This place was so great that in retrospect Shawn might be way to humble. Everything is in order and super clean, within driving distance of the Ferry to St Johns. Great spot near two beaches ⛱️ 👌 Lastly, the restaurant adjacent the property is one of the best on the island. Please utilize it, very amazing food.

Already planning our next trip to Rincon! Lisa’s place was absolutely perfect for us. We lived much of the time poolside and in the lush garden/outdoor living space while not at the beach. The house itself is filled with unique treasures, art, books, and is well-equipped for guests. Proximity to the outstanding swimming beach is excellent; sunsets are amazing. The community of Rincon is great with many options for dining, culture, activities, etc. Communications from our host were timely, thorough and very helpful. We’ll be back.

Perfect Relaxing Getaway on the Bay! We had a fantastic stay at this charming two-bedroom cottage near Guánica! The location right on the bay was absolutely perfect for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. The private dock made it easy to enjoy the water, and we loved having access to kayaks and stand-up paddleboards—a great way to explore the beautiful surroundings. The cottage itself was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The water pressure was excellent, and we always had plenty of hot water—a definite plus after a day on the water! Our host was friendly, responsive, and full of great local recommendations, which made our trip even better. Whether we were looking for the best local food spots or nearby beaches, their tips were incredibly helpful. If you’re looking for a peaceful waterfront retreat with all the amenities to enjoy the bay, this is the perfect spot. We’d absolutely stay here again!

I read EVERY review under this house BEFORE renting it & found I would take the chance at rent it myself. After my 10 day stay, I can say this was the most pleasant/peaceful experience ever. Kevin responds QUICKLY anytime I reach out. The neighborhood is quiet and clean. Nobody bothers anybody. The house was clean and EXACTLY as described. I had a blast here with my brothers. Not one issue. Washing machine, bathrooms, kitchen, wifi, Air conditioning, TV, ALL of it was perfect. I have no complaints. I just hope this is still listed next time I come to puerto rico for the same price. between me and my two brothers splitting the cost between us three for the 10 night stay…. i felt guilty for how good the deal was. no lie. I think applebees charges more for a good night out then kev does for a good night here. I highly recommend. I read every review, dont listen any negative ones. im sure those people didnt communicate or read the description correctly. cause i can vouch for this crib.

Everything worked out perfectly and we were very happy to have picked this rental. The pool was great for young kids and a very easy walk to the beach. There are a few very nice places to eat within walking distance but recommend a rental car!

We stayed for the week of our wedding and had an amazing time. The house is beautiful and Mariano is a gent, really welcoming and helpful when we needed it. Will be back!

The view from this Airbnb is unbelievable! We had a comfortable stay, and we really appreciated the included snorkel gear, beach towels, comfortable pillows, patio furniture, and well stocked kitchen.

Great place for a couple to stay. It was cozy and had just enough amenities to meet our needs. The host was really easy to communicate with and he was responsive quickly. We had a great stay!

This is a great stay! Very close to everything, including beach, dining, and nightlife. The home is beautiful and the hosts are very attentive, and respond very quickly if you have a question. I definitely recommend this for the price.
