Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Caribbean Sea

Gabriel is an excellent communicator, when a question arose Gabriel was very quick to respond and also helped with some recommendations. The house comfortably fit myself and family of eight, plenty of seats to sit and lounge. The coffee station was a hit with my family. Access to a washer and dryer was very helpful. The outside area was our favorite by far. Having access to an outdoor grill, pool, hot tub and basketball court was perfect. The location was close to all the best beaches- crash boat, jobos, and montones just to name a few.

Juliet was very accommodating and her house was amazing!

A great place for a one night stop-over as we traveled through El Salvador. We hope to be back!

Jorge was very communicative leading up to and throughout the trip. The house is beautiful and as described.

Excellent private, and quite location with a beautiful view of the ocean. House was very modern and well kept. Nivram & Ginaliz gave great recommendations for our wedding venue that turned out to be one that we chose. Remember....if you go to the nearest Walmart, you have to pay for bags.

Contact with the host ( Ingrid) was good right from the 1st moment! Upon arrival she was there, really friendly and hospitable She walked us through the house, explained everything. House was very neat and clean. We could get in touch very easily if we had any questions. We had 2 wonderful weeks there, safe feeling and quiet neighborhood. And close to everything! If you rent a car! Certainly subject to repetition!!!!

I can't thank Sonia enough. I went with my family and her place was PERFECT for us.

Grateful to Inés for the recommendations she gave us to get to know spectacular places. The apartment far exceeded our expectations. We recommend it without a shower. Thanks also to Gabriel and Christopher who made it possible to hire two contiguous apartments making it possible for the two families to be together and extremely comfortable.

Peaceful, comfortable, friendly host, east to get to, comfortable bed with a tv in the bedroom so I could just chill. Outside patio is lovely and you can just sit outside and listen to nature. Walking distance to downtown Ocho Rios for groceries, KFC, Pizza Hut. Beach is super close with just a 5-7 minute walk. I'd totally come right back to this gem. Loved it!!!

I had a wonderful stay at Amira's Airbnb! The place was exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The pool looked amazing, even though I didn’t have the chance to use it, but it certainly added to the charm. The location was perfect—close to restaurants, shops, and the Monumento, making it easy to explore the area. Amira, the host, was very responsive and friendly, ensuring that everything went smoothly throughout my stay. I also appreciated the self-check-in and check-out process, which was super convenient. Highly recommend this place!

It was amazing! Definitely exceeded our expectations. The place was spot on clean and very comfortable for a group of 4. Kitchen was fully equipped, we were able to cook several meals during our stay. Bedrooms were very comfortable and spacious. The secondary bedroom has a very nice balcony but unfortunately it was not furnished. Overall the complex has gorgeous surroundings and the pool was wonderful, we ordered a few drinks from the bar and the service was great. Luis was very responsive and clear on instructions. We definitely recommend this place and hope to be back soon!

We absolutely loved our stay! The apartment was a great size for 2 guests, a lovely living space inside and a nice courtyard at the back of the property. Halim was a great host, providing clear instructions on check in and check out, he sent over a couple of suggestions of places to try near by- Caboose in particular became a fast favourite. When I’m next in Barbados I will look to book with Halim! Thank you for having us.

We really enjoyed our stay at this clean, comfortable apartment just a short walk from the beach and close to the Econo grocery store and Lala’s Beach. The kitchen was well stocked for simple cooking. Great to have a dishwasher! The beds (both queens) were on the firm side, but we slept fine. The air conditioning worked great. Shower was hot with great water pressure and the tub was new. Everything was well-maintained and seemed pretty new. The lighting inside was great, so even though we didn’t open all the dark drapes or crank all the windows open every morning, it never felt dark inside. The best part of the place for us was the big covered patio in the backyard. We ate our breakfast there every morning and used it as a wonderful refuge during afternoon rainstorms. Hosts really seemed committed to taking good care of the place and seeing to our comfort. Would definitely stay again.

My friends and I enjoyed our stay. Within our arrival, the staff was extremely welcoming and accommodating, guiding us of our parking space and checking in. We met locals in our stay and they recommended many things we can do while our time being spent there.

It was a good place to stay to explore southwest Puerto Rico. Anibal communicated well and the place was exactly as it was advertised.

Very Comfortable! Six of us mature travelers stayed in this 3 bedroom unit and all loved the comfy beds, pillows and room to spread out. This condo was very well equipped with everything we could need from a well stocked kitchen to ample beach amenities. This is my 6th Airbnb experience in PR and this unit has the best water pressure as well as hot water, updated kitchen and baths and washer and dryer!!. We loved being able to open the sliders bringing the outdoors in. My favorite place for breakfast was Simple food only a 5 min walk, great food and mimosas. Security and gated property made us all feel super safe. Frank was very accessible and helpful. We loved being able to walk the beach to the left with a really cool nature pathway that leads to the beach in town with coves to enjoy the ocean views. Walking to the right on the beach was super private as there is nothing built on that side leaving pure ocean and nature to enjoy. Highly recommend this unit.

The apartment was ideal for our family. The beds were comfortable, and it was well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was fantastic, and Diane was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. We had an amazing time and couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Thomas was a great host. The space was bright and clean. Basic but pleasant. The building was relatively new and well secured. The roof was a big bonus for poolside and relaxing. The only negative was the loud street noise (motorcycles blaring) and loud bangs occasionally at night. Everything echoes through the building and people coming and going at night was hard to sleep through. Other than that… Perfecto!

Great space, private with an easy check in. This area of the island is a Gem and only a quick 20min drive to San Juan. The host was very attentive and communication was easy and prompt. Definitely recommend 👍

2nd visit to Giovanni’s place and always amazed by the excellent service and clean condo/penthouse. Magical location with comfort for all guests with amazing landscapes and incredible rooftop deck. Highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Sosua/Cabarete. I will return again soon for the 3rd time. Thank you Gio!

Absolutely loved our time here and would 100% come back. The beds are like a memory foam and a bit in the firmer side if that is important to you, but overall slept very well. The pool and amenities are beautiful!

Great location with easy access to private beach and clean pool. Walking distance for several restaurants and a short drive to many others. Beautiful sunset views! Beach chairs and an umbrella were very helpful since we couldn’t bring those on the plane.
