Stylish Two Bedroom Barn with Private Hot Tub

LeelandRating, 5 stars2 months ago
I stayed an extra night got to enjoy a second barn space with some friends. The location is a beautiful open farmland of Cambridgeshire. I was personally there for the wood fired hot tubs and relaxation. The tub are started and it’s easy to keep an eye on the fire and add logs to get it up to temp. Would very much recommend and stay again myself.

Luxury 17th Century Barn in beautiful Rutland

Gorgeous place. Home envy! We loved it. Can't fault it. Great location. Host great communicator when we had a question but gave us space and left us to get on with it in their absence. Self check-in and check-out suited us perfectly.

The Old Goose House, Cosy converted barn

RebeccaRating, 5 stars3 months ago
Our stay at Michael's place was just perfect. It's a beautiful, restored barn in the countryside with everything that you need. The house was perfectly clean and very well equipped with amenities including coffee, tea and even cookies and fresh milk. We had been traveling non stop for almost a week so it was lovely to sit in the living room with a fire in the fireplace for one full afternoon. There are numerous footpaths that you can access for walks right at the end of the driveway. Our questions and requests were responded to almost immediately and instructions were very clear. We hope to be able to return one day, as we have friends who live within a 5 minute drive.

This was a magical place and so inviting. Jackie was a perfect host and provided everything we could possibly need. It is obvious that Jackie really cares for her guests and her property. I would highly recommend staying here if you prefer to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city yet still close enough to visit nearby towns. Our vacation was completely perfect! Thank you Jackie!!!

The Annex at Bramble Cottage

RajRating, 5 stars1 week ago
A lovely place to say with a really responsive and kind host. Everything met my expectations. It was extremely comfortable and I enjoyed staying here very much. I was busy working so I didn’t have much time to enjoy the surroundings but it was lovely and relaxing, warm and comfortable, perfect for my needs. A good shower and plenty of nice touches made my stay really pleasant. After a long drive up from Sussex, I really appreciated being able to see the property so clearly, there was an illuminated sign outside to make it really visible in the dark, it was easy to find. Parking was really easy and very suitable even for my larger than normal work vehicle.

Stunning Barn Conversion in beautiful location

EmmaRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Upon arrival Sally was there to greet us and give us a quick tour which was really helpful. The house itself is gorgeous - so spacious, perfect for a large group, and you want for nothing. The kitchen in particular is such an amazing socialising space - perfect for hosting! The Christmas decorations throughout were amazing and really made us feel at home and in the holiday spirit! All bedrooms were comfy, warm and spacious. We really enjoyed the pool table and darts. Everyone loved it! Location was so peaceful - countryside for miles but only a 10 min drive from Sandy station. Sally was super responsive throughout if we ever had any questions. And the cherry on top was the cuddliest cat Batman! We couldn’t have wished for a nicer place to spend Christmas with the family. Thank you Sally!

Historic Riverside Retreat ~ Walk to Pubs ~Garden

AlisonRating, 5 stars1 day ago
A lovely venue for our family gathering. The house is a beautiful mix of the old and quirky and top notch modern facilities. The location was perfect with plenty of open outdoor space for the grandchildren to let off steam and plenty of room indoors for our 8 adults and two children. David was easily contactable if needed. A great time was had by all and we would highly recommend.

Finest Retreats | Blackbarn Wood

RachelRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We spent a delightful few days here. The accommodation was warm and comfortable. Not only is the meadow/woodland setting gloriously peaceful, pretty and private, the property is on the edge of the village and it's an easy walk to The Bell for good food. Balsham is an ideal location too for getting to places of interest. We had a fantastic day in Cambridge (using Park & Ride), and extremely enjoyable visits to Ely, Wicken Fen, Anglesey Abbey and Ickworth. All easily reached on good roads. The bathroom is spacious and the shower (over the bath) excellent. The kitchen is well equipped. The bed linen is very good quality. Would definitely recommend this property, and we'll be returning at some point, I'm sure. Thank you.

New Manor Farm B&B - The Reading Room (Single)

JohnRating, 5 stars17 months ago
Your stay at Maggie's farm will likely be one of two experiences, either like visiting a well loved great Auntie you haven't seen in awhile but also enjoy your visits or simply a great stay at a fine BnB in a peaceful location in the Midlands. Unfortunately you can't "choose" which experience you will have as it seems to be predestined but either will be a joy if you've already clicked on the listing based on cover photo alone. Lend Maggie a hand and your efforts will be repaid twofold with interesting and thoughtful conversation and maybe some flapjacks. I already miss the place and look forward to returning in the future to give Tilly a scratch and catch up with "Auntie" Maggs. You'd be silly not to stay, just expect a strong honest old gal to meet you at the door.

Barn Cottage, try village life!

AnnRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Steve was a very helpful and welcoming host. A calm friendly person full of advice about the local area. His dog was equally welcoming to my dog and Steve took us on a dog walk to the local field on arrival, followed by a glass of wine and a chat by the fire. He makes home made bread and marmalade to die for, and the families of the room and en-suite are excellent. The excellent shower is worth a mention, very powerful. An excellent stay highly recommended.
