we booked, ensuring to have all of our info so she could coordinate our meet up with Alexis who was also very responsive and friendly. The drive up can be an adventure if you have never driven in similar locations but 100% worth it once you pull into the driveway. The location is about 20 min from San Juan and provides you with the perfect balance of being close to the popular spots but then having your own personal oasis when you get back. The place is beautifully decorated and super clean. The pool and outdoor area almost makes you never want to leave. We also had car issues at check out and Charlotte was immediately looking for ways to help and accommodate us while we resolved the issue even with having guest checking in within a couple hours. I would stay at Charlotte’s every time I visit, if I could! 1000% recommend!

My family and I had an amazing stay at Arnoldo’s home. The location is absolutely perfect. Right near the entrance to el yunque but in very close driving distance to los kioskos and other local food spots. It was a little hard to find at first because the gps took us to the wrong town with the same street name but Arnaldo was incredibly quick to respond and help us find our way. The place itself is breathtaking! The stream behind the property gives it nice ambiance and the sound of ester and coqui frogs helped me sleep at night. The kids very much enjoyed the pool and basketball court and while we didn’t actually get to use the grill, it is as great option to have! I don’t know if it mentioned in the post but there is an outdoor bathroom by the pool that was great when the kids were wet or dirty and I did not want them to walk through the house. There were also washer and dryer in the back that came in handy. The beds were extremely comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed!

Home was clean & perfect for a family! Clear instructions on how to enter & neighborhood can be a little confusing with instructions on how to get to house but Robert provided good info. Would recommend this space!

Serene and calm. Off the beaten path and a great location to decompress from the city life. Host was great and responsive even with the late arrival.

Beautiful place! My friend and I had a wonderful stay here over spring break. The pool is amazing and the view is to die for. Very private and secluded - the road can be a bit scary at times, but the locals are very kind and everyone works together to make sure it's safe. Overall, we definitely would recommend this place for anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing stay with beautiful views!

We had a beautiful couple of days in El Yunque/Rio Grande at the end of our trip. This is a great stay surrounded by the rainforest and all the ambient vibes. Host(s) were very responsive and kind. The house as some folks mentioned does have a damp smell and there is no A/c in the main room but both bedrooms had an A/c that kept it comfortable for us. A good reminder that we were in a tropical rainforest. We actually enjoyed the decor and the 80s/90s vibe, reminded us that it is a family home. House needed a little extra TLC on the cleaning, as well. All amenities were as as listed, wi-fi was strong, and the pool was lovely! Overall, we would definitely stay again.

I had the best experience staying at Sky Sun Villas during my week vacation in Puerto Rico. The highest praise I can possibly give is that I would, without a doubt, recommend this Airbnb to any of my friends who are interested in visiting.

The place was stunning! We stayed in all three apartments and it was very helpful having three bathrooms for our large group. The outdoor space was nice to relax! The host was extremely nice and helpful and went out of their way to get us back missing passports we had left unknowingly. Not to mention the place was stocked with snacks and water upon arrival. Overall an amazing stay! We hope to be back soon.

Excellent location, few min drive to El Yunque Forest and all the ziplines, water falls, hiking trails etc..easy drive to Fajardo and 30’ drive from SJU. Loved it

This is a wonderful place. Beautiful beach, peaceful surroundings, a very comfortable apartment. The only problem may be the pool access as the guards at the pool gate let only “owners” in on weekends. The apartment owner was very responsive and helped us to feel home there. We don’t usually travel to the same location twice but I feel we may make an exception here!

Great place, excellent for connecting with your loved one, will be back.

Looked just like the pictures. Host was responsive and super kind. Very clean, jacuzzi was really good especially when we got the temps right. Layout was super fun with a bunch of friends (kind of like a compound of like two connected homes). Would definitely recommend.

Arturo was a great host and very helpful, the property was beautiful and spotless with a lovely view and nice and private. Had a brilliant time! The resort is great. Good food, spa is lovely, the beach was gorgeous and very private and quiet. The grounds are beautiful. I would recommend renting a golf cart as it’s nice to explore and makes getting between areas and back to the villa fun. Would definitely come back, was perfect. Thank you Arturo!

We had a fantastic stay at Edison’s air bnb. It looked exactly like the pictures, our host was extremely responsive, catering to our every need. I would highly recommend staying there. This was my third time in Puerto Rico and I wish I would have found this accommodation earlier. I went with my entire family, we had a group of 11 and our stay was lovely. Extremely friendly, welcoming hosts, we had all felt as though we were at home. They provided us with lots of information on places we can go, provided us with transportation services and everything we could have asked for. I could not have been happier. I thank the hosts and everybody involved in our stay, we had an incredible time.

This was our second time staying at Sonia's place in Solimar. The fact that we returned should tell you that we love it. The neighborhood is beautiful, well-kept, has a great pool, and the beach is easily accessible. The house was perfect for our family of 5. The pack-and-play was set up and waiting for us when we arrived, the AC worked great, the backyard patio area was as charming as always, and everything worked perfectly. I'm sure we'll be back again someday!

Excellent location and place! Great amenities, pool, basketball, racket ball court. 2 min walk to the beach. Lots of restaurants nearby. Clean and safe neighborhood. We would definitely stay there again.

The villa is beautiful, everything is new and very comfortable. Ricky and his team were super attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed. The location is perfect with everything close by. I was absolutely delighted with my stay. Highly recommend!

Very nice stay. Came with a group of friends and had lots of fun. I have recommended this stay to friends and family.

This place is incredible. Multiple people in our group said they slept like a baby every night. Fall asleep to the sounds of Coquis and wake up to the sound of songbirds. We came in mid-March. It got a little chilly at night, and perfect during the day. So many people were asking me about the place when I posted on social media. We left yesterday. I already miss it.

From where the house is located, it is a great place to stay since is 7-15min away from all the restaurants, bars, malls, Farmacy and others attractions in San Juan area. The neighborhood where the house is, is a very quiet area and the house was impeccable when we arrived. Definitely 💯 % worth it and we will definitely recommend it to our friends.

Maribel and Enrique were very gracious hosts. The house is centrally located with easy access to San Juan nightlife and sightseeing and easy to access the center mountainous region of the Isla del Encanto! The home was warm and welcoming with a beautiful patio area for morning coffee and evening rum! The coqui frogs serenaded us every evening. Would love staying here again.
