Beautiful and comfortable space set in a lovely quiet town. Would thoroughly recommend as a place to stay to relax, enjoy the garden space or comfortable lounge. Pub is directly opposite and is welcoming and friendly. We would definitely stay again.

This home is absolutely charming! I adored the cottage garden, so beautiful and serene. It was spa shifts, uncluttered, comfortable. The touches of having some food available upon checking was very much appreciated. Fiona was very responsive and helpful.

We had a great time at Luke’s place. The setting was beautiful. The house was spotless. The BBQ was perfect and easy to use. The pool table was great. Beds were comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. We would definitely stay again.

We had a lovely one-night stay at this beautiful Victorian house on Lyndewode Road. The location is fantastic—quiet yet very central. The home is spacious, full of charm, and thoughtfully maintained, with elegant details that make it truly special. It’s equipped with superb appliances, and we especially appreciated the collection of books and classic and jazz music CDs—such a cozy, cultured touch. The host was also super helpful and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. A truly memorable space—we only wish we could have stayed longer!

We had a lovely stay. The house was as described and had everything you could need. The garden was a beautiful space, lots of room for the children to play and lovely seating areas to relax. The house was comfortable, immaculately clean and offered plenty of space. The kitchen was well equipped and a great space to cook and socialise. We took the walk to the village Shouldham which took about an hour and was worth the walk. County side views and a forest walk before enjoying a bite to eat and refreshments at the Kings Arms. We also visited Hunstanton and Wells Next to Sea whilst there, all in easy reach. We hope to return again in the future.

Such a perfect place! Great hosts who are both friendly, knowledgeable, and super helpful. The welcome guest packet was absolutely perfect. It made my stay even better to have suggestions from locals right there to peruse rather than Google. Mark and Annabelle go above and beyond for you to make their home feel welcoming.

Beautiful place, me and mum loved our stay. Helen was very friendly and welcoming. It was so lovely sitting in the lovely garden, sun all day, we enjoyed our breakfast out there listening too and watching the birds. The place is very comfy, clean, just everything about it we loved. The stay was fantastic. We were able to use the flat as the perfect base. We were able to walk around and use the bus service, whilst all the time knowing that our car was safe in the barrier controlled car park at the flat. The flat itself had all the appliances and equipment to make the stay as comfortable as possible. If we are in the area we would certainly come back.

We loved our stay. We enjoy walking and so we walked into Cambridge in about forty, forty five minutes. Easy flat walk. Loved the view from the bedroom. Though we were blessed with beautiful weather. We hope to visit again next year.

This is a little gem. Beautiful , tasteful interior. Anything that you think you might need to cook a meal is in the kitchen for you to use. It was lovely sitting in that gorgeous front room and chilling.

Amanda's accommodation was exactly as described. Clean & extremely comfortable. We found the flat very easily and all the amenities we close by and very well stocked. Amanda supplied a folder with lots of tips, how to operate appliances and it was extremely helpful and made our stay even more enjoyable. We enjoyed our time in Cambrige and the Park & Ride was great. We will definitely pay Amanda another visit when we plan another up in the area. The accomodation for everything you need for a short visit - made very easy with clear communication and a lovely homely feeling allowing us to relax and do all what we had planned for our getaway - highly recommend for all and will stay again

Rob and Caroline’s accommodation was the perfect place to celebrate my husband’s birthday. It’s just 30 minutes from Cambridge, with a convenient park and ride service running every half hour—super easy to use. We had a lovely meal at The Brewers Inn in the nearby town of Milton, which I highly recommend! We also checked out a couple of the local pubs in Milton, only a 20–30 minute walk away. Rob and Caroline went above and beyond—nothing was too much trouble. I’d asked for some balloons and Prosecco to surprise my husband, and they made it happen!

Absolutely would recommend this place. Extras in welcome package meant I did not have to shop immediately. Large shops nearby. Within walking distance to town centre. Beautiful scenery just outside flat. Always replied promptly to messages.

Fiona was extremely helpful when I checked in especially as I for some reason got a tad lost( I was the problem as it's easy to find) The property is an annex to a beautiful house in lovely grounds with a great field for the dog to have a run in. This is the cadilac of airbnb's, the annex has everything you could possibly need. it's immaculate, exactly as in the pictures, the bed is very comfortable and the shower room is excellent

I stayed with Ann and John for 3 nights during a work trip. They were very welcoming and super responsive. The apartment was easy to access and everything just as described, nice and cozy, very clean and with everything that you might need to live comfortably for a while. The area is quiet and peaceful and very convenient if you work at any of the science parks or if you want to visit Cambridge. I really loved it there so Ann and John ... thank you for everything and I'll be back :-)
